When we first checked in we were given a very small/ tight room. For the price that we had paid for this room, compared to other hotels, this was definitely no worth the value. We ended up complaining to the front desk and were given a new room.

Pool is a great experience, but doesn't have a dental kit when asked. Could have kept it, as it can only cost $3 and gives a good customer service experience to the guests and will save an early morning trip to a dollar store. Don't even give complimentary breakfast, while even other inexpensive hotels and motels provide it. Rooms are comfy and nice and clean washrooms, but the robe was smelly. I hope they'll try to improve their room service and laundry to make the experience even better.

I've stayed at the Temple Gardens twice now, the staff are great and seem happy, the rooms are pretty and clean. The spa area is nice with great RMT (masseuses). The Pool is the obviously draw.. Which is amazing! The water is always very clean and hot. Outdoors is spacious for many people, indoors they did a great job keeping sound levels down, and there's even more space to soak or swim. I highly recommend!

Although temple gardens is in definite need of renovations I'm basing my 5 stars on the employees. They are ultimately what made my stay so nice. In particular a shout out to Jade Grant and Kim Barr.
