She is knowledgeable, punctual, flexible (I accidentally missed my first post-op appointment and she saw me later the same day at her office). She is a master at her craft. I am very satisfied with the results.

Having gone through the trauma of a breast cancer diagnosis, followed by treatment and surgeries, the thought of breast reconstruction surgery was daunting to say the least. It was also a very personal process. From the very beginning, she was extremely professional while at the same time, very sensitive to what I was going through. I was truly grateful for this. She always made me feel comfortable and I never once doubted that I was in expert hands. I am very pleased with the results – she is an exceptional plastic surgeon and we in the North are lucky to have her.

All I can say is I am very happy with the reconstruction Dr. Fortin did for me. In the 3 years since I found out I was pregnant to being diagnosed with breast cancer then all the treatments this is the one doctor who let me have control over what I want. If I didn’t like something wanted changed or wanted to wait on something she was more then reasonable and understanding. I would recommend anybody to her. She is personable and professional as well as her staff. I have never been more happy with the care I received from Dr. Fortin. Thank you so much.

So I was referred to her for carpal tunnel issues. It took over a year to get an appointment. My appointment was at 2:20 and it took 2 hours for her to come see me at her office. I am sorry but I think my 2 hours are worth just as much as the 5 min she gave only to offer no help. If u are running late I get it. A phone call would be nice. I could have stayed home. I have fibromyalgia and my days are rough with chronic pain. Sitting in a chair for 2 hours is not exactly something I wish to do. Her exam consisted of pressure points on my hands and fingers which triggered more pain due to my sensitive nerve pain I am dealing with. What would have been nice at least is to say “sorry for making u wait 2 hours” no applology no explanation.... sorry but my time is just as valuable!!! Her specialty is plastic surgery....so not a place to go to for pain.... not sure why my dr would send me there in the first place!

My experience with Dr. Fortin and her office has been great. Very friendly staff and very helpful and empathic towards any situation or questions I had. My results are amazing. FDL abdominoplasty with panniculectomy procedures were done with precook and care. New lease on life thank you !
