Dr Tim Bell is 100 percent the best surgeon I have ever dealt with. My shoulder is good as new and about 5 years has lapsed since he operated. Dr Bell is about the nicest person you could ever meet. I can't say enough good about the guy. I'm 21 surgeries deep now and he is still the best specialist I've ever dealt with. His office was very helpful and prompt as well. Thanks ya'll. I recommend everyone I know to him when they need an ortho surgeon.
