I initially went for a consultation regarding the FUE NeoGraft Hair Transplant, had no idea what to expect from this and I felt slightly nervous. However, Dr. Sheikh is not only extremely knowledgable in his field of work, but he is supportive, caring, has an open personality and genuinely a wholesome man. I issued all of my concerns to him about going forward with this procedure and everything he explained to me about what to expect during this procedure was the truth. There was more comfort and conversing than there was discomfort (there was little to no pain). Allowing Dr. Sheikh to guide me through all of my concerns, the process before the procedure and after the procedure has ultimately made me feel more optimistic. His customer service for his patients is outstanding as he is available to answer any further questions while he is off hours. I highly recommend his service!

Andrea at OMNI is amazing! The thing I appreciate the most about her is that is actually listens to my concerns and takes the time to come up with an individualized treatment plan. She only suggests treatments and products if they are applicable to you. Follow-up is also a significant part of the treatment plan and she truly cares about her clients!

I have been reading a lot about Dermaplaning in publications such as Elle and Allure and was delighted to find out that OMNI now offered the treatment. Dermaplaning is one of the more unexpected beauty treatments I had ever undergone and I couldn't help but think: This woman is about to exfoliate my face with a razor...what if she slips? Thankfully, my nervousness waned as the staff at OMNI explained the procedure to me and while I settled into the plush operating chair. To begin, my skin was cleansed and then moisturized. Then a razor was used to gently scrape the surface of my skin, taking bits of dead skin and dirt away with each motion. The entire process took less than 40 minutes and was pain free. It consisted of precise feather- like strokes which immediately resulted in smoother, brighter, and more even skin — not to mention eliminated all unwanted peach fuzz and facial hair. The entire staff is so personable and professional and the facility was beautiful and comfortable. From the front desk staff to the providers- everyone I met was wonderful and extremely patient in explaining each step of the process. The results were better than I anticipated and I am looking forward to having this procedure done on a monthly basis at OMNI.
