I called Ricky on Sunday night Nov 15 after a tree fell in our backyard landing onto our our home. Rick arrived at about 08:00 on Monday 16th. He quickly accessed the work and had the 60' tree off the hours within an hour. Today, Rick and his crew came back and removed a few more trees from the yard as they were in danger of falling after the windstorm. Rick and his crew arrived on time, removed three 60' trees, and completely cleaned the yard of all debris. Felt a review was needed even though it was our neighbor that hired these folks. 2 very large, very dead and dangerous Ash trees were removed by Ricky Tree, which were on my neighbours property, but right on the property line. Meaning there was cause for concern on our side. These guys were professional, safety was taken seriously, and they took down both trees other aborists would not touch due to the level of difficulty. Excellent service they took down the trees that I was quoted for plus took a dead tree down at no extra cost. Ricky Tree Service under promised and over delivered, a rare thing these days. He quoted the price, and stuck to it. After booking, he said he would be here in two weeks and was here in 10 days. He called the evening before and said he would be here at 10 and he arrived at 9:30. He said it would take one full day and he was gone by 3:30. It was a very large tree in a small crowded backyard. Rick brought the equipment and the expertise to get the job done fast and safely. He removed every twig and even took the saw dust. A very professional job. Ricky took down a 100’ willow in front of my house. While we had lined it up earlier in the fall, a big storm blew through the eastern end of Lake Erie, and tree service companies were busy. When he came to quote, he quickly assessed the situation, made me aware of any possible problems and gave me an estimated date. This was no simple task as two had to be tackled by the bucket lift and the third was expertly climbed and trimmed and secured with a cable 30 feet up. He gave me a very fair quote and said that he could make room for us the next day. Ricky and his crew went to work and took down two large Spruce trees despite the challenge of wires running through the branches and the tight corridors meaning they had to remove all debris manually out to the street. It was impressive to watch these guys! Within three hours the job was completely done. They had delimbed, cut the trunks, and hauled all debris to the street where it was shredded. These guys did an awesome job taking down our massive tree in our back yard! Start to finish, including ground preparation with mats as not to leave ruts in the softening ground was very professional. We had 4 trees that we needed gone, plus 2 extra stumps. These guys got rid of the trees and all the stumps pretty quickly and left no mess behind and levelled out my yard where the trees were. Not a single complaint about these guys, we definitely recommend!
