Living in a world with a pandemic and so many unknowns, the staff at Iris was so kind and helpful. They are taking all the precautions to keep us safe. My son's glasses broke and they had to order another frame, they called me and let me know the updates regarding the time frame when his frames would be here. And today just over a week he has his new frames. Alysia Rocks????

The staff are amazing! They have always gone above and beyond to help my family. Whether its scheduling appointments, fitting glasses, or helping us choose our new pairs of glasses, they are always there to help! Alysia has been amazing and even helping answer questions on her own time off.

Will not repair glasses without appt. Told them I was too busy to rearrange my schedule to do that and was told that they would not be able to fix my glasses without appt. Very expensive glasses and now are useless. No contingency plans to be able to just drop them off. Worst service ever.

I visited this Iris location with my young son in November 2020, and despite the pandemic protocols it was still a great experience! Our appt was with Dr. Wyse, and he was very nice and informative with our questions. Afterwards I was helped by Alysia in front to try on frames and process my third party coverage. She was super helpful and honest, very patient with the time I took to try them on, and all while practicing great covid protocols. The experience was very enjoyable and I can only hope to be served by her again!

I highly recommend the staff at Iris Powell River! I was very concerned about my eyesite, but Dr Wyse and the other staff members were very reassuring and helpful. I wear progressive lenses that can be a bit tricky, but i was treated with respect and kindness every step of the way. I am so thankful that our community has such a wonderful optometrist with patient and helpful staff members. Thank you Latham, Nicole, Matthew and Dr Wyse!
