(????THIS WAS MY EX GIRLFRIEND LEGIT COMPLAINT.????) I was not happy with the service at this dentist.I felt the dentist was not very caring about saving a young person's teeth but instead wanted to get it over and done with.I wish I had of met the dentist I have now because i wouldn't be missing any teeth that could of been saved .I wouldn't recommend this dental office at all.I felt a bit degraded by them honestly.

I don't have a gmail account so I used my sons. I had an appointment today as a new patient with Nikki (dental hygienist) and Dr Mike, they were both very thorough and explained everything to me. I was really impressed with all the new and latest diagnostic technology that Callander Bay Dental had to offer me today. The office also accomodated me today to do my cleaning as well the new patient exam. Dr Mike was very gentle and friendly with a great sense of humour, I would highly recommend this office!

Dental work by hygienist and Doctor is wonderful. They are knowledgeable and make your feel at home. On the other hand the office manager should stay in the back office and stay out of customer relations. After getting dental work on she openly told us (myself and my wife and friends at the time as we all used to go there) that our buisiness was is not of value to them and that we are unwanted. This was due to a something else that had nothing to do with dental work. Callander Bay Dental's crew work really hard to be able to have a really good reputation and I do believe that still stands. But unfortunately the office manager really needs to stop pushing business away. Should the manager see this, Manners matter.

I was in jail and they brought me there and they still treated me like just another patient. It was very comfortable for an uncomfortable circumstance, nothing worse than being shackled and inn orange coveralls with a correctional officer by my sidr. Thank you :)

They are the best dentists I have ever had. Have an emergency tooth problem and they will squeeze you in. Need a small amount of time to pay, they will understand. They are god given saviours to a lot of people needing dental work. If I could give more stars I would. Just plain ol awesomeness. They are there to help you. God bless CBD!!!
