Highly recommended! The whole team is friendly and efficient. Dr. Sutton is professional and approachable, I didn't feel rushed and she was extremely helpful as well as forward thinking with setting up contingency plans if the first suggestion doesn't pan out.

I lucked out when my doctor referred me here! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Dr. Sutton is so wonderful. I first came for acne treatment options, and now she's helping me achieve my skin goals further! The office is GORGEOUS. Beautiful veiws from the exam rooms. Everything is so clean and high end. I alway feel like I'm in the care of skilled professionals who are passionate about their jobs... and honestly, that vibe is really hard to find in most medical offices. Thanks West Dermatology!

This office is amazing! First of all the space is just gorgeous but the staff are all wonderful. I drive about an hour to get there and they have been so accommodating even when traffic made me late (and as a fellow doctor I completely understand how one late patient can totally throw a wrench in the days schedule). I initially came in to get started (finally) caring for my skin. I couldn’t believe how much better my skin looked in just a few months after a proper skin care regimen. Now I’ve also done some Botox (dysport), IPL and a Halo skin treatment. Dr. Sutton and Kayla and Ashley (RNs) have been fantastic answering my questions and helping me get the appropriate treatments. Highly recommend this office if you are looking for a dermatologist!

I waited 8 months for this?? Utter waste of time. Got an expensive, not covered prescription for a condition "I might have" One that actually can be tested for with a skin scraping but I guess that was too much trouble. Was told I had extensive scarring- No, finally got a culture done-active infection, as I'd tried to explain-scars to put it in the least disgusting way as possible -don't get 'icky' What can a dermatologist tell about your skin when they don't look at it, when they are in a chair 5 feet away from you? What has happened to dermatology? My retired dermatologist really used to care. The ones I've had since don't do cultures or anything. Here have some antibiotics and if these don't work you're doing it to yourself.

So happy with Dr Sutton and her team. Everyone is really nice and not pushy about getting more procedures done. At 26 I had a deep brow furrow that made me look way older. I didn't realize how much my face ached from frowning until I had dysport injections. I've also finally finished battle cystic acne after accutane previously and am dealing with old fashion congestion from year of needing make up. The skincare kit they sold me was pricey (but great value) and after only a couple weeks I can tell a huge difference in the smoothness of my skin. Wearing less make up everyday and loving it!

Dr. Sutton is exactly the kind of doctor that you wish all doctors can be. She's friendly, knowledgable, thorough, efficient, and empathetic. She takes the time to explain the thought processes and reasons for her prescribed treatment plan, and makes sure all your questions are answered before leaving the office. Even over the phone, Dr. Sutton takes her time when explaining how to take medications, side-effects to expect and watch out for, the different situations in which medications can be stopped, and when/if to come back to follow-up treatment. This is the best experience I've had with a medical professional in a long time, and I really appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Thank you!!

I visited West Dermatology for my Botox treatment today and to grab some skincare (ZO, it's the best). I absolutely love this clinic and love the staff. It is so beautiful and everyone is so friendly. I never feel rushed as I do at most other doctors offices. Dr. Allison Sutton is amazing! I went in last year initially to discuss hyperpigmentation issues and enhancing my face with fillers. We've been working on gradually enhancing my cheekbones, lips, and jawline since then and Dr. Sutton also helped me learn that I was suffering from eczema! I recently did some neuromodulator work on my forehead to tackle some emerging fine lines and, as a bonus, my eyebrows just look extra fabulous! I enjoy the staff so much and I feel like I'm hanging out with cool, knowledgable, and supportive friends.

This place is a joke. They dont perscribe any refills so you HAVE to come back, and it takes a minimum of 3 months to get an appointment. Plus they never answer the phone, for every 8 times I call theyll answer once (not busy on the line, just wont answer). The time you get in, whatever you need to go there for will be long gone. I highly suggest finding another place.

Been coming here for painful cysts on and off, and let me tell you, if you want the best care, GO HERE! My doctor is wonderful and goes above and beyond for me to find solutions for these non tolerable painful cysts. Receptionists, especially Stephanie, are very kind and patient. They follow up with you when needed and are very nice! ABSOLUTELY 10/10

Bad experience. ????My consultation fees Paid by my MSP So this place didn't make any money from me with this appointment so they didn't serve me nothing. One of their dermatologist said that I am not sure that I am the right person to talk about your pigmentation so book the appointment again with our owner. They Don't care about people problem just wanna make money.waste my time after waiting three month.

I had the worst experience with this Doctor. She was so rude and acted like i was not even there. Only talking to my daughter and wanted to prescribe birth control pills to her for her acne only 14yrs old. Knowing that it isn't the safest for her at that age. Mentioning that her diet has nothing to do with her acne. Did no blood work either. Never going back.

I signed up for the package of 5 laser treatments to reduce age spots, etc and make skin look younger. Have now had 2 of the 5 treatments. Am extremely pleased! The consult with Dr. Sutton was informative, efficient, and pleasant, and Kayla, the nurse who does the treatments, is very professional and empathetic at the same time. They don't rush your treatments either during the appointment or the interval between treatments, in fact, they insist on at least 6 weeks in between. The care instructions are clear, as are the instructions on what to expect your skin to do following treatments (I never knew I could look so freckled, but it only lasts a week at most). Really, really happy with the results. Had gone elsewhere for other treatments (Project Skin) and found them to be harder to deal with and kind of snooty, so am very glad I've found this cosmetic dermatology clinic. Thanks to both Kayla and Dr. Sutton. Definitely 5 star experience.

I have been dealing with dark under eye circles and hollows my entire life. It is something I have been very self conscious about. One appointment with Dr. Sutton was life changing. After a thorough consultation, I received fillers for my undereyes as well as a recommendation on skin care products. I have gone from spending a ton of money trying to fix my skin’s appearance as well as my under eye issues (with makeup and various other products) to going most days without even applying any makeup. My favourite part is that Dr. Sutton and the nurses (who are equally great) are not pushy with treatments or products. I feel confident that I will continue to get treatment and skincare product suggestions that will continue to benefit my skin in the years to come.

For someone that has struggled with acne and other skin related issues my whole life, receiving bad customer service by both the receptionists as well as the doctor, makes the experience that much worse. After waiting weeks to get in to see Dr. Nurmohamed, I left feeling rushed, unheard and disappointed by the doctor. She did not care to hear about my health history or even give me the time to ask questions or hear my concerns. Instead, she rushed through the appointment quickly prescribing me cream and told me to come back if I was not satisfied. Fast forward a few weeks later, I was not satisfied and decided to book another appointment and received even worse treatment by the reception team. They are unprofessional, short and rude! I tried booking my appointment on many occasions through email and phone, and both times were worse then the time before. I will not be returning and I urge anyone who is interested in going to this clinic to look elsewhere. Zero compassion or bedside manners!

I saw Dr. Sutton a few months ago regarding sun damage on my skin and I wanted to get botox. She was so lovely and the staff were excellent. It hasn't been that long but so many people have commented on how great I look. I am so happy with my skin. My frown lines are completely gone. I didn't realize how much skin care could change my appearance. I also bought a great sunscreen powder that one of the nurses recommended, it's worked so well in the muggy Vancouver weather! I highly recommend this office.

Very impressed with her, she is easy to talk to. Wasn't pushing any products but thoroughly went over what I was doing right and wrong. Helped me rearrange the products I'm using in the correct order. Let me know what products I shouldn't be using.
