I came for a facial and my beautician was Michelle. She was so professional and explained the treatment I was going to receive then ensured I was comfortable very step of the way. The spa was clean and had a very relaxing atmosphere. (I fell asleep during my treatment). 10/10 would recommend.

I saw Taylor at the Orillia location. She was great! She took her time to answer all my questions (I had alot lol) and was extremely knowledgeable about each service.
