Haven't even been there yet and I'm extremely disappointed with the service so far. I had to wait 2 weeks from the time my referral was sent in to even get a phone call then they set me up with an appointment 7 weeks later. I'm now on my 3rd infection in this tooth since calling for my appointment as well as having a big bubble on my gums full of liquid. I was put on a cancellation list and everything. My boyfriend goes to the dentist and gets a referral, the very next day he is set up with an appointment for that following Monday. 3 total business days he had to wait... I've been waiting weeks and I'm on a cancellation list and never got a call. Nothing. Never again will I ever go back after getting my 1 tooth pulled out with just a simple freezing. Hopefully I can have a better review after my appointment and explaining everything to the oral surgeons myself.

I had the worst experience ever, I went there needed a few teeth removed, and I had stiches in my mouth afterwards, he prescribed me mild pain medication for my after care,I asked him if I could possibly get something more affective, and he asked me, what do you want heroine meth ,I was so upset,I was in tears on my way out and I couldn't even stick up for myself because I had gauze in my mouth, on my way out he tells me to be careful that I have children,:( I have never been so humiliated before. I was thinking about reporting him. He had no right to treat me that way. Dr.Grodecki was his name .

Had all four wisdom teeth removed in December. Bottoms were impacted, cracked and painful. I waited a long time to finally get them out. I was very nervous about the pain of the procedure. I am so glad they had an anesthesia/sedative option. My recovery was extremely smooth. Barely any swelling and healed very well. No doubt the oral surgeon did a great job. People couldn't believe I had all four of my wisdom teeth out with barely any swelling. All the staff were very pleasant to deal with.

Over priced as well pre bills insurance compagnies before surgery is even completed… How can you know how it will go ?? How much to bill when the surgery wasn’t even completed! Based on a estimate ? Especially for upper wisdom teeth … there always easier extractions …. And billed full price !! I strongly suggest to see another specialist … It’s illegal to pre billed insurance companies!!! I worked in dental offices and never ever we ever père billed before services …. Worse part is I even work in this office in the passed and never did Dr.Desjardins pre billed and over billed as well …

I got all 4 wisdom teeth taken out(2 were impacted) under sedation. He did an amazing job! No damage and no problems. I am so glad I came here for my surgery

Got teeth removed. Dr grodecki did a good job removing my teeth. He was quick and to the point. Didn't candy-coat and gave me a suggestion to improve my situation. Pain wasn't really a problem. Advil works better then any of the narcotics just a heads up.

This office is absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond to get me in and were amazing at calming me down. I am extremely terrified of dentists and the team here helped me through that. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful with all my insurance stuff and did everything for me. The nurses and assistants we all so amazing and not to mention Dr. Katsikeris was the best!! Would definitely go back here and recommend anyone else to do the same.

I had a really good experience with this office, the front desk was very sweet, explaining our payment options and asking how the road conditions were, we drove from 4 hours north to see Dr.Lee, the nurses were amazing, I got put to sleep to have 3 wisdom teeth removed and the nurses I had took very good care of me. Which was great because I was really nervous about being put to sleep. Dr.Lee was very informative prior to my surgery, professional and very nice! I woke up with no pain, very comfortable and they let my spouse come see me as soon as I was able to walk to the recovery room. I also received a phone call the day after surgery to check up on me and answer any questions I had. The only down fall was there was a little wait time between my actual appointment and the time I was brought in for surgery, however, the service easily over rides the wait time. Thank you Dr.Lee and staff!

Just got a wisdom tooth pulled. The receptionists were so good at their job and personable. The Dentist took the time and explained everything and answered my questions. The attending nurse was extremely pleasant. I was relaxed and it was virtually pain free. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I never post reviews but to anyone whose scared of going in to get wisdom teeth removed, don't be!! I was terrified of the sedation but the staff were al amazing. Really quick and painless experience. Wonderful clinic! They are great at answering all questions and following up with any questions/concerns you may have after your procedure. I would go back here if I needed anything else done.

Had to get some wisdom teeth removed cause they were decaying pretty bad. I went to Dr Grodecki office where the staff was more then helpful and informative about the procedure of having wisdom teeth extracted. Dr Grodecki was man of few words, but damn is he ever good at what he does! My teeth came out no problem and it's been 3days since and I'm healing very nicely! I would like to thank his office and staff for the very calming experience during the difficult time. I would recommend Dr Grodecki to anyone! And for those last posts about reporting him for being rude or harassing, it's not true. If anything those people need to grow up and grow some thicker skin to deal with people, instead of writing posts about reporting good doctors!

Had them take one of my teeth out today and it went amazing. I have a phobia of needles and everyone was so patient and even jokes with me and held my hand to calm me down! Afterwards too I've somehow had no swelling or bruising and almost no pain. Great people and great work!!! ????

I went a week ago to get all four of my wisdom teeth out. My appointmemt was at 10:15, we drove from sudbury so I could take just one day off work and get it done on a friday. I didn't even see the dentist until after 1 and didnt get my teeth removed until after 2. It seemed like such a rush when I was in there. I had Dr Mokhtari, he was super nice and personable at first when i was talking to him. I knew there was a chance that my nerve was close, but when I asked how it went afterwards he said he didn't see the nerve. Its been 8 days since I got them removed and have not felt like my self since. The monday after I was so dizzy it felt like I was drunk the whole room was spinning i couldnt even walk, iy gradually got better by tuesday night. My chin, gums, teeth and lip on my right side are in agony all day worse then the actual extraction sites that he took my teeth out. So for not even seeing my nerve he got it pretty good. When he was explaing what nerve damage would feel like if it did happen he did not explain it like this. Ive been so terrified thinking this is going to be my life, I cant even brush blankets on my chin without it hurting. When I explained to the girl who called she did not seem concerened one bit and I have to wait until may 18th to see him again to get looked at.

Amazing experience at NB Oral Surgery— I was in a crisis and the office staff snuck me in the very next day. I was very anxious, but Dr. Ho and his staff listened to my concerns, made me as comfortable as possible, and I left after my procedure feeling wonderful! I was just there yesterday to have an eye tooth root removed (the tooth had broken off at the gum line) and a root in the bottom front that was missed by my old dentist. I wanted to be alert and was glad he could do all of this with just freezing. The eye tooth came out in seconds with no pain during or after. The bottom one took some work and required stitches afterwards. I am still swollen and a bit tender in my jaw area but other than that, was a great experience. Dr Karim I believe his name was, is a true professional. I would not hesitate to return if I had too. Oh and I had to walk there in the rain and was cold and wet, shivering in the chair. One of the staff members offered me a blanket to keep me warm through my ordeal. Awesome staff!!!

I took my daughter there. She is terrified of needles. We were treated exceptionally well. The entire team from the reception desk, nurses, surgeon, dental assistant were very professional and kind. 4 impacted wisdom teeth were removed. Recovery has been really good. Thank you!

Prepare for at least 2+ hours of waiting and minimal explanations. Everyone is frustrated. Had to book my appointment months in advance so I thought they space it out resonably to avoid this but I waited 2.5+ hours.

I was only there twice to see Dr. Grodecki. Have not had any work done and I will not be returning. To the person above you should contact the Canadian Dental Association. He had no right talking to you like that. I just reported them for there rude and harassing behavior.

Saw Dr. Grodecki today for wisdom tooth removal in Sudbury. First the receptionist was awesome, very friendly and thorough. The two nurses that attended to me were from Sault St Marie and were also awesome. I had never had an IV before and was VERY nervous. They were funny, kind and reassuring. Made me feel so much at ease. Dr. Grodecki was also awesome! Very professional, nice man and great surgeon. Could not have ask for better care. Thank you to all of you who took such great care of me :) :) :)
