My daughter and niece had reductions . Dr Zorn was excellent, she was professional and friendly . She made us felt at eased and treated us respectfully. The post care was remarkably, any questions I had was readily addressed. I would and have recommended others to Dr. Zorn.

The apponitment practice is poor. They alot 90 minute time frames. A group of 6 patients are all alotted into the same time frame. Waiting between 1.5 to 2 hours is normal. Be prepared to pay $16 parking fee on top of the doctor's fee.

I had my consultation with Dr. Zorn yesterday. She is amazing, kind and very informative. But when I called today as instructed by Dr Zorn to speak with her receptionist regarding financial options her receptionist was argumentative and didn't even let me ask my question regarding financial options. She was arguing with me about the date of my surgery and that I wasn't able to do it that day as Dr. Zorn is fully booked on the given date. I told her to speak with Dr. Zorn as she booked me in as opposed to arguing with me. She said I will get back to you but it cannot happen that day. Other than that Dr. Zorn was great!

Such amazing people in this office, Nurses who care, and Dr. Zorn is an artist. They were amazing with removing a significant birth mark off my 14 yr old daughters face. 11 days after and we are so happy with this service... not to mention how affordable it was - sincerely (subjective I know, but I was thinking it would cost 5 times this). I called to confirm the reception of a referral letter. I explained that my previous surgeon made me waste a year of waiting time, and was just needing a confirmation. The woman on the phone was awful to me. She said they had patients with cancer and my top surgery was not important. She asked me to call one week after to see the the fax was received. People like her should not be in charge of dealing with people in pain. Update. It’s been a month, my fax never got confirmed. I already had surgery somewhere else. Out of every place I tried, this was the worst, most awful and transphobic.

Highly unprofessional doctor and staff. There's been multiple times where my appointment was confirmed for the wrong date and time! I had to take off from work only to find myself returning WITHOUT treatment!!! They also out rightly deny their mistakes and play blame games! The staff is definitely not level headed and cannot be trusted, they also will never send you written confirmation of your appointments even when requested. There is something fishy! Overall, the doctor is also very rude & unempathetic. Unless you have no choice, look out for another doctor and clinic!!!

Go somewhere else. This woman doesn’t deserve to be in business (and for her it is definitely business). Not only is she the rudest most arrogant doctor (and possibly person) I’ve encountered, the small piece of basal cell carcinoma she took off my face a few years ago wasn’t done properly and has come back to the point where I now have an inch long incicision above my lip up to my nose. Thank God she didn’t treat a more serious cancer where it’s essential to know you have clear edged. SHE works for you. SHE is paid by your taxes. There is no excuse for this kind of doctor to remain in practice.

I highly recommend Dr. Zorn, she is a true artist . She is articulate, knowledgeable , kind and highly educated. She did my Tummy Tuck recently and am still in recovery but I can tell I am going to love the final result . Very caring surgeon , she knows her stuff !

My experience with her was awful, I had to wait an hour past my appointment because she kept taking people before me, she came into the room with an attitude and didn’t take anything I said seriously it seemed like she was trying to find a way to scare me out of having a breast reduction. Would definitely not recommend her to anyone.

had me wait 2 hours past my apt time. then was transphobic, stating that she won't do top surgery unless I either lose weight or pay for liposuction as if she were to do the surgery now that I wouldn't look like a real male.

After waiting like 2 hrs, she came in asking her a bunch of medical questions as if she understood her and then had to audacity to roll her eyes... Made us feel worthless. Do not recommend ppl of different color to come here, unless u want to feel like some dog

I'm going the stars for Dr Zorn. I see reviews on here that don't reflect who she really is. I was nervous to see her many years ago about an issue I had. I heard that her bedside wasn't the greatest. However, I'd this something you want in your surgeon? Or do you want someone whom is knowledgeable, skilled, and will deliver what you need! (Not what you think you want) then you met the right one! DR Zorn talked to me about what I needed. What would be best. Didn't hold anything back. She wasn't there to hold my hand she told me what I needed! I wanted someone to do what was right for me. She delivered! I'm still healing right now but I can tell I will be so happy with the end result. Once you get to know her she is generally a great person. When I told her about my experience she told me she was sorry about my treatment with the nurses at the hospital. Her receptionist (one specifically) wasn't the greatest unfortunately. DR Zorn thankfully trumped her and gave me again what I needed. I think that you need to see for yourself before believing a negative review. She is a talented surgeon who deserves the recognition

My family doctor referred me to Dr Zorn and I'm so grateful for it!!!! To begin with the front desk ladies are amazing. Very professional and thoughtful. Dr Zorn is an amazing person who's very polite. I'm fascinated with her excellent customer service for such a top surgeon (can't feel any negative vibe at all). She did an amazing job with the removal of a cyst on my neck. She cares a lot which is rare to see top surgeons/ doctors to have such compassion as a whole- not focusing on the business only but also on a human level. It's worth waiting past my appointment time because first she's taking care of most critical patients than me and second she's amazing in every aspect..... it's a pleasure to be one of Dr Zorn's patients!

Saw Dr. Zorn for my breast reduction. Very pleased with the results! She brought them down to exactly the size I requested. The day of my surgery I was super nervous, but she was so patient and calm with me and my nerves. She kept me in the recovery room all day because she wants to check every one of her patients before she sends them home. Recovery was such a breeze and I was walking and feeling like myself within a few days. The receptionists at her clinic are extremely friendly and they treat all of her clients like gold. I did have some pain several weeks after and the main receptionist was so accommodating and she made sure I was okay even though Dr. Zorn was out of the office. I’m very glad I choose to see Dr. Zorn for my procedure!
