Reception was absolutely rude all I did was call for information about my family doctor snotty comments over the phone did not feel like I was treated well as a patient will be switching doctors

Care is good unless your First Nations. Dr. DeBeers insensitive comments of how a First Nations pregnant woman is abusing the system by asking for a sick note from work due to her illness is unacceptable. His refusal to perscribe anything else beside Generic antibiotics, even when she stated she would pay for it herself, was a further slap in the face. I hope a complaint to the medical board is made about that.

I had a legitimate concern about my body. Something was wrong and I asked Dr.debeer for his help and he didn’t even look at it. Debeer just magically knew what was wrong and he told me not to worry about it and sent me on my way with nothing. The infection became worse and I had to go to a different clinic to get properly treated. Debeer is an amateur and he doesn’t seem to care too much about legitimate concerns. Not very compassionate either. Debeer should learn from other doctors in the area and take notes.

Waited an hour just for a piss poor check up that didn't even last a minute, this is the absolute worst experience I've ever went through and the doctor acted as if everything was fine and the bloke didn't even diagnose the damn problem! They have lost my service and respect.

Medical office that refuses to answer phone calls when pointlessly locking down their facility, further straining hospitals with non emergency problems that could have been dealt with at early stages. Couldn't get in won't be going again, would not recommend, don't bother.

The girls at the front desk seem impatient and generally unfriendly on a regular basis, but the office itself has a cozy welcoming appearance, and Dr. Groeber provides compassionate care with an unrushed demour and thoughtful solutions. Very best I could hope for in healthcare.

This is my favorite walk in clinic in the city. The doctors and staff as well as the medi centre pharmacy staff are fantastic and treat everyone very professionally.

They take walk ins and always have a clean professional space. The ladies at the front are great and the wait times are never terrible long. Doctors have up to date tools available and are actually very personable. Very good service!

Worst “nurses” ever. Never met a more rude bunch of people. Didn’t take her eyes off the computer the whole time I was asking her questions which had nothing to do with the computer. And this isn’t the first time or person.

have encountered some rudeness in reception. but wait time for walk ins is below average, the waiting area comfortable, and the doctors are very competent. Dr Brits In particular is a shining example of professionalism and grace.
