He is fully knowledgeable and competent but I have no idea why he gave me wrist surgery for a skateboard wrist dislocation. All he had to explain that it popped out of its socket and that no bones broke. He severed my dorsal ligaments on the back of my wrist disfiguring me. I only mentioned surgery. My sister jokingly (i think) said I lose my hand functions. He prescribed morphine, I never did drugs before. I was under the influence and suggested surgery, he then said no I did not need surgery. Next visit he said I did, then rushed me next day surgery. After the healing and pain for months I eventually saw him again and he said he could not take the implant out. In 2014, without any disagreement I had Dr. Bartel Le Roux remove the plate next year. I am now looking for a ligament reconstruction, and or plastic surgery and I hope I don't have to be a doctor myself to decide the best treatment options. It's that gross and scary looking. I have to live like this, and girls do care a lot.

My brother broke his arm. This doctor put a cast on my brother. When he got it off after 4 weeks, he says he should have had a surgery and then a cast. So those 4 weeks wearing a cast did absolutely nothing because he mistreated it. My brother should have had the surgery right away. He didn't even apologize for his error. Incompetent. Terrible. Unacceptable.

Good staff. I have been to 2 others Flores many years ago. He had no bedside manner, he was short, curt, explained nothing, too intimidated to ask him anything and left the room. I wasn't sure if he was done with me, if I was supposed to wait. After 5 mins I realized he wasn't coming back so I got dressed. I asked secratary he didn't say to make another appointment or not. She said she would call me. I never went back. Many years later I had a foot injury I was sent to Dr. Leroux. He was nice but in a hurry. I had copy of my MRI before I saw him he told me I only had plantar fasciitis and I said see I told you something tore in my foot. He said there was no evidence of that I said yes it's right here on page 3. Guess he didn't like that too much. We had a negative relationship after that. 8 years after that I saw Dr. Ostrowski. Super nice, explains everything to me, I can ask questions and he doesn't talk down to me , doesn't mind having to write letters or reports. His staff are friendly and nice. I will never go elsewhere unless he retires.

Thankful I had my knee done by Dr. Ostrowski. He did a great job. Took awhile for the healing process but so well worth it. Great Doctor !!! I recommend him highly.

He has done two of my surgeries. My knee surgery and my wrist. My wrist needed two surgeries at one time. Both sides due a car accident. He was nice, kept me will informed and did an amazing job. I can not take pain pills for a long time due to a stomach issue and he was so good about the steps he took during surgeries to help me. I would recommend him any day. I was in so much pain and he got me in for the surgeries quickly. I was on his cancelation list. His staff was good too. I found him to be a good listener and you could tell he really cared for his patients.

I was born with hip dysplasia and July 22nd 2018 while getting ready for work, my hip popped, I had a huge lump and severe pain and couldn't move. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Ostrowski on July 27th 2018. He then proceeded to tell me that the pain was all in my head, and then had the nerve to say to me "are you sure that lump hasn't always been there and you are just noticing it now?" Needless to say I was extremely upset!!! I then was sent to a surgeon in London who operated on October 30th 2019 to clean up the mess in my socket and immediately referred me to a surgeon in Toronto. Due to Covid my surgery scheduled to fix my left hip was pushed from Spring 2020 to September 23rd, 2021. I am now home recovering from having major hip surgery where my surgeon told me my hip was almost COMPLETELY OUT OF THE HIP SOCKET!!!!!!! I strongly believe anyone going to Dr Ostrowski should go elsewhere as who knows how many other people have been sent away with issues such as mine!!!!! Awful care and bedside manners!!!!!!!

Have been treated by other doctors, been through hell, glad that I got him as my doctor I've been in bandages for 3 yrs wasn't looking very good. Happy to say that although I ended up having to lose some bone in my foot I still have my toes and I can walk normally, I'm going back to work in 5 days and couldn't be happier. His staff is great too

I have been dealing with Dr. Ostrowski for over 20 years. He has done 3 scopes on my knee and now a replacement, he also did my wrist as well my daughters knee. He is a great doctor. Professional and has a good bedside manner. He listens to his patient and works with them on their medical plan of action. Highly recommend him.

I can't say enough about Dr Ostrowski. I have been to other orthopedic surgeons about my knees and they would not entertain the idea of a replacement due to my age. I had no quality of life as i could not enjoy activities with my family. Walking was even a struggle. Not only did he listen to my frustrations, he did the surgery. I am a new person. Thank you

An excellent Doctor with a kind and compassionate bed side manner. Dr. Ostrowski has replaced my knee and my hip improving the quality of my life immensely. He took the time to explain the procedures thoroughly and answered any questions I had. The staff in the office are equally competent. Despite being crazy busy, they are so kind and considerate. I'm eternally grateful!

Dr Ostrowski looke at my right knee nearly 4 yrs ago..gave me a cortisone shot ..helped to relieve pain a little..a few weeks later he injected a gel into the knee..said it will last approx 6 months to a year ..could do another gel injection after that and then the next step is knee replacement..GEL STILL WORKING AND SO FAR THE KNEE IS FINE EXCEPT FOR SOME SLIGHT PAIN OCCASIONALLY...Great Doctor...my wife has an appt to see about her knee
