I have been to dentists in 4 provinces over my 50+ years. I can honestly say that I have never experienced a dentist that can give me a needle in my gum, and I do not feel a thing! Dr. Slowenko has accomplished this on me on 5 occasions, so it is no fluke. I have told Dr. Slowenko that he has a true gift when it comes to giving needles...and he is an amazing dentist! He understands that 97% of us hate being there, and is very good at keeping you distracted from the task at hand. I highly recommend this man!

Great business for dental work. Prince Albert Smiles removed my wisdom teeth. However, I would recommend educating your clients before they go under nitrous. For instance, I was being taught everything after I was feeling euphoric. Not sure how competent I was in that state. Also, I felt a unsafe when I tried raising my hand to notify the Doctor to stop drilling, but the assistant pushed my hand back down, and they proceeded to drill my teeth. Overall, the procedure went well. I will go back again in the future.

Had dr.gozzi as my dentist my whole life, then he retired went to this dentist in the mall for an emergancy appointment. They booked me in fast, i stayed with them. All the staff is super friendly! Very nice place they make you feel comfortable highly recommend

Although this tooth was chronically sensitive and borderline painful since being worked on last year, the event that brought me to the dentist office this time was very sudden. Early morning of Sunday was when it started getting bad. It woke me from my sleep and I could not stop the tears from pouring from my eyes and the mucous from pouring out my nose! The pain ran from my upper left jaw to my ear then my eye and up through my temple to my head, it also radiated down to my lower jaw. It literally felt like someone was tabbing me. By Sunday supper I could not eat or drink without this happening over and over. It would last for about an hour before I could get it under control. I would give 5 stars for my experience with Dr. Slowenko if it had been a regularly scheduled visit. But it wasn’t. It was a dire emergency. My pain was so bad I couldn’t think right. So I was phoning and getting office messages “press 1 to leave a message”. I left a desperate message and no one called me back. Never did it say “press 0 to talk to staff”. Finally in desperation I pressed 0 after calling for 2 hours, from 8 am to 10 am and no one answering the phone, it always went to messages. I had not eaten or drank for 14 hours and even a sip of water to take tylenol#3s was excruciating. I got a receptionist after figuring out to press 0 who had no clue how bad my situation was. They didn’t let me talk to dentist which is what I believe should have happened. Instead she tried to book me for Wednesday (this was Monday). When I told her it had to be today because I wanted to shoot myself (no joke) she finally said I could come in at 3pm. I thought of going to the hospital but what would they do for me exactly: drug me and say I should go to a dentist I suspect. I had no idea how I was going to make it until 3 but somehow I managed to calm the pain down with massive amount of drugs and an entire tube of anbesol on my tooth and gums. Once I got in at 3 and was able to see Dr. Slowenko, everything went extremely well. I have never been so relieved to see a needle full of lidocaine in my life. I have never been so happy to have a root canal. I’m writing this at 10:30pm and I have not taken any more Tylenol #3s or anbesol. In a nut shell: the dentists are great. My procedure went so well it feels like nothing happened to me. But I was in so much pain before that, I could have strangled whoever set up the phone service and I’d still like to strangle the receptionist who didn’t understand the nature of my emergency and wouldn’t let me talk to a dentist personally. That’s why I gave 3 stars. If I based my rating on receptionist and booking alone it would be a 1!! May she NEVER experience the pain I was going through. I highly doubt she could handle it!!

My 5 year old had to have his 4 bottom teeth pulled. Had never had any major work done in his mouth and the staff were fabulous with him. They spoke softly and calmly to him throughout the entire process. He was treated wonderfully. Highly recommend for any type of dental work. Great staff.

Every staff i came into contact with , starting with the website help chat was so helpful and kind. Being met at the door of the clinic I was welcomed in and given time to orientate myself with the covid procedures and fill out what paperwork that was needed. The assistant that was with me explained all that she could and put me at ease. It was very easy to see that she enjoyed her job and it came naturally to comfort someone that was very scared ! Dr Slowenko is so kind and worked his magic in doing the work that was needed. At no time I heard any unkind voices thro out the maze of people and dental spaces. In all it was a very good experience. I'm so pleased to be able to be seen so quickly and with so much kindness and experience. I felt comfort in knowing I was in the right place. Thank you all.

Unfortunatly i was "fired" for missing appts. But i have a new dentist now. :) Really liked her work and she is very nice and thorough. All work I had done was well done with very little problems into the future. Suggest starting children here for dentist work! Treaty or not.

Our daughter's (toddler) first dental visit; was scheduled to be seen by 12 noon, was told to come by 11:30am to fill up some papers. We came 11:35am, 5 minutes behind because we went to their other branch. My daughter was seen by the dentist 12:35pm, she was not in a good mood anymore, we only spent 10 minutes for the whole check up, as the dentist couldn't do much anymore with our crying daughter. It was a disappointing day, a waste of time. I wish they could have just told us to come a bit later, if they are behind with their schedules. The dentist and dental hygeinist were both friendly, but we would rather have an efficient system to avoid long waits, especially for toddlers.
