I highly recommend Dr. Anna’s skincare products. Her line of skin product are chemical free and that is just for starters. I love using the tinted sunscreen lotion. I have been using it every day and don’t need to mess around with heavy makeup because it covers and protects all at once, leaving my skin glowing. I am very happy to have finally tried her line of skin products and I believe anyone that does will not only love it but also notice the difference. Best consultation I've ever had, seriously! Dr Anna and her staff are very genuine and kind. This clinic really promotes the nateral look and helps clients feel beautiful in their own skin. I was immediately greeted with smiles and refreshments. When I told Dr Anna I wanted fillers under my eyes, she suggested that I take care of my skin instead. She said too many young girls like myself feel the pressure to look a certain way and ruin their faces in the process. She took the time to explain that fillers wouldn't give the effect I wanted and might do more damage than good. She even put complementary saline under my eye so I could see the effect filler would give. Both Dr anna and Anja gave me some lovely skin products among other things to sample. I have quite sensitive skin and I love the tinted sunscreen and lipbalm I was given. I left feeling happy the way I was but am definitely going back for a facial. I highly recommend this clinic to all ages!

I don't often write reviews but I had to write on the amazing experience I had with Dr. Anna and her assistant. I hit 42 and noticed some things about my face that I would like to improve so I decided to go to a few free consultations with different Dr's . I chose Dr. Anna for several reasons 1. When I walked in for my free consultation the office is clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere and Dr Anna and her assistant are very friendly and real 2. They both look naturally beautiful. This is very very important to me because a lot of people look over done and fake . 3. I explained the concerns and treatments I would like to get done . Dr Anna reviewed with me what will work and not work for me and my facial structure etc . 4. She didn't try and sell me a bunch of treatments that I didn't need . She believes in real and natural .. That's pretty rare in this day and age . So by the end of my consultation I knew that i would choose her . I recieved botox , filler facial threads and the new treatment for double chin. Dr . Anna is gentle and it was pain free . She is an artist. I love love love my results. Very naturally beautiful . I will definitely be back for any treatment in the future. I highly recomend Dr Anna . Oh and one last thing . Her sunscreen is amazing. I need a mineral sunscreen with lots of zinc due to hormonal issues (melasma) I can't use regular sunscreen . I previously had botox for my forehead with Dr. Anna and it was amazing. I finally went back to have my mouth area filled in (the laugh lines) different from botox - and was so surprised at the little change it did. Perhaps I should have done more with the lines on the side of my mouth. I don't think I'll do fillers again it is pretty costly and for me I found very little difference. The botox however worked wonders.

I know it's early days yet, but so far I have been blown away by the results. PRP does work and I feel the medical profession should be taking more notice of this practice. My rugby injured knee joints were not responding anymore to the Cingal/cortisone injections and I was taking daily doses of Ibuprofen and Tylenol. It's like a miracle I have been pain free and off all pain medications since. The moment you enter these rooms you encounter a bright, happy, friendly environment. Prospective male customers: Acne: I have struggled with Acne for years. Three treatments with Dr. Anna and my skin is better than it has ever been. Hair loss: I have also undergone “red light laser” treatment because I have early stage male pattern baldness. She has provided me with solutions to reverse hair loss, and can counsel men on proper rogaine use and even platelet rich plasma treatments. Skincare: I use her “anti-aging” formula. I find unlike regular store bought brands Dr. Anna has innovated her product line away from disposable plastics and preservatives. I think the best treatment for me, after having derma fillers is the constant PRP injections. They provide a youthful, soft appearance and it's done with your own blood. How good is that!! After just 2 sessions I have seen a notable difference in both my underarms and bikini area. My last review was somehow deleted? Don't go here if you just want a natural look. As someone in my early 20s she injected over 65 (700 dollars) units in my face, half of which leaked down my face because she was injecting so fast. It's almost like she was injecting so fast to use up the whole syringe? I should have said something but am soft spoken and trusted her.. There was no consultation (I just wanted a little around my eyes). I left in tears, felt very taken advantage of. Don't go here. This woman only cares about the money. So disappointed.

Dr Anna did an outstanding job with my dermal fillers! I came in looking for a solution after having had jaw surgery two years ago, which left me with loose lips that caved into my mouth which, due to surgery, are permanently numb and I frequently bite them (accidentally). It's been a few weeks and I'm SO happy with the results. I have not bitten my lip once now that my lips project outward, and it used to be a major issue. Dr. Bruce Yoneda, my orthopedic surgeon, referred me to Dr. Anna for PRP therapy after I had reluctantly enquired about scheduling knee replacement surgery. Cortisone, and more recently, Cinegal injections were providing less and less, and ultimately no relief from chronic soreness in my arthritic knee and I was quickly becoming incapacitated. The slightest twisting of my knee could result in crippling pain. Upon meeting Dr Anna, she fully explained the treatment process & related science before drawing my blood and giving Dr. Yoneda the resulting PRP for injection into my knee. Within a few days of that injection, the chronic knee pain was easing. 4 weeks after the injection is the last time I recall experiencing a sharp crippling pain in my knee. Now 3 months after that injection I am so much more mobile and active. The jury is out on what the long term benefits might be for me but I'm very optimistic. I only wish I was aware of PRP and had been treated years ago by Dr. Anna!

After doing a lot of research on PDO threads, I was very excited to find a doctor in Victoria that did the pdo threads procedure .The receptionist Celeste made me feel very comfortable and was amazing to deal with. Unfortunately that excitement was short lived after the experience of the procedure and seeing the results, I couldn’t be more disappointed. I’ve had many cosmetic fillers and procedures so I’m well versed with the technique, pain and down time. Shortly after starting the procedure I noticed it was not what I was use too, the doctor was very rough and had little concern for the pain I was in and the severity of the bruising she was causing all over my face. One side of my face swelled up like a ballon and stayed like that for over a week. The doctor took a before picture and mentioned she would be taking after photos following the procedure. Immediately after getting the threads put in my face; it was so swollen on one side the doctor did not want to take an after photo. After being reassured the swelling and bruising would dissipate after some down time (a week or two). I received this procedure over a month ago and my face does not look anymore lifted then it did prior to getting Pdo threads. After spending close to 2g and putting my job and activities on hold for 2 weeks while I healed I’m beyond disappointed in the results. They sell you on the promise of having a more youthful look and suggest you get “disport Botox” (just the same as Botox they said but less expensive) however you get the opposite! If anyone is interested in these procedures I highly recommend you stay away!!!

Dr. Anna and her team go the extra mile to make you feel at home. She is very knowlegable about the science behind procedures, and is focused on natural results. The follow up call the next day on certain procedures by her personally is a nice touch and makes you feel cared for. Her skincare line is wonderful and she sent me off with generous sized samples which she felt were appropriate for my skintype. I appreciate her less is more approach, as well as her concern for doing procedures for the right reasons, acting as a "doctor first". Her staff are lovely and will hold your hand during some of the more sensitive parts of the procedures. The humanity in this clinic creates repeat customers. :)
