I had to reschedule twice because of a situation with my step son, and the last one being sick I woke up crovid symptom's and I told her and she tells It's going to be 100$ to reschedule... Okay I'm just going to cancel... Okay sounds good. -Clicks- ... She hangs up on me... needless to say... I went with another office opposite side of them and they have two locations and I ask them about the rescheduling fee...Nope...they just ask 1-2hr notice if I were to cancel. And I asked another place it was one of my recommendation's... and they said no... why would there be during crovid... EXACTLY If it weren't for the receptionist... I would HAVE given them 5 stars..

Least traumatic dental visit I've ever had. Listened to me when I told them freezing doesn't always work on me and told me what sensations I should expect at every step. Everything that needed to be done that day was explained to me.

I highly recommend this practice. They saw me as a walk in with no problem. The staff is warm & professional. Very friendly & welcoming. The dentist made me feel very comfortable. She fixed my tooth with no pain explaining the procedure so I understood what she was doing. The cost was explained & was reasonable. I'm very grateful for the care that I recieved & cant thank them enough. Plus, they all have great dogs ????

Fantastic dental office indeed! Everyone is very friendly, genuine and caring, I mean not only for your teeth but your feelings too. When I tell my kids that we're visiting the dentist and they are excited it says something. Not to mention the facility is very new and clean. There is a little toy room for kids, tv and magazine for adult and a playstation also. Definitely recommend!

Was in for a cleaning and check up. The whole team was patient and understanding. They found 2 cavities and got them filled right then, also found out I was covered for dental sealant and got that done too. Really went above and beyond. Thank you guys!

I’m a new patient to this dental office and my first experience was the best I’ve ever had at any dentist! The staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in. They explained every procedure and took the time to give me a print out of the work needed and cost. They made sure I understood what was happening and that I was comfortable during it all.I would recommend Prairie Pines Dental to everyone you won’t be disappointed ????

Very friendly dental office. I was greeted right away by a friendly, efficient receptionist. There was no wait time. I was ushered in right on time. The dental assistant was very skilled. I especially liked that she explained what she was doing but didn't over explain. Dr. Birk is always fun. I enjoyed the laughs. My broken tooth is all fixed!! Great job.
