The person I got was a 3rd year trainy, was kinda nervous with that, specially because I have had very bad experiences with dentists in the past. She explained everything in detail, have me options and beat of all zero pain. I could not believe it. My faith in dentist was restored due to this visit. They definitely earned my on going business. They are very respectful, helpfull and generally concerned for you, they make sure to take the time so there is no pain. Highly recommend them.

Very good people to work with. I recently had a much needed teeth cleaning performed, and everyone was very professional and courteous. I particularly liked the fact that the technician who cleaned my teeth didn’t make much conversation. She was efficient and just concentrated on the task at hand. The best part is that my teeth felt so much cleaner after the procedure. Gum inflammation and bleeding has disappeared as well. Their prices seem to be competitive with the industry average, at least for this procedure. Dental plan at work paid for 80% of it, so my cost was minimal. I heartily recommend this clinic, and will definitely be returning.

Visit was good. Staff was really friendly and non judgemental. My only complaint is that they didn't really describe my prescriptions before I left and then when the pharmacist explained them, it was too late to ask questions.

I had good experiences with Dr. Jafri & Dr. Tait. Dr. Akheel did my implant with no issues, and it healed well. Ysanne did a nice job cleaning my teeth. She was very gentle and personable. The front desk staff are also super organized and always on top of things. The doctors seem very ethical which is a must when dealing with your precious teeth!! They put your health first, and don't recommend un-neccesary procedures.

i will not go back to this place! I needed a root canal and live over an hour out of town when I spoke to them and explained this they told me to come in right away but when I did they told me that there was no dentist in that day and that nothing could be done anyway the therapist on site was very rude and inaccurate and said I should just go to a walk in clinic!!!!!!!! Thankfully I went downstairs and was helped by a real dentist right away!!! Left 30 minutes later with my root canal complete!!!! Don't bother going to icon just use the dentist on the main floor you will be treated much better
