I would agree with Andrew Iker, had the same experience and very disappointed! He only looked at one x-ray, the one on the screen at that time! I waited to have 3 minutes of his time to be told to come see him 2 months from now for a Cortisone shot! And he has to do it in the hospital and not in his office! This is ridiculous!! Now I have to make another appointment to see MY family doctor, just to request another referral!! Won't be going back to Le Roux again!!!

Dr. Le Roux has to be one of the nicest Dr's around he literally goes out of his way to help you. And as unpleasant a cortisone Injection is in the feet he makes you feel incredibly comfortable and does it quickly! Thank you for what you do! I appreciate you and your entire staff. Huge shout out to all the receptionist you girls are finamomal!

I had the misfortune of meeting Dr.LeRoux. he came in and gave me less than 3 minute hold me that we have meet 3 times and I needed to make a discussion about having surgery. The oonly thing is that it was my 1st time to the office. When I asked about what the surgery in tales he got irritable and would not explain anything.

Excellent surgeon. My knee replacement has barely a scar. Great straight to the point with info and what to do with recovery. Id would definitely recommend Dr Le Roux.

What an amazing doctor ! From the moment Dr.LeRoux saw me in emerge to the time of my surgery and to my post op appointments, he always answerd my questions and took time from his VERY busy schedule. Wait time at post-op appointments are longer than usual but I wouldn't want any other orthopedic surgeon. Excellent bedside manner. We need more doctors like Dr.LeRoux

I was in too see Dr Leroux today with my locked knee and I'm already booked in Thursday for surgery I definitely would recommend Dr Leroux he's the best surgeon in Niagara

I'm giving 4 stars and only because of the wait time .. and I understand during Covid things are a lot different. I really like Dr. LeRoux, he didn't like the xrays I had so sent me for new ones to get a better look at my knee. I was in to see him and booked for surgery within 8 days I had a different surgeon when my accident happened and he refused to look at my MRI because it wasn't put on a disk, but on line and se t me away. Thankfully I was able to get a 2nd opinion. I'm 6 days into my recovery snd I've never felt this good. Thank you Dr. LeRoux

I had shoulder surgery and he didn't sugar coat anything, gave me time frames for recovery and what to expect. Also gave me possible downsides if I declined surgery. Dr. Le Roux is a busy guy and when you see him you need to be prepared with any questions, it's just who he is. I had the surgery in July 2018 and had normal range of motion back by mid Oct. Physiotherapy is painful but you have to do it to be successful. Returned to the Gym in Nov. for light strength training and back to curling in Jan 2019. Strength is back and I'm pain free. Happy with my experience. I need to mention his office staff are the best, friendly and helpful every time I had to contact them by phone or in person. Makes such a difference. Disorganized and unprofessional office staff. In my most recent experience with this office, with an injured wrist in the workplace, the office staff took over a week to submit paperwork i needed to recieve wages for lost time, then literally lost the update paperwork after having my cast removed, and now again, when I need the WSIB paperwork to fully retuen to work, I'm met with rudeness again, being put on hold 3 times to make one exchange in information and apparently they've lost the contact information I gave them for where to send the paperwork via fax. On top of this, somehow they neither have on hand; nor access to basic, common use medical forms and are incapable of answering their phones until their office has been open for nearly an hour.

DOCTOR BOOKS MORE PEOPLE THAN HE CAN SEE. NOT EVEN ENOUGH CHAIRS IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR PEOPLE TO SIT, SO MANY PEOPLE WERE WAITING. WAIT TIME IS REDICULOUS. WAS IN AND OUT WHEN IT ACTUALLY CAME TIME TO SEE THE DOCTOR. FELT LIKE A FAST FOOD DRIVE THROUGH. WAS EXPECTED TO WAIT EVEN LONGER AFTER SEEING THE DOCTOR BECAUSE HE NEVER TOOK TIME TO LOOK AT MY X/RAY AND ULTRASOUND AND WAS IN SUCH A RUSH TO SEE THE NEXT PATIENT. WILL NEVER RETURN.
