I made a last minute appointment coming from out of town and they made arrangements to take me in. A big thank you to Tiffany who did an amazing job and made me feel so comfortable. I have tried to get myself to go back to this place but I just can't do it. They make you feel horrible about yourself!! They convince you to get thousands of dollars worth of work done by convincing you that you are very ugly and tired looking! I may actually report this. There is enough of an industry here without creating it! Shame on you doctors!!

I spent NINE SESSION’S with an employee that I did NOT request. She used the WRONG laser for my hair type the whole time. Not until a different employee took my appointment and notified me of the error and did NOT correct it. I asked for makeup appointments, not even the full nine, just a few, and was told “that’s not how it works.” I was never refunded for their mistake and felt very taken advantage of. They guaranteed that the my hair should be gone before the end of my package, which my hair was not due to their error. I would not recommend this spa, from my experience and felt very uncomfortable when trying to deal with this mishap. Will not be returning unfortunately.

At Vanishings, all the staff are very friendly and professional. They do their best to make sure you are comfortable and well looked after. I saw Carleen and Dr. Brink about my face, and I must say, I couldn't be happier with the results after my first appointment; and it only gets better with time! Them and the rest of the staff at Vanishings work so well together, it really makes for a comfortable, non-intimidating atmosphere. I highly recommend them, and look forward to future visits!

I recently had a breast reduction surgery with Dr. Malpass. My experience was extremely positive. Dr. Malpass'' mild manner put me at ease as soon as I stepped into his office for my initial visit. He answered all my questions and assured me I was making the right decision. He is a very skilled surgeon and I pleased beyond my expectations! Dr. Malpass assured me he would completely change the look of my chest, and he did! I decided to have the liposuction along with the surgery, as suggested by Dr. Malpass. This was a good decision, the results are very pleasing. Thank you to Dr. Malpass and his expert team!

Dr. Brink is most definitely a master at his craft, he did my lip fillers and they turned out so much better than I could have ever imagined. Dr. Slabbert, Nicole, Cassidy, and Larissa are by far the most knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and caring staff I have ever experienced at a medical spa. I moved to Prince George in April and have had nothing but the most amazing experiences here. I have received injections at other medical spas in the past. SKIN's complimentary consultations, servicing, and post treatment time is by far the best I've ever had! Immediate results, complimentary take home bags, and minimal bruising are such a bonus that I've never experienced before! Nicole really takes her time in her consultations, and genuinely cares for your concerns and makes the best recommendations for your face. For example, my last appointment I wanted to get my lips touched up. However, she and Dr. Slabbert asked me about considering my chin this time (since it was one of my concerns) to make my profile more proportionate. I cannot thank them enough as I am ecstatic with the results. The team always works within my budget and they have been nothing but amazing in that sense. I also use their ZO Skin Health Anti-Aging System as a preventative measure and have had nothing but great results! Overall, the atmosphere, service, and results are next to none. I have nothing but the most wonderful things to say about this spa and their staff. I look forward to every appointment I have and cannot wait for my next one :). I received treatment on my cheeks for veins. Both Veronica and Cat were very professional and made sure I felt as comfortable as possible throughout the treatment. They really care about their patients needs. They contacted me the next day following the procedure, to make sure everything was good, and asked if I had any concerns, they would address them immediately. You can ask any questions at any time, they are very knowledgeable in all their products and procedures. The atmosphere in the office itself is very positive. I like that they have a loyalty program where I can accumulate points towards next purchases or treatments. Everyone was very friendly and the doctor was very informative. I was a bit nervous at first but the assistant rubbed my shoulder a little calming me down not even realizing it was happening. Sitting in the waiting room I noticed how bubbly and energetic the receptionists are and it put me in a good mood just hearing them. It is a very clean and professional building I will definitely be back there in the future.

How dare a woman ever talk to another woman like that. Shall I tell you that you need surgery to be pretty too? Because you are not that beautiful either honey! I'm still mad and it's been a year.. There is no mistaking that I have the right business! Shady to try and say I wasn't in your system. Say it again and I will contact everyone I can about you. I am also avoiding Skin Kamloops. I will make sure everyone I know does not go to Skin anywhere. PS All these good reviews are from Vanishings the business Skin took over btw.
