I had a terrible experience, i got filler under my eyes with Dr.Kamal. and i felt that something was just not right ( too much filler to the extent that its bumpy, my face look flat , and the worst part is that under my eye is super blue) , i went after 2 weeks for a follow up he said that the skin under my eye is dark because that's the nature of my skin . i went to my dermatologist for a different reason and when we were talking he mentioned that the filler under my eyes is not injected in the right place, its on the upper layers of the skin which makes my skin blue. now i have to spend more money to dissolve these fillers and wait for at least two weeks with the area under my eyes hollow, and also my skin might not return to its previous shape as it was stretched by the fillers .

I had high hopes with this cosmetic centre because of the good reviews here in google, but I definitely wasted $500 for an underarm whitening procedure that only darkened it even more, which left me with disappointing dark spots and obviously uneven colour of underarm on my wedding day! I also underwent TCA for my face scars which did nothing on them. Will not recommend anyone to go here, such a horrible experience.

I had a great experience here at Albany. They are very professional and very honest and explain things very well. I will need to go back in for revisions though. My results in final after waiting two weeks is maybe about 50 percent. So I would probably be paying double what I paid for optimal results and I am going on a trip so I don’t have enough time to get revisions. However I have no doubt in my mind that next time I get it done and show him my after photo that I will have flawless results in one sitting.

The first time is faded to almost nonexistent, but resurfaced a bit over the next year. The second time it completely disappeared. I sunscreen religiously as instructed. It has been a year and still no sign of it. So happy! Staff and service were great!

I had cellulite and stretch marks since my last child. I did their roller machine and I am very pleased with the results. You get so oily during the treatment the as they use a lot of oil, they said it is rich in vitamin E and A. I think they have to mention that before the appointment so you do not wear any fancy clothing. But, again the place is clean and Andrea and Susan are really professional and knowledgeable

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBBLE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! He was supposed to treat my wife for TMJ so she can relax and sleep better at night, instead she ended up with a lazy eye and her masseter muscle was flared out abnormally for a couple months and no relief from her TMJ symptoms, we’ve paid $400 for a treatment that made her life and our life at home that much more stressful, turning the existing TMJ into severe TMJ. (Having that treatment done by a dentist before, we were aware that it was NOT done to treat TMJ, or anything else at that) He was NOT very professional when we went to see him about her aftermath symptoms. WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND!

Each member of the staff at this centre are always incredibly welcoming and so helpful. They’re honest about what would most likely work for you and what wouldn’t—their focus isn’t to get your money like other places I’ve been to. They actually care about how happy you are with the results and even call to check in with you after any treatment. The receptionists are so so kind!! I don’t know her name, but the woman who helps work the reception while also doing some of the treatments is straight up amazing. Nothing but THE BEST results over here. 11/10 recommend.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Dr. Kamal is terribly unskilled in the cosmetic field. He doesn’t pay attention to proportion or symmetry, he is extremely rough and has very shaky hands. He jams the needle into your lips without technique and doesn’t really care where the fillers go. If you like to just have big balloon lumpy lips this is your place to go. He is extremely rude and unprofessional when you express that you dislike his work amd doesn’t take one second to look at his work and make sure it is proportionate or look good. Just remember, just because there’s filler in there, doesn’t mean it looks good. Don’t be fooled by the reviews, a majority are family and friends in the Arab community.

After hearing about a 20% discount sale on lip fillers, my wife booked an appointment with the staff at Albany Cosmetic and Laser Centre. On the day of her appointment, we showed up and were promptly greeted and showed to our incredibly clean, private room. The certified medical aesthetician, Susan, prepped my wife’s lips for the fillers. Susan was incredibly personable, professional and accommodating. After prep was done, Dr. Kamal arrived and personally discussed my wife’s preferences and coordinated a plan of action as far as the “look” she was going for. Dr. Kamal was also incredibly knowledgeable, understanding and personable. He definitely shows his intentions to work with the client in achieving a look that they are going for. He explained the process and throughout the course of the appointment, demonstrated his expertise flawlessly. The procedure went very smoothly. Susan was also helpful throughout the course of the procedure and the results were exactly as hoped for and as discussed. All in all, this clinic was clean, competitively priced, professional and the staff were excellent. We would definitely recommend.

I went to see Dr. Kamal for a 10 point thread lift as well as two syringes of Bellafill. I came in early and the staff saw me right away. I was told that there might be bruising and pain after the procedure. I did not have any bruises and did not need any pain medication. I was amazed at the lift I received from this combination. Dr. Alhallak did a great job with my lips. I am 48 years old and wanted less vertical lines above my lips and a little fuller lips. He added a syringe of juvaderm to help give my lips a little life and 2 biodegradable threads to my upper lips to help lift the lips and help with the verticals lines. I like how it looks as my lips are more plump and they aren’t fake looking. I went back for a follow up and he filled one side a little more for symmetry(after the swelling went down) at no additional cost. I am very happy with my experience at Albany Cosmetics and lazer center as well as the results :)

Genuine feedback about cleanings and service that I received. First thing I was shocked the DR was not wearing mask (it’s covid 19) Has been 3/half months that I got the treatment have not seen 1% results yet, I was told that I should be seeing result within 2 to 3 months. People please don’t waste your money for Sculptra at this clinic. Thanks ????

I came to Dr. Kamal for a thread lift and it was a horrible experience. First of all I was quoted on the phone each thread was $150 then when I got there he said it was $250 and it’s the Carona Virus price. If they are changing there prices they sound notify clients who where prebook before the pandemic that the price was raised. Dr Kamal has a less than warm bedside manner. He was very cold and non-communicative. He didn’t numb me enough so it was quite painful. A lot different from when I had previously got it done In Vancouver. When he was done he left and didn’t even come back to take a look and give me any post information. I will never return or refer the 4 other friends who wanted to get a thread lift. I hope the extra $400 I was charged is worth the 4 other clients he could have had.

She heard what my concerns were and we made a plan. She told me at the beginning her priority was to make me happy and she totally delivered. They personalize the treatment! I did not feel pushed at all. Weng there for consultation for nasal folds. The consultation were free and they showed me couple of example. I did not do it right away, and they were 100% ok with that! Went back after 2 weeks, they did all the filler with the cannula. Please do not ever think about coming here!! The front staff is super unprofessional and do not understand what customer service is. They always have a different front staff who do not know what they’re doing and now have a new manager who cannot even calculate math, let alone multitask. I have been coming here for the last year and half and have heard complaints from their only technician Darrian how unfair the management is and how short staffed and over worked she is. They are too cheap to hire any experienced staff and never pick up the phone. It is not worth your time and money as they’re overpriced with horrible service and extremely lazy business.

I've been looking for somewhere to get a carbon laser facial and my search brought me to Albany cosmetic & laser spa. I booked an appointment and was impressed the moment I walked in. They have a very welcoming receptionist and waiting area, big red lips for chairs! My appointment was with Daniella and she was so professional and did a great job, you can see immediate results! She was honest throughout my procedure and didn't try and sell me 10 different services. She was able to answer all my questions and told me what was going to happen before she started on the laser. Had fillers put in, the doctor was very rough and I felt he focussed on one side more than the other. I felt I could not talk to him about my concerns. Found it to be a cold environment, not very friendly. I will not go back there. To do this type of work it takes artistry. Not just jamming needles in your face. And that doctor needs to listen and pay attention to what the clients needs are.
