Called to ask if accepting new patients, told to check website and they have no clue how long?! Weird and rude behaviour. An automated message would have been nicer.

I just don't get it. I was given a form from ODSP to have filled out by my doctor to have a prescription covered by OHIP! The medication is not covered I am supposed to take one daily for allergies.. OHIP will add it to my OHIP card. Here is where I don't get it! I got called today to pick up the form that is to go back to OHIP I was told there is a $25.00 fee for the filled out form because filling out forms is not covered by OHIP? !%? Just got off the phone from ODSP The clinic Here wants to charge me $50.00 cash only to have my file transferred to my new doctor... ODSP says they should not be charging people who are on disability for this file transfer... So glad I have found a new doctor who takes the times to look after me..... Now to get my files from this clinic..... $50.00 cash only... OMG... The staff at my new doctor office says this is just crazy...

It was horrible, waits were long, staff was not organized and the doctor didn't take my mental health seriously, cut my medication and it led to issues in my life, please don't go here if your looking for professional and caring help

Dr Vincent Stamp is quite good with lots of patience, but he left. And Dr Traddy, she is also very professional,but who is temporarily here for help of the dr vacancy. The staff said they will arrange us a new family doctor ASAP, but actually we have been waiting for almost half year without any updates. Until we called them again last week to check, then they said Dr. Benjamin Thomas is now receiving new patients. We met Dr. Thomas today. The better issue of the clinic is they did do automatically notice in advance to remind you your appointment. One thing to let you know that Dr Thomas charges for notes and prescription in sending pharmacy.

I have been a patient of Dr. Thomas's since 2019. He is one of the best doctors I have EVER had. He is a very personable, professional & empathetic gp. He takes the time to listen and acts quickly in providing excellent care. My experience with the front staff has always been extremely pleasant. I luv that they have automated telephone appt reminders. IMO Greenstreet Medical provides above & beyond patient care.

I was their yesterday to have me& my kid's first family doctor appointment. When I was checking in, they told me they need my kid's passport. Then I ask my wife to send it to me. 5 mins later, they told me they just need the name and date of birth... After I wrote them down, the nurse told me there's a 70 dollar charge and they are cash only. I called my wife to get 100 dollars just in case. After my wife delivered the cash, the nurse told me they do not have any exchange... After I went back to the bank and got 70 dollar exact mount bill then paid, I found she wrote my kid's name wrong on the invoice... I really hope their nurse can stand at a patient's side and think like a customer. If she told me everything once at beginning, that will save me a lot time! I will not say the nurse did anything wrong, she was there and just answer whatever you asked. But apparently she was not trained to provide any quality service to clients. She acted just like a government officer.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I went in with my man to have his knee looked at and we were told to get an xray done right away, so a couple of days later we call to see if the results come in yet and they had "no record" of his visit?!?!?! How does that even happen???? Get you act together ladies!!!

A patient of Dr. Thomas, I am very pleased with the support and care I receive. Referrals are made quickly and efficiently. Medical needs are attended to and patient conditions are well articulated by the physician. Blood test results and pertinent information is communicated in a timely and confidential manner. Supportive and friendly staff make the patient feel at ease.

Had a walk-in visit with Dr. Stamp Vincent and he couldn't have been better. Even called me at home and arranged a follow-up with another doc at the end of his shift when he knew I was still in pain and could use some immediate relief. Excellent all around.

Absolute waste of time. Doctor was offended when I asked for an ultrasound after an injury instead of him perscribing it. He refused the test saying patients do not tell him what test to do. Went to another clinic where they actually looked at the injury and they said “of course, for this type of injury an ultrasound is required” Clearly this doctor does not care about his patients.

Terrible experience. I had a few walk-ins here where the experience was just average. Despite my better judgement and the current google rating, I decided to book an appointment to register as a patient because my mom is. Dr Silva however is only available on weekdays so I had to book time off work and drive down there in the middle of the afternoon to be told you are not in the system for an appointment. Dr is not in.. no can see you. I asked how this was possible and showed the card I was given confirming my appointment. The lady at the front desk simply stated "It was mistake." A mistake at the cost of my limited personal day that I cant get back. Thank you very much green street!!!

I have been seeing Dr Thomas here for about two years (I was initially seeing Dr Stamp-Vincent - he too was great but moved inter-provincially). I cannot say enough nice things about Dr Thomas! He is always patient, kind and thorough. If I have any concerns at all he always does his best to allay them. He goes out of his way to be sure you understand everything he has shared and that he has covered everything you want to cover in your appointment. He is the best doctor I have ever had! I feel so lucky and am very grateful to have him as my doctor. I also have had very pleasant interactions with the front desk staff. They try their best to support wherever possible and are always polite.

I have been to the clinic twice with my step son for walk in. Once because he had mild frostbite on his ear and another time for a vaccine he needed for school. Both times there was a very short wait and we were very satisfied.
