I've done extensive research on where to go and after a few consultations, I knew Dr. Jindal at Edelstein Cosmetics would take care of me. The staff members are all hospitable and welcoming, Nurse Kim and Louise have been really patient and accommodating to me. I must've tried 10 different sizes. Not only is the staff friendly, Dr. Jindal has amazing bedside manners and makes you feel comfortable. He looks out for your best interest and takes his time to address any questions you may have. His friendly attitude and surgical knowledge is unparalleled. I was afraid they'd turn out too fake or too big but they look natural and fits my frame perfectly. I'm extremely happy with the results. Truly is a work of art. I'd walk around topless everyday if I could.

I explained my issue to them before booking an appointment and they say that Dr Kandel can help me, they asked me for nonrefundable 150$ consultation fee and I wait for 6 months to my appointment. When Dr visited me he told that he can't do anything about it. I lost my golden time before my wedding and the money I've paid as well. I'm medical doctor myself and in my opinion they should do only the aesthetic type of treatment because they work more as business man not a doctor.

Being turned away by OTHER surgeons (due to Type 1 Diabetes) made me super nervous/anxious about having a BA done. However, Dr.Jindal & staff (Heather, Louise and Alex) made the experience as smooth as it could be! The surgical staff at the Surgery Facility also made me feel very well cared for. They ensured my type 1 diabetes was well cared for and I never had doubt or worry cross my mind throughout the entire process. I was thrilled that type 1 diabetes wasn't stopping me from having a BA. Dr.Jindal does have the whole package of what makes a great surgeon. His professionalism, honesty, experience and bedside manner all play a role in why I would recommend him to anyone looking to have a procedure done. Dr. Jindal personally phoned me the night of my surgery to check on me, and when I had a potential concern 3 days post-op he made a recommendation and followed up with text messages and phone calls to ensure I was well taken looked after. If I ever have another procedure done in the future I will most definitely see Dr.Jindal again! You will not selecting Dr.Jindal as your surgeon; going through with this surgery has been one of the best decisions I have ever made! :)

I had BA done with DR. Jindal about one year ago and I am exteremlly pleased with the results. The day I walked into the clinic for my consultation I felt very welcomed and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and my consultation experience was by far the best I had, as Dr. Jindal explained everything I needed to know about the procedure in detail and then answered every one of my questions, and was very patient. This was my first surgery so I was a little nervous; I decided to have several consultation and none was as professionl as I would have liked them to be in terms of explaining everything in detail, and assuring me that I know everything I need to know. So my journey begins in Nov 2015 when I had my first consultation for a breast augmentation. I was nervous and had no idea what to expect, but Dr. Edelstein is very knowledgable and answered all my questions regarding sizing, surgery, recovery, pricing, etc. Then I came in a second time to pick a size and was introduced to Heather (she's amazing btw) who showed me my options and we selected a final size (375cc - moderate.. by the way i am 5'8). I wanted a full but still natural look and I was a bit scared that the size would be too big for me. Leading up to the surgery on Jan 14, 2016 I kept getting more nervous about the sizing and called to ask if I could make them smaller, but Heather and Dr. Edelstein advised me to stick with it to achieve the results I wanted and I AM SO GLAD I DID! If I can give anyone any advice would be to TRUST Dr. Edelstein and Heather, they're very experienced and really know what they're talking about. Procedure went really well, recovery was smooth and scarring is minimal. PS: do not be alarmed if your breasts look scary the first few weeks, its totally normal. 10/10 Would recommend Dr. Edelstein to everyone!

The worst experience ever. The staff is graciously rude. All they care about is overcharging clients, meanwhile some of the services are covered by Ohip anyway. I’ve been waiting to have a breast augmentation surgery for over 5 years and I’m so glad I found Dr. Edelstein because the results are just what I was looking for. I’m 22 years old, 100lb, 5’5” and I went from a cup A to a C. I was looking for a proportional-plus appearance and that’s what I got. Following Dr. Edelstein’s recommendations, I opted for 340cc moderate profile silicone cohesive implants, placed under the breast and chest muscle with under the breast incisions. It’s been almost 3 months since my surgery and I’m beyond happy with the results so far. My experience has been very satisfying, not only am I happy with the results, but also the attention and care provided by Dr. Edelstein and all the staff at Edelstein Cosmetics has been great, they are all very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Edelstein was the first and only surgeon I visited, even though I’m very picky and I was planning to visit at least 4 different surgeons, I knew right after my consultation appointment that he was the perfect surgeon for me. He addressed all of my questions before I even had a chance to ask them, he understood what I wanted and he guided me through every single step of the process. I had my procedure done at Forest Hill Institute of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the experience was good. My nurse was amazing (and very funny too I have to say). The surgery didn’t take too long and I didn’t feel sick after I woke up. The recovery wasn’t too painful (or maybe I was just too excited about my new body which made everything simpler). It’s very important to rest and have someone help you out with basic stuff because you need to give your body the time to heal well. His staff were all super friendly and made the experience really fun! Dr Edelstein is very professional and confident. I felt very at ease with him even though I was pretty nervous about the procedure. I had 470cc implants put in, the biggest he recommended and I am in love with my new body! My inverted nipple turned out perfectly! No pun intended lol I would definitely recommend him to others. The only draw back I had was waiting for my consultation. It was a 6 month wait, and a week before they called to reschedule it another few months. I think she could sense how crushed I was on the phone, and said she would put me on the cancellation list. I payed $10,000 for laser hair removal and over the course of 2 years, my hair has gotten thicker and darker by Edelstein Cosmetic. I do not recommend this place because they verbally guaranteed me that all I would need is no more than 5 sessions (that 3-4 would suffice) and I was the best candidate for this treatment. THEY LIED. When I brought this to the staffs attention, they told me I would have to dish out more money for more treatments even after they personally saw how much worse my hair had gotten. I asked for either a refund or for them to fix the problem without me having to pay them more but they refused. DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASER. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. I would not recommend this clinic as they do not follow thru with calls. I attended a consult and the ball was dropped after that. Dr. Edelstein seemed like a nice surgeon, but communication is lacking in his office. I guess they're just too busy and don't place importance on all clients. This is a concern, who know what the procedure would have been like and what the post op visits would have been.. I found a fantastic surgeon and staff that are exceptional and happy that it happened the way it did.

Dr. Edelstein is the best! I went to him for a consultation because all of my friends recommended him. Ultimately I decided to go with him because of how comfortable he made me feel during the consult. I didn’t feel pressured whatsoever and he just seemed like a genuinely nice person. After surgery, I sent an email of some concerns I had. Dr. Edelstein personally called me back the next day which I really appreciated. Lastly his staff is truly amazing! Admin/reception made the whole process super easy. And Kim, who I had my sizing/pre-op appointment with, was really sweet and patient with me. I’m excited for my post-op appointment next week!

I had my procedures done in March/16 my mommy makeover. I had been planing for this for quite some time after having both my daughters ages (3&8). Pregnancy wasn't that kind mind you I had two absolutely beautiful daughters from it but my body took a toll like most women. I had been researching for years because this isn't something easy or something that you do everyday. it was a lot of researching, looking through previous photos, reading reviews and knowing previous patients that have used doctors in the past. I first when in for my consultation back in June/14 and felt very comfortable from the moment I stepped into his office. I had so many questions and concerns and he addressed all of my areas I needed answers to and what to expect after the procedure. I knew at that point I had found the Doctor I felt most comfortable with. I had seen four (4) different doctors in the past. The night before my procedures I was a mess, so many mixed emotions but I knew it was the right one and I knew I was in good hands. When I walked into the hospital I felt really good. The new facility is brand new, state of the art and just an over all good vibe. (I had both my daughters in the finch site) so I new the staff and nurses I would be well taken care of. When he came to make the marks and to show me what he was going to do, we laughed and he told me everything would be fine. And everything was. 6 hours later I was in recovery (with the same nurse I had after giving birth to my 3 year old, yes I remember my nurse from that long ago). Dr. Edelstein came to the recovery room, asked how I was feeling, told me everything went well and that I would be very happy with the results. And yes! 8 wks later I feel like I did when I was 19. He has restored my confidence back and beyond some. Thank you Dr. Edelstein and your incredible team for making me feel the way I wanted. I am so grateful. I love love my new body Thank you

This place is a total scam. I had an appointment booked with Dr Petra at 5.30 PM on a Tuesday. I even confirmed on the morning of the appointment and got a prompt response. However, upon reaching there the place was closed. And on calling their number, it said the business hours were 8.30 AM to 5 PM. Why would they do something like this? Had a really bad experience as I had to travel a long way to make it on time for the appointment.

From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted by friendly staff at the front desk who made me feel at ease. I was called in right at my appointment time, no waiting at all. Petra seems like a very knowledgeable and professional person who sincerely cares for the well-being of your skin. My appointment with her was for a facial peel. Petra assessed which peel would be best suited for my skin-type and had a thorough discussion with me so that I understood how to take care of my skin for the days following the treatment. I would definitely recommend this clinic for its highly professional medical aesthetic staff. I will definitely be visiting the office again for other treatments in the future. The first time I met with Dr Jindal I knew he was the surgeon I was looking for. Nine months ago I went on a hunt to find a second surgeon. I underwent bilateral mastopexy for the first time about six years ago back in Vancouver, BC, and have never been satisfied. I had several revisions by the same surgeon, all causing little to no satisfaction. I always felt rushed with my previous surgeon, and as if I was more of an annoyance to deal with. I finally took the steps I needed to take and go and see a new surgeon to see if I was able to achieve my desired result. On my first appointment I was treated with respect and most importantly, I was educated on what my issues and dissatisfaction was caused from. My initial surgeon had not inserted a permanent stitch, so with every revision, there was significant stretching of my breast skin, and areola, leading to overall asymmetry. Dr Jindal asked me to supply all my previous paper work for his review, and wanted to know everything. He spoke to me kindly, never seemed to be rushed, and was professional in all aspects. He went over in detail on his surgical proposal for me and what I can expect. He explained by drawing sketches and showing photographs, and told me how this process would work for me and be the best option, and the only option really. It is now four months past my surgery. I am very, very pleased. Dr Jindal set up regular appointments and on a couple occasions, was able to see me last minute when I had some questions post operation. He was also able to get in touch with me after hours, and this solidified my decision to choose him as my surgeon. It gave me comfort and made me feel at ease. The staff was also very polite and friendly. Always making me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr Jindal. I would also recommend doing your research on the surgery itself. Ask any questions you have, even if they may seem unrealistic or out of the ordinary. It is your body and your right to know every detail about your procedure, through and through. Dr Jindal was patient with me during my millions of questions, and often answered them before I could even ask. He is extremely knowledgeable. If you are reviewing surgeons for an upcoming procedure, I would highly recommend paying Dr Jindal a visit.

I had amazing experience with Dr Edelstein and would recommend him to anyone who is looking to get a breast augmentation. My biggest concern was that implants would look fake on my small frame, due to having a thin upper body and minimal breast tissue. For this reason, when choosing between 2 sizes I was hesitant to go with the larger size, however Kim (the nurse who helped me pick my size) let me know that it was very common for those who had undergone breast augmentation to wish they had gone bigger. After further consideration I picked the larger size and I am incredibly happy that I did. I was in shock by how natural my results were even right after my surgery, and was told by my friends that it was hard to tell I even had a breast augmentation. Three weeks post op, my scars already look like they are healing and are nowhere near as noticeable as I thought they would be. Additionally, my recovery was also much better than I had expected, as I could have gone without pain medication. After a week and a half/two weeks, any sort of tightness in the armpit area and breast was gone and I felt great. Overall a great experience!

However, at Edelstein Cosmetics, I felt welcomed and at ease from the get go. I am 2months post surgery and could not be happier with the results! I had a “mommy makeover” mini tummy tuck and breast augmentation. Recovery was not as terrible as I imagined I had two c sections and recovery from those were much worse. I went with a 415 cc implant taking my barely A cup breast to a D I’ve never felt more comfortable with myself then I do now. After gaining 70 pounds and losing 70 pounds from pregnancy, my stomach had tons of loose skin and had separated in the middle. I am currently 2 weeks post op, although there is some swelling, the results already look phenomenal. My torso looks even better than before I was pregnant! On the day of my surgery, waiting in the pre-op room, I began to realize how much more nervous and anxious I would have been if I chose a doctor without good bedside manners. Dr. Edelstein came in before the surgery and made me feel so calm and ready. Even being in the operation room he still made me feel so calm about the whole procedure. After losing a significant amount of weight over the last 10 years, I tried to keep up my appearance with weight training. I was able to build a nice physique with muscle definition, but I had laxity in my abdominal area. As I grew older, I was ashamed to take my shift off. I'm currently 2 months post op and I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Edelstein and his office. He performed my breast augmentation in April 2017 and came off the recommendation from my mom. He is very active on Real Self and recently won the RealSelf Top 100 Award. From beginning to end he was so knowledgeable and respectful. He really took the time to understand what my goal was and recommended sizes from there. His staff is also amazing, his nurse Heather does your sizing appointment and helps you choose your implant size. Her knowledge and experience is indispensable. She was such a great part of the process, using her experience with past procedures in helping you make the right choice. For instance, I had a back and forth battle with myself when trying to finalize a size, I couldn't decide between 370CC and 415CC. Heather told me that just about everyone in my situation who picks the smaller size comes to their post-op follow up wishing they would have chosen bigger. Also once the implant is put under your muscle you do lose a little so they tend to be a bit smaller than just trying them on. I'm so glad she was there to guide me in my decision as I went for the bigger size and I couldn't be happier ---- I know now that I would have been unhappy with the smaller. Another point I wanted to touch on was Dr. Edelstein's bedside manner--he is so kind and comforting. He checked on me before and after my surgery when in hospital and his attitude made my time there a breeze knowing I was in good hands. He is also readily available to answer any questions / concerns post op. A day or two after my surgery I started to react to the pain medication, my entire body was very itchy. I called his after-hours line as this was a Saturday afternoon, spoke with his nurse and within 15 minutes Dr. Edelstein called me directly. He let me know it was a normal reaction and that I can take Benadryl to ease the itching. When I went for my 2 week follow up in the hospital, the nurse there who helped with my bandages was even raving about Dr. Edelstein, saying he was the best around and that she sees women fly from all over Canada to get their procedures performed by him. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Edelstein for anyone searching for the best cosmetic surgeon.

I have said my entire teenage and young adult life that I would love to have bigger breasts! So it was no surprise to my friends and family that at the age of 32 I had finally decided to go ahead with breast augmentation surgery. With the support of my family, I began the online search for ‘The Best’ Plastic Surgeon in the city. I visited various websites and was always left with questions or an uncomfortable feeling, until I found Dr. Edelstein’s website. With all of the information, FAQ’s, videos and testimonials I instantly knew I had found my surgeon. I made an appointment for a consultation and took my # 1 supporter, my mom, with me!! After speaking with Dr. Jerome Edelstein in person, we both without even having a conversation about it felt very comfortable in his hands and would be booking surgery prior to leaving the office that day. He speaks with confidence without any overconfidence, he tells you exactly what he is going to do, and what is most appropriate for your body. It was a tremendously big deal for me to get the feeling that the surgeon wasn’t going to allow me to do anything that would be too big for my body type (there are surgeons who would give you anything you want, without discussing consequences or proportions). The entire process from consultation to completion of my surgery was really rather quick, and that made me very happy as I tend not to want to wait very long once my mind is made up . The staff within Dr. Edelstein’s office were extremely warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Heather made me feel very comfortable trying on the sizes and was happy to share her honest opinion with me, also, I did not feel rushed or like I was taking too long to choose. When my ‘big day’ came on June 8, 2016, I arrived at the private clinic and was welcomed in a comfortable and very professional manner. The room was comfortable and felt like I was in someone’s home or a hotel. The nurses and assistants were again very comforting and kind. My mind was unusually at peace with the whole thing and was put more at rest when Dr. Edelstein came into the room prior to surgery to make the markings. I have had medical surgery before and was so terrified my eyes were watering the entire time right up until I was asleep, not this time… I walked myself into the operating room smiling and even laughing feeling nervous but at ease and Dr. Edelstein seemed to be there with me from start to finish. My recovery process has been relatively seamless, at first I had discomfort and tightness from pressure of course but nothing compared to what I was expecting. I had very minimal swelling and NO bruising (which is amazing in itself as I bruise very easily). I was up the next day doing little things and walking around a little bit feeling uncomfortable and awkward but I was alright. Dr. Edelstein’s Bloodless surgical approach really is unique and quite amazing, he is a very skilled plastic surgeon and would recommend his practice to anyone. If you are seriously looking into having a breast augmentation done, look no further and don’t let another year go by, you are in great hands with Dr. Edelstein!

I recently had my breast augmentation completed by Dr. Jerome Edelstein. I'd like to personally thank Dr. Edelstein, and the staff for their kindness, professionalism, and most importantly taking their time with me as their client sharing their knowledge, and leaving me feeling confident with my decision. A friend referred me years ago. After having my second baby I was ready to forgo the surgery. After meeting with Dr. Edelstein at his clinic, and meeting the ladies I decided to not visit anyone else for consults. I had that assurance I was in the right hands. Their clinic wasn't neglectful at all. They all took their time with me in regards to any questions & concerns that I had. Personally I've heard friends experiences at their appointments whom were rushed out during consultation. They couldn't even take their time trying samples in size to decide what suits their body . Dr. Edelstein's clinic for me was positively satisfying. They took their time allowing me to try on different sizes, and that helps with decision making tremendously. Prior to my consult I didn't think it was necessary trying samples, however it definitely makes a much easier impact when finalizing your BA size. Once the big day arrived I showed up at the private clinic for surgery, again very professional, and comforting. Few hours later I woke up feeling good. I went home feeling way better then imagining I would be. I'd say out of ten my recovery was an 8. I did not take any pain medication, all though that is a personal preference. I have two children at home. The very next day I was walking around my house feeling the pressure of course, but I was able to independently work slowly in the kitchen attending to my children. I can't believe how well my recovery progressed. Dr. Edelstein uses a bloodless breast augmentation technique, and that results in less trauma and a faster recovery. I now can say this helps immensely. Again friends who did not receive this technique had a much intense recovery time then myself, and weren't out of bed until a week after. I was prepping my babies bottles the next day. I still took it easy, but it felt natural to walk around and use my arms slowly. It's been five months since, and I am 100% happy with my breast augmentation. I went with 375 cc, I am 5'3 .. Originally I wanted only in the low 300's. I was worried as a mom having my breast enter a room before me. I easy, could have gone with 400. However I am so happy with my 375cc. I am wearing a D cup bra, and loving it. Most importantly I can wear a sports bra and keep them in a low profile where they look completely natural, and I can use a push up and have that perfect womanly figure. Another important piece of information that I feel everyone neglects to leave in reviews. "Post-Op" Follow up appointments. Dr. Edelstein schedules routinely visits to examine, and make sure recovery is progressing well. I love that I spent my money to not only receive the vision I wanted, but to also receive a Dr. & his team who thrives in making sure their clients are safe, and educated through out this experience. I have learned information throughout this process which to me knowledge is key. They are a close knit family, and that's what matters. If they're happy your in the right hands! I am what you call a "gym junkie." I worked out so much that I had completely lost my natural breasts. I was so tired of bra shopping and feeling depressed so that's when I began to think about breast augmentation. About 4 girls that I know had their breasts done and when I had asked them where they got them done they all said, "Dr. Edelstein because he's amazing!" Without even doing any research at all, I automatically trusted this man because of all the wonderful reviews from friends and I could clearly see he was very reputable. When I met with him for the first time for my consultation I knew he was the one that would give me my new set of sisters LOL. He took his time talking with me and it made me feel at ease. He also suggested a size which of course I was very skeptical doing not because I didn't trust him- but because working in an educational setting I wanted my breasts to remain conservative. So I went slightly smaller than what he suggested for me only to let 3 years pass and think..."I should have listened to what he suggested." Now even with the smaller size that I went with they obviously looked great regardless but of course I wanted bigger and I had them done again with Dr. Edelstein. It is now 1 month after my second surgery and I absolutely love my breasts! They are a great size (which he suggested), and they look and feel great! My advice to you...when you go to Dr. Edelstein, do the size he recommends! Both he and everyone in that clinic are amazing and obviously very experienced. I couldn't be happier! Dr. Edelstein is an incredible Doctor! I had my breast augmentation performed by him about a month ago. I know more than a handful of women who had this procedure done by him and had really beautiful, natural results. Nothing but positive things to say. Selecting him as my surgeon was a no-brainer. I'm really happy with my results as well - It's still early on but they already look natural and proportionate to my body which is exactly what I had hoped for. The recovery has been pretty breezy. I didn't really feel much pain. I took regular Tylenol instead of the pain medication after the second day or so. I also just want to mention that his staff is so lovely, patient and efficient. I had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Edelstein just slightly over a year ago. Having 2 children my main priority was health and safety so I was looking for an exceptional specialist who would pay extra attention to those things. And I’m very happy i’ve chosen Dr. Edelstein. Before the operation I was quite nervous but doctor was very comforting and calm so it made me assure that i’m In good hands. The operation went quite well although I would prefer the anesthesiologist gave me the smaller dose of anesthesia as the first 24 hours after the operation I felt quite horrible. Overall the intense recovery period lasted for about 10 days. Surprisingly I didn’t feel any pain at all. May be just the tension. I even didnt need the pain killers. In about 2 weeks I got back to my real self. I am very happy with the results and everybody says I look quite natural. The staff is always there to help and very friendly. I have recommended Dr. Edelstein to my friends already and I think I will come back for other procedures when needed.

I went to see at least four surgeons including Dr. Edelstein before i decided to get my surgery done. When I met Dr. Edelstein I knew rite away he was the best surgeon for me. I was happy from the moment I emailed his office to make an appointment, to walking in and being greeted by his friendly staff members, to sitting down with Dr. Edelstein. I ask A LOT of questions and he took the time to answer each and every question and did not make me feel rushed. I had also called and asked some more questions after my consultation and his staff were very helpful and patient as well. I went to there private clinic. (which i preferred because its more personal in my opinion) It was very relaxing because i had my own room to wait in before surgery. When it was time for surgery i was very, very nervous because i had never been put under before, but everyone helped me feel conferrable and calm and i was passed out and in post operation before i knew it. I went under the muscle, silicone cohesive gel 370cc with a smooth implant. I was very fortunate and had very minimal pain. I also have the smallest/ unnoticeable scars. (yayaa!!) My breast look very natural and feel very natural. I have nothing but good things to say. I would highly highly recommend Dr. Edelstein.

Following a pair of twins and another subsequent birth, I stopped liking the way my body looked. After much thought and deliberation I decided to do a Mommy Makeover that included breast augmentation and tummy tuck and after doing a very thorough research, booked my appointment with Dr. Edelstein. He initially spent a long time with me, going over what needs to be done and all the possible risks. He painted a realistic picture of what my body will look like following the procedure (complete with a little drawing). There was no pushing with respect to scheduling the procedure but Dr. Edelstein is pretty booked. I also got a detailed quote of the costs shortly after my appointment. Afterwards I had a second appointment with Healther who patiently guided me through sizing. Just a few days prior to my surgery, I changed my mind and could not figure out what size to go with. Heather was very patient, immediately responding to my concerns in a very thorough manner. I literally decided last minute to go with size 335 instead of 290 and Louise performed a small miracle to ensure the right implant was in place in time for the surgery. Because my surgery was longer than most (over 5 hours) it was done at Humber River hospital. I feel that people at the clinic did a very good job preparing me for what I should be expect during and post operation. I also read a lot on different forums. I could not be happier with the entire experience. Everyone was super-friendly and made me feel comfortable. I woke up from the surgery, feeling a bit groggy but not in pain. Dr. Edelstein dropped off to say hi and to follow up shortly afterwards. Following one day at Humber (some nausea due to drugs but overall much better than I expected), I went home. The recovery was much faster and less painful that I anticipated. I was only taking pain medication (in lower doses) for the first two days. I was able to function normally within a week and was driving by Day 8. Even immediately after the surgery, my tummy looked way better than prior. I was also very happy with my breasts. It took about 8 weeks for my body to look amazing. Now, three months post-surgery I honestly feel that I look better than I did prior to having kids. My hubby is saying that it was the best money we spent. The follow up care was also very good. I already saw Dr. Edelstein three times for routine post-surgery follow up and in all three cases he was very attentive and thorough.
