Absolutely atrocious service, professionalism is thrown out the door. Then again you receive the service you're willing to pay for. Should have known better then too choose a doctor based out of the terrible and struggling Memorial Medical Center, especially when there a much better facilities and especially better doctors/surgeons over in Buffalo. Please for your safety, recovery and well being do NOT see doctor Mitchell, they'll perform your surgery take your money and forget about you. No follow up calls like they say they will provide and no answers to your questions following your procedure once you've given up on waiting for them to contact you. Just go to much better surgeons in Buffalo or a private practice in the suburbs.
