Dr. Kents is amazing! It was my first time getting filler and while she was doing it she explained step by step what she was doing which helped my nerves. The next day I was able to go to work without any bruising and felt amazing! She checked in the next day after the procedure to make sure I didn't have any concerns with the results (which I didn't). Highly recommend her!!

After an ineffective laser treatment I was asked to come back so Dr. Kent could reset my settings. I was assured the following treatment would be free of charge, or at least have a minimal cost. At the next appt. Dr. Kent did in fact change the settings. It wasn't until I was leaving that I learned there would be no discount, that if this treatment didn't work the next would be free. I was stunned, to say the least, knowing what I had been promised a few weeks previous. I did eventually receive a 25% discount, but the whole process has left me very disillusioned. Unfortunate -- a loss for them and a loss for me.
