I’ve been trying to post this review for a while but I never seemed to work on my phone but I just need to give the utmost highest review of this establishment and the professionalism of its staff! I had such an amazing experience from the start with the consultation where I continually felt heard and comfortable while feeling confident in the suggestions from Angela (an absolute angel as her name suggests). We put together a plan for IPL treatments to target my hyperpigmentation and after the first session I can say that it was such a well done job especially considering my more olive complexion. The process was quick and painless and with minimal healing time! Just fantastic. Excited to continue my treatments moving forward with Angela :) ! Please book her if you can.

Fantastic place, with great customer service, I always feel comfortable when I go to my appointments. I am more than satisfied with the service and I fully trust my practitioner Angie, She is very professional and kind hearted I have never had any problems with her. Angie knows what she is doing and will guide you and inform you every step of the way on the treatment that you choose to do for yourself. The price is also very affordable and fair and you definitely get your money's worth. The laser treatments are almost painless with only a slight sting felt in some sensitive areas and there is no discomfort at all felt in the procedures. I am very satisfied and happy with the results I have seen so far of my series of LHR treatments. I am looking forward to the end of the treatment when I will be hair free. As a bonus the treatment I am getting is helping me get rid of my acne like no acne cream has ever been able to do. Please give this amazing place a try you won't regret it.

A hidden gem in uptown New Westminster! I'm so glad I found this place after years of having to travel deep into Vancouver for a qualified laser clinic. Although there are many laser clinics out there, there's only a few that I would trust to have the proper training and this is one of them. The laser technician is the absolute sweetest person and made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole process. She is also very knowledgeable about what she does so all the questions I had about laser were answered to my complete satisfaction and there was never a dull or awkward moment in the conversation. Super personable and excellent service!! I make appointments every few months for filler and Botox and I ALWAYS leave happy! The staff are very knowledgeable and explain all the options to help me achieve what I am looking for. I usually see Ali and I can count on the her to be honest with me and help me to be fully informed on the risks, benefits, aftercare, procedures, etc. She makes sure to check in with me a couple weeks later just to make sure I am happy with my results. They go above and beyond, I highly recommend!

Honestly so obsessed. I’m one treatment in. It was a little uncomfortable at first but got a lot easier and they provided me with numbing cream for my second treatment so we can be more productive! Great place! It's really clean and Angie is so professional and knowledgeable. I've had a great experience so far. First consultation of the IPL treatment, she was listening to me thoroughly. I could trust her to do this procedure. I was also lucky enough to meet both doctors to check my face on the consultation day and first treatment day. The products she recommend really work for me too. Even only first treatment has been done, my face looks brighter. I can't wait to see my face on the last treatment in 2 months.

Hi, I rarely do reviews on services or products. However, I must admit that I feel compelled this time to do justice and give accolades where justice and accolades are due. I suffer from Rosacea. As a Christmas present I was gifted funds towards IPL treatments to repair this skin condition. I did a thorough search and decided to go to New West Laser MD located in New Westminster. I met Angie, who to say the least, is warm, sincere, excessively knowledgeable and utterly professional. Angie has years of experience in this type of treatment and takes her time to explain every step in detail as well as what is to be expected. She was full of wonderful tips and advice. I have had 2 treatments so far and am scheduled for 3 more. The results so far are so incredible, that if this was the end result after 5 treatments, I would be completely happy. I am totally excited to see what the next 3 treatments will bring. I would 100% recommend New West Laser MD to anyone looking for any skin treatments they require, as New West Laser MD perform a large variety of treatments. Angie is amazing, as is Dr. Pollock. I had a pleasure to share my first laser experience with Angie and it could not have been better. She was very knowledgeable because of her medical background and she kindly explained the whole procedure so I was aware of everything what she was doing. She gave me the good recommendation on how to take care of my skin as I had no idea what issues I had. She was also very helpful the following days after the procedure as I came up with another questions and I always got a friendly answer. I am looking forward to my next visit :) UPDATE after my second visit: I am really happy with the results from skin resurfacing procedure. I am noticing the improvement on my skin, it feels tightened, brightened and with less wrinkles for sure - my husband confirmed as well :) Angie explained that the results are visible with the delayed period as the skin is renewing. From all things I have tried, I can honestly tell that laser does make the biggest difference. I am super happy!
