freezing done on wrong side for a root canal also drilled until i stopped them after much pain they wont fix this issue and even if they would there very unprofessional to trust again. im having to be in emerg during holidays with infections since both teeth were opened and temps fell out since they wont book me after being booked during that snow storm and wanting me to go to sturgeon then pay 100$ after they messed up on my teeth for not making it in.

My dental hygienist Jordan was so friendly and kind, and did the best cleaning job I’ve ever had. Usually I find cleanings quite painful, but this one wasn’t painful at all! Would give 0 starts if possible. I had an appointment for tomorrow and I am a student who works full time, they called my phone several times throughout the day and I was unable to pick up. I was confused because my appointment was for tomorrow at 8am. Finally got a chance to speak with them and they tell me they have filled my spot for tomorrow. Will not be returning or rescheduling my appointment. The hygienist there was super pushy and told me I needed get invisalign to correct my teeth even when I said I wouldn't be able to afford it. She also suggested I get teeth whitening to "improve my quality of life". I'm happy my appointment got cancelled tomorrow because the office gave me a weird vibe. New to North Bay so if anyone has any dentist office recommendations please let me know :p I have NEVER had whitening suggested to me by a dentists office before and always get asked if I had braces as a child because are teeth are quite straight. Would not recommend going here.

I have had a big over crowd problem for most of my life. Teeth over lapping at one point I had a double bite. I couldn't close my mouth. I learned to talk with out showing my teeth. I'm only a little ways in into a long journey. I just had some teeth pulled today and I'm more happy than in pain because it feels so great! It's like freshly dyed hair. My teeth are still far from perfect but I am so happy with what has been done so far! Dr. S may be harshly blunt but I don't care he is great and it's worth it. He is like Dr. House but for teeth. For sure recommend.

I've went to a few different dentists in the past few years because of moving cities, but I decided to try this one when I moved home. I will definitely be coming back for future appointments. I have pretty bad anxiety, but they make things comfortable, especially during covid. It normally takes forever for my mouth to freeze, but the dentist manages to freeze it first try, and right away. Its impressive and makes me less anxious about going. They always get me in super fast. Angela is always helpful and really positive. I can't say enough things. The owners are a sweet couple and you can tell they care about their business and the work they do. All of the assistants are cool too. Thanks!!

I was going to hold back writing this review until I had all my fillings done, but so far all four sides except for one tooth is done. When I first came into the office, I hadn’t brushed my teeth at all, in a year, so you can probably guess the state that my mouth was in. I was in desperate need for a dentist and luckily they take new patients and walk-ins! First visit went as follows: Doctor S. Goyal took a look at my mouth, and was definitely concerned with the look of it. My gums were riddled with gingivitis and calculus (hardened plaque) was all in between my teeth. Sam, the Dental Hygienist, was very thorough with cleaning my teeth, which most had to be done by hand because of how sensitive my mouth was. This was a very good visit, I left feeling relaxed and confident they could help me restore my mouth. Second visit was a little rough, not because of their practice though, because I am very afraid of dentists and needles. My last dentist refused to do work on me because I had moved his arm out of the way during a procedure, and I explained this to Doctor A. Goyal who helped me through the process of getting the needle and allowed it to go in smoothly with relatively low pain. You can still feel the needle go in, but the pain in non-existent when they do work on the lower jaw. All in all the procedure went very well, one tooth was very sensitive, but they did all the fillings they had to. Third visit went very well. The needle went in smoothly and I wasn’t too bothered to get it anymore, and teeth on the left lower side were patched up very nicely by Dr. S. Goyal. Fourth Visit was a bit intense and done by Dr. S Goyal. The needle goes into your gum on the upper jaw, so getting it stings a bit, especially when your gums are very inflamed by gingivitis. Furthermore, my pre molar was extremely sensitive and I had to get another needle to completely dull the pain of getting it done. It was sensitive because it had very tiny cracks all over it, and had to be filled with care. They were very professional on this visit, and the anxiety I felt compared to all my previous visits to dentists was very miniscule (usually I tend to avoid seeing a dentist, but they really care about pain, and any time you need a break you simply raise your left hand). Fifth visit was tonight and went very well, and was done again by Dr. S Goyal. Needle still stings when going into inflamed gums, but that’s to be expected. My dental hygiene improved tenfold, and I’ll be switching from two times to three times starting tomorrow. She was very careful doing the pre molar and it didn’t hurt too much, didn’t need to get a second dosing of freezing this time. My other tooth didn’t hurt at all but it was very bad and they thought they might have to do a root canal on it, which luckily wasn’t the case. This was a very pleasant visit, I was very relaxed but at the needle time I always usually start worrying since I have a phobia to needles. This is a perfect place for people who want a dentist who cares, who will listen to their concerns, and for people like me who are afraid of dental procedures (which is very minimal now that I’m seeing them). I look forward to my next visit, and I know people who will come after me will as well!

EDIT Feb. 25, 2020: had some fillings today and feel compelled to say, without a doubt, this is the best dentist I have ever had. There was no pain (at all. For any part of it. I didn't even feel the needle) and everyone is very friendly and reassuring. Constantly checked in to make sure I was okay to continue and explained the next steps clearly. The previous owner worked very hard to ensure I would improve my health and smIle by working in tandem with my denturist. Despite having my complete file as well as confirming the day prior to my appointment to have the extractions and denture fitting, the dentist waited until I sat in the chair with my dentures in hand to cancel the entire appointment. He referred me elsewhere and now I will not have my Teeth fixed until the very end of September. Very unprofessional considering everything he needed was right there to review. If you can't perform a dentistry procedure, don't confirm the day before. I will not be returning nor recommending this dental office under this new management.

Poor designed COVID procedures. I was in close contact with 4 members of personnel even before seeing a doctor or starting a procedure. And since I refused to take a high dose of antibiotic before the simple procedure of cleaning the teeth I even didn't make it to the procedure.

The Dentist in office knows very well what it is he is doing. He's very gentle, is very friendly, and cares about his patients. He also looks good in his button up. ????
