I had a surgical procedure done in January to remove a basal cell carcinoma from the top of my ear. I took them up on their recommendation to have a course of Photo Dynamic Therapy on my face as they pointed out there were some skin problems acquired over more than six decades which could develop into more skin cancers. I decided to go ahead, and had the procedure done last week. A day later the results (as I was told they would be) were pretty shocking with a lot of blistering and bleeding. I felt like I was all ready for the annual Zombie Walk. To my amazement, the healing was rapid (largely through following their excellent advice) and my skin feels much healthier and rejuvenated. I was very impressed with the kindness, courtesy and friendliness of all the staff, to say nothing of the pristine facility. And it's very easily reached via Skytrain. I would recommend the Healthy Skin Centre to anyone seeking dermatological services without any hesitation...

I was very disappointed with my mole removal service. 90% of my mole still remains after the procedure and during the assessment there was no mention of a chance that the procedure would be unsuccessful. When I discussed the issue with Dr. Nasseri he insisted that I should have read the fine print on the contract and refused any sort of refund. I would stay away!

I was sent to this clinic because I had skin cancer close to my eye. i was very nervous and upset about this but I can not say enough good things about how I have been treated. Everyone from the Doctor to the reception were friendly, caring and helpful. I have had the surgery, the scar is healing well and hardly shows and yes it was a fairly large scar. I have decided to have more treatments for prevention and to decrease the new and older scars on my face. Friends who have not seen me for a while comment on how good my skin looks. I had Moh's surgery under my left nostril Dec 18/2018. I was petrified of the surgery and stressed myself to the point of being sick even. I waited 9 months from the time I was referred for the surgery and not having a consultation made it very hard. On the day of the surgery I took Ativan and it really helped me to be calm thru the process. The first surgery was done by 8:30 am, the second by 10 am and the last repair surgery by 1:30 pm. Of the 6 people having surgery 3 had only the first and repair surgery. I was the second last to leave the office that day. Dr Nasseri was so patient with me crying in fear and tried his best to calm me. He has a great bed side manner! After almost one year it is mostly healed, I have a scar from the nostril to part way down to my lip. In order to cover the about a dime size tissue removed there were some cuts along the side of my nose and down from the nostril to create the flap of tissue to cover the area. I will be honest I was quite devastated at first when I saw the stitches. What looked like a pimple with a white head became a dime size hole. Cancer is not our friend! But Dr Nasseri assured me it would get better and probably just be a red scar due to my reddish skin undertones. He was right! It still bugs me when I look in the mirror to see it but it is what it is, I am cancer free in that area now. I can not wear makeup to cover the scar as I have eczema and I have never found a makeup that doesn't irritate my skin especially there. Even the sunscreen they sell affects my eczema. I had two follow up appointments after the surgery and had an injection both times to promote healing. Yes it hurts like heck but it helped the healing for sure. Bring a snack as you may get hungry, it can be a long day. It is actually quite cold in the office and the actual room so do dress warm. They don't want any germs so the temp is cool for your own good! I recommend you purchase the Stratamed for covering the incision after the surgery while it heals. It was very helpful to promote the healing I feel. I still have some and use it when my scar gets irritated. I also use the Skinceuticals Triple Lipid Repair twice daily to keep my face moist. The scar area gets very dry and flaky at times. Tip: I took my cell phone in to the room and took pics of the process each step. It helps me to look back at that now and see how far I have come with the healing process. I hope I never need a cancer surgery again but if I do I would go back to Dr Nasseri.

Botox for migraines has literally changed my life. I wish I had started it years sooner. The dramatic, and almost instant, increase in my quality of life has been unbelievable. I have suffered from terrible chronic migraines for the last 20 years, and my GP had recommended to me to check out Botox for migraines. I had always been hesitant. After 7 nights in a row of migraines with no relief, I started looking around and came across the Healthy Skin Centre website and did a ton of reading. I booked a consultation and was able to get in very quickly thanks to their helpful staff. I felt instantly comfortable with Dr. Lili Nasseri and knew I was in good hands. She walked me through the whole process, talked about possible outcomes, and what to expect. The Health Skin Centre staff also helped me immesely with my health insurance paperwork, ensuring that I was able to get the coverage that I need. I have since had my first treatment, which was painless, and the results have honestly been shocking. I have had a 70% decrease in my headaches in the last month. My forehead also looks better than ever (which is a great, unexpected side effect). If you get chronic migraines and are debating getting Botox, I urge you to book a consultation. I cannot recommend Dr. Nasseri, Dal and the rest of the staff at the Healthy Skin Centre enough!

The center is pristine, perfectly equipped and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly too. Lately, I was also under the care of Dr Eiman Nasseri for Photodynamic Therapy, a skin cancer prevention treatment. The procedure was not invasive and performed in an outstanding fashion; I am very statisfied with the results. Dr. Eiman Nasseri was very professional and friendly. I was impressed by the uplifting atmosphere that he and his staff are able to create for his patients. To go under treatments with the right mindset and emotions is key for a successful recovery. Be carful with this place, I would never recomend them to anyone. I dont ever write reviews, especially bad ones but I had some under eye filler done a few months ago by Dr. Nasseri and it was horrible, I was the last patient of the day and I felt rushed by both Dr. Nasseri and Dal Madesha. When I went back a few weeks later I showed them the lumps under my eyes and again Dal told me to just keep massaging them and they would go away. I tried to stay chill about eveything even though my eyes look terrible and they wanted me to come back to get it 'fixed' but I no longer felt comfortable with him touching my face so after many attempts to make a follow up for a refund for my botch job Dal finally replied to my email and told me that they do not provide refunds and that I should go somewhere else. Guess I'm just stuck with this for the rest of the year...If you would like to see photos of my terrible botch job just email me.

Varicose viens, spider viens ... I had legs full! I came to see Dr Nasseri in the hopes she could help at least minimize them. It felt so awful to wear skirts and shorts. From the first visit I felt so at ease and confident in the treatment. Dr. Nasseri was so friendly, easy going and she really knows what she is doing! The staff at the clinic are also friendly and welcoming. After a few short treatments, I feel much more confident showing my legs, the reaults are fabulous! I'm very thankful I was sent to Healthy Skin Centre after being diagnosed with basal cell cancer on my nose. My mother had skin cancer on her face and the treatment was to burn it off. It was scarring. painful and kept recurring. Dr Nasseri is very thorough and doesn't finish til all the cancer is removed. The way he stitched up the pencil-eraser-sized wound on my nose was to leave the middle open and allow it to 'fill in' which has left the area smooth, instead of having a lumpy scar. I'm very grateful to Dr.Nasseri and his kind , caring assistants and staff. I'd also like to mention that there was a group of us there having procedures done and there was a true comradery amongst us as we shared similar experiences throughout the day. I know for myself that some of the anxiety was relieved as we chatted and cheered one another on! I visited both the non surgical and surgical side. They were always professional and caring. I was disappointed with the wait each time. And my last visit, they didn't even have me on the schedule (I had an email confirmation) so I would have had to wait for the rest of the appointments to be processed before they could see me. I left. They are obviously overly busy and I didn't feel that my 'missing' appointment was a priority.

I have suffered from hyperhidrosis since I was a child and I had seen many different doctors for my condition and always left feeling worse about myself and my embarrassing condition. But this all changed for me when I met Dr. Lilli Nasseri. My first treatment for botox hyperhidrosis was administered through the botox access program as I didn't have coverage. I was nervous about the procedure and didn't believe it was going to work as I felt I had already tried everything to help manage my condition. Thank goodness my family doctor referred me to Dr Nassari for treatment of small to large veins. I was surprised that the aching in my calves was tremendously reduced after only several monthly treatments of sclerotherapy! The improvement continues with each treatment. Spider veins are fading, and MSP covered much of the treatment on the larger veins. Dr Nassari is very experienced, professional and personable. My sessions with her and Dal are always informative and enjoyable. The injections have been quick and not at all painful. So, if you’ve got achy legs don’t ignore it! They’ll only get worse. I unreservedly encourage you book an appointment with Dr. Nassari. Unfortunately, with a different vein doctor years ago, I received mediocre results at super inflated prices.

The office/nursing staff are very friendly and welcoming. The inner area is spotless and very pristine. All steps of the procedure were explained very carefully and a book of at home instructions for self care was given early in the day so the patient could re-read that which was verbally explained. Dr. Nasseri was willing to answer any questions and made you feel comfortable during your surgery. He and his staff do a very good job of making you feel as relaxed as possible during a time which is obviously rather stressful.

I came here for Botox treatment. In each conversation I had with both the care coordinator and Dr. Nasseri I call Botox by its name. I have experience with Botox and my body's reaction to it. I have my injections and return several weeks later for f/up and photo comparison. At this point I notice when looking at the computer that I have been given NOT Botox but Xeomin treatment. Which is not what I asked for, researched or had any experience with! I am stunned especially when asking Dr. Nasseri to explain and says she has all three products on site. And says she refers to all three products as 'Botox'. Excuse me? Three different brands, three different compositions, three different abilities to migrate from injections sites. Oh and Xeomin is cheap. Dr. Nasseri says prefers Xeomin and there is some kind of customer gift card she can give me for future treatment!? That is when I got angry realizing this was not a misunderstanding but dishonesty on their part. When I asked why she would give me Xeomin she states I signed a consent for botulinum neuromoderator injections. Yes I did but I specifically asked for Botox by name in each meeting. Even today before looking at my chart I am speaking of Botox and the care coordinator is nodding in agreement. Only when I confronted her about what is that Xeomin written on my chart? She went to get Dr. Nasseri to explain. I did my research and looked at their reviews. I feel lied to and angry as I To be told" we can do botox next time for you" excuse me? I will not be returning. I would not have even know I had something different , cheaper injected had I not looked at my chart on the computer. Very upset. I am an medical administrator who works in the building. Be aware. Will not be going back.

No one ever wants to hear that they have cancer! In my case it was squamous cell skin cancer on my face and, at the time of my diagnosis, my brother was dying of the same cancer. Terrifying! My dermatologist recommended Mohs surgery and Dr. Eiman Nasseri. I am now cancer free! My incredibly positive experience started with Karen at the front desk. She was so patient, empathetic, knowledgeable and quick to respond to my questions and concerns. The nursing staff (apologies that I do not remember all of the names) were caring and gentle and reassured me through the entire process. Dr. Nasseri - a huge thank you! He took the time to listen to me, hear my concerns and address them all. He constantly reassured me through the surgery, he was funny and he kept me talking to take my mind off the stress and angst I was feeling before I started the procedure. It has been a little over 3 months. You can hardly see the scar. I just recently returned to get the Photodynamic Therapy on my whole face. With yearly PDT maintenance and lots of sunscreen, I am hoping that I do not ever have to go through another diagnosis but if I do, I would definitely be back to the Healthy Skin Centre.

I was getting tired of seeing skin “barnacles” — medically known as seborrheic keratosis — on my temples, the unsightly non cancerous black or tan, slightly-raised growths which are the telltale signs of too much sun in an older adult. As someone who has white coat syndrome at the thought of a trip to a medical clinic, I was appreciative of how calm, relaxed and kind the young Dermatologist was. There was little physical discomfort during the procedure, which involved a local anathestetic to numb the area and electrosurgery. Within minutes, the lesions were gone and I was on my way.
