I’ve been trying to call them, but the line is always busy. Does anyone know how to get an appointment during covid? Just got a hold of them and they’re not a walk in clinic the north bay hospital was wrong. The walk in on Josephine is closed due to covid, the mall walk in is closed, the old hospital walk in you must have a dr who is registered with the blue sky team and all the others are telehealth through Skype and don’t fill out forms so there’s literally no place to go and the emerge at the hospital said not to come in for forms due to covid!!! Looks like I’ll be going out of town just to see a doctor!

Doesn't do anything. I went to his office for a check up to refill my prescription, I was told he would fax my pharmacy a one year refill. It is now the end of April and still he has not faxed anything AND is not answering any faxes sent to him. Won't even answer his phone when i call during business hours.

I am a little frustrated. I got a call about setting up more appointments since I am 6 months pregnant. Now I do not want to go to the clinic and would rather stay home due to Covid but I have been calling for days to get a hold of anyone to discuss other options and have not once been able to get past the busy signal. I am going to stop trying soon because it is something I try several times a day. I don't want phone calls putting this in my lap making it seem I am not taking responsibility when I can't get a hold of the clinic. Otherwise I love the people there and the doctor is wonderful.
