I think that Dr. Sinno should not offer rhinoplasty. I cannot speak for the other interventions he does (like body surgeries), but for the nose, the results are deceiving, saddening and frustrating considering the fact that it cost 10k.. I really regret going to him for this surgery. My nose has a big bump on the side now (and also, kind of a wave in the bone), one side hurts and burns and the results are just not what he promised. I went to see other surgeons that told me he had made several mistakes and that they think he may have "tried the best he can", but did not do that great of a job. I realised that most of his efforts are put into their marketing and giving us the impression that he is the best, but he is not (not for rhinoplasty at the very least). Basically, my nose is still large and now it is a little collapsed in the middle (said by other doctors) and I have bumps on my bones... So it's not hard to say that it is a badly spend 10k$ . I wish that he would partially reimburse me even though I think they would never do that since they are very greedy on the money aspects. I'm just so sad and heartbroken because I had to save for a long time to afford him and now I'm stuck with horrible results. Maybe he did do his best and I give him the benefit of the doubt, but I would not recommend this doctor. The price and the quality of the work don't go together for this type of intervention... Again, I am heartbroken by this experience.

I forgot to do these 2 steps and I was completely disappointed with my tummy tuck. Asymmetrical scar, flabby skin (despite the tummy tuck), non-uniform liposuction ... in short! I feel as soon as the payment is made the staff are no longer eager to listen. And believe me I spent a lot of money. Poor postoperative follow-up: you feel like you bother them every time you are worried and need an answer. Anyway ... before you decide to have surgery take a look at what the doctor has already done, again make sure you see enough before and after photos. Aside from the fact that I think Dr Sinno still needs practice, he is still a super nice doctor. His staff is a bit lacking in coordination and once the money is pocketed he doesn't really care about you anymore. That's all! Je vous le conseille fortement. Ensuite, renseignez-vous sur le chirurgien: aller voir les commentaires sur celui-ci. C’est en grande partie ce qui vous aidera à faire votre choix. J’ai omis de faire ces 2 étapes et j’ai été complètement déçue de mon intervention (tummy tuck). Cicatrice asymétrique, peau flasque (malgré le tummy tuck), liposuction non uniforme ... bref! Je sens qu’aussitôt que le paiement est fait, le staff n’est plus enthousiaste à être à l’écoute. Et croyez moi que j’ai déboursé beaucoup d’argent. Suivi postopératoire médiocre: tu sens que tu les déranges à chaque fois que tu es inquiète et que tu as besoin de réponse. En tout cas... avant de vous décidez de faire une chirurgie regardez ce que le médecin a déjà réalisé, encore une fois, assurez vous d’en voir assez de photos avant et après. À part du fait que je pense que Dr Sinno a encore besoin de pratique, il reste un médecin super gentil. Son staff manque un peu de coordination et une fois l’argent empoché il ne se soucie plus vraiment de toi. C’est tout!

Do not believe what you see on social media and do not see a general plastic surgeon for a rhinoplasty, go see a facial specialized surgeon. You'll save your face and your money!! I had the upmost respect and admiration for Dr Sinno’s work until he botched my nose. Since the removal of the cast I have had a bump and got recently confirmed by other doctors that I have asymmetry on the left side of my bridge from the surgery and NOT from the recovery. He keeps trying to buy time and making it seem as if it's my body's fault and way of recovering when it is CLEARLY due to his incompetency! Ive been told it was discussed during the consult and in the consent form which is FALSE. I was told that MAYBE scar tissue could form LATER and make a small bump that you can massage away. I was NEVER told I’d have my nasal bone deformed from a medical error. He also told me people would say how great I looked after 2 weeks. No one said I looked nice, if anything my family is very concerned about my results. I am at loss for words in my disappointment. And now have to consider saving up again for a revision to fix his poor work. Results should speak for themselves and instead he’s posing on Instagram and advertising Sinno lipgloss. Forever heartbroken. I have 3 more months until my one year mark, if a miracle happens and I get a beautiful result, I will immediately delete this and apologize but considering its been 9 months my nose is ugly, this review is more than justified. More than 80% is healed so I was advised to start looking at alternatives and am booking more consultations to find a solution as I was told no drastic change will happen at this point. I cannot speak for his skills regarding body surgeries, but for face it's a disaster. Not worth 10k that should be reimbursed considering the physical and PSYCHOLOGICAL damage this has caused and definitely not worth the 5 star quality he claims to be. Ps: I have added a photo proving I am in fact his patient despite the "response of the owner" being dismissive. They have my number, his team of 45 people can call. Asking my name to check if they have my file when they clearly know who I am. I even use to work at VictoriaPark. This is ridiculous!

Dr. Hani Sinno is absolutely incredible. All my life i was very self conscious about my long nose. especially smiling, my nose would point downward even more almost touching my lip, so i unconsciously stopped smiling, especially in pictures. For a long time i pushed back the idea of plastic surgery, until one day i decided to google "best plastic surgeon in Montreal". Dr. Sinno was the best rated so i decided to book a consultation. I knew as soon as i met him that he was going to be my surgeon. His extensive knowledge and caring nature made me feel at ease right away. He explained everything he could do for me, how he could make my nose fit better on my face, while preserving a natural look. He explained what was causing my nose to pull down even more when i smiled and how he was going to fix it. He was very patient through the process of explaining everything over and over again. His number one priority is that you feel cared for and his passion for his work speaks for itself. i am a 35 year old man and Dr. Sinno held my hand while i was going under general anesthesia for the first time in my life, with the most reassuring smile. He is that kind of human being. it's been 2 months since my surgery and i couldn't be happier with the results, and they will keep getting better (90% of results after 6 months, up to a year for the remaining 10%). People tell me i look great, there's something different but they can't tell what it is. Once i tell them about the nose job they are amazed at how natural it looks. That's the kind of results you want! The whole experience was virtually pain free, my only regret is not doing it sooner. If you are looking for the best, look no further. He is it!

From the moment I walked in, the staff was amazing and Dr. Sinno took the time to explain everything so thoroughly that I barely had questions (to be fair I also did quite a bit of research). Irena was great as well and very patient with me. She went above and beyond to double check things when I had concerns. It healed as per expected and within the time frame that was given to me. Now, when I look in the mirror I can’t help but smile. I look at my nose all the time and sometimes exclaim out loud “it’s so cute.” For the first time I feel like I look like myself, like the person I was meant to look like, to the point where when I am looking at old pictures it feels like I am looking at another person. This Doctor is the best. He did such a perfect job you can't see any scrars. If I had to rate him out of 5 stars I would give him a 7 stars. He is a perfectionist. He's kind to make you feel confident, but as soon as there is something wrong, he won't admit it. After two weeks of the injections, I noticed an asymmetry. At the follow-up examination, he asks me to inject more product to correct this and to pay for a half syringe, whereas he had finished the whole syringe by injecting the product in places that did not require the product, me saying it's to make it look good, when he could have kept what was left for touch-ups. I did not agree to pay for another syringe, I told myself that over time it will fade. After 5 months, a lump under the skin has formed which bothers me and causes tingling. I went to see him, almost he called me a liar, according to him, it was imagination. I asked him to remove the product, because he had explained to me during the first consultation that it was possible to remove the injected product if the result did not please me and that everything will return to as before the injection and as a naive jr believed it. He injected me with the enzyme to absorb HYALURONIC acid, a huge hollow in the ring that I didn't have at all before appeared and the lump is still there. My skin got wrinkled in this spot even though I had no problems before and since then my face is itchy and peeling and it has been going on for 3 weeks. Worst of all, no follow-up, he didn't even try to find out if I had an allergic reaction, if the lump was gone, none of that. I contacted her assistant, she sent me for a walk, telling me that the doctor was not available and that he was going on leave. Once the money has been collected, it is no longer interesting, although I had paid almost $ 1,000 to destroy my face. I don't know what to do anymore, if only I could go back but I think it's irreversible. Maybe he is a good surgeon, but he does not control the dosage of the filler injections and I think that I am not his first victim !! And to say that I just wanted to correct a small hollow at the level of the right circle due to an accumulation of fatigue and I end up with a huge hollow on the left side and a lump that is not visible but which bothers me a lot???? (Original) Je regrette amèrement d'avoir fait confiance à ce médecin! Tellement sûr de lui, il peut vous transformer en grenouille et vous dira droit dans les yeux que vous êtes une princesse. Il est gentil pour vous mettre en confiance, mais dès qu'il y a quelque chose qui ne va pas, il ne l'admettra pas. Après deux semaines des injections, j'ai remarqué une asymétrie. À l'examen de suivi, il me demande d'injecter plus de produit pour corriger ça et de payer une demi seringue, alors qu'il avait fini toute la seringue en injectant le produit à des endroits qui ne nécessitaient pas de produit, me disant que c'est pour que ça soit beau, alors qu'il aurait pu garder ce qui restait pour les retouches . Je n'ai pas accepté de payer une autre seringue, je me suis dit qu'avec le temps ça s'estompera. Après 5 mois, une boule sous la peau s'est formée , qui me gène et qui provoque des fourmillements. Je suis allée le voir, limite il m'a traitée de menteuse, d'après lui, c'était de l'imagination . Je lui ai demandé d'enlever le produit, car il m'avait expliqué lors de la première consultation que c'était possible d'enlever le produit injecté si le résultat ne me plaisait pas et que tout redeviendra comme avant l'injection et comme une naïve jr l'ai cru. Il m'a injecté l'enzyme pour résorber l'acide HYALURONIQUE, un creux énorme au niveau du cerne que je n'avais pas du tout avant est apparu et la boule est toujours là. Ma peau est devenue fripée à cet endroit alors que je n'avais aucun problème avant et depuis mon visage me démange et pèle et ça dure depuis 3 semaines. Le pire, aucun suivi, il n'a même pas cherché à savoir si j'ai eu une réaction allergique, si la boule est partie, rien de cela. J'ai contacté son assistante, elle m'a envoyée balader en me disant que le docteur n'était pas disponible et qu'il partait en congé. Une fois l'argent encaissé, on n'est plus intéressant, alors que j'avais payé presque 1000 dollars pour détruire mon visage . Je ne sais plus quoi faire, si seulement je pouvais revenir en arrière mais je pense que c'est irréversible. Peut être c'est un bon chirurgien, mais il ne maîtrise pas le dosage des injections de comblement et je pense que je ne suis pas sa première victime!! Et dire que je voulais juste corriger un petit creux au niveau du cerné droit dû à une accumulation de fatigue et je me retrouve avec un énorme creux du côté gauche et un boule qui ne se voit pas mais qui me gène beaucoup????

Horrible experience. Very rushed and not listening. Charged me much more than expected because he kept screwing up my infection and adding more without telling me. Left with a bigger and more crooked nose that he almost broke by pushing very hard to move the injectable around. Everyone in my friends and family laughed at me for doing this it’s horrible don’t go there it’s just instagram hype and a bunch of diplomas but he’s not talented at all. I had my Septorhinoplasty with Dr Sinno and I am currently 5 1/2 months post-op. I wanted to wait to share my experience in order to provide the most honest opinion on my experience. 1) The consultation: Dr Sinno took a very long time to explain the surgeries and did the simulation for my open septorhinoplasty (I asked for a natural look). Then I met with Mireille, clinic manager, who was very kind and was really willing to help for all my inquiries. 2) Day of the surgery: Dr Sinno came in the morning of the surgery to talk about the operation and how he will proceed and check on me to see if i have any questions. Then the anesthesiologist came to explain the method he will be using (his way didn't make me feel nauseous at all afterwards.) When I woke up, the nurse helped me to pee and gave me something to drink, however this was the most difficult part because they would be rushing everything so we could go out of the recovery room quickly (maybe for other patients). Very hard when you are half awake. 3) Recovery: I spent a week in the nose splints and breathing through my mouth (hardest part of the entire procedure). I felt no pain at all during my entire recovery. The only medication I was taking was tylenols (as prescribed by the doc). Nurse Iryna was always available to answer my calls and my messages whenever I had questions or concerns, she was truly incredible from the beginning to the end of my journey. 4)Results: first three months, I felt a lot of swelling in my nose, mainly in the tip of my nose. My nose was stuffy and I had feeling of nasal congestion for the first few weeks, but was getting better day after day. At 5 months post-op, I can definitely say that I breathe very well through my nose, and I feel its improving every week. The tip of my nose is just beginning to decrease and I can really see the similarity with the simulation he showed me on my first consultation. I am very pleased with the results and I really love the natural look of my nose right now.

I NEVER leave reviews, but after the amazing service i received, i felt i just had to let people know about this clinic. This place is a gem, just book an appointment now, you’ll wish you did it earlier. Dr Sinno and nurse Irina, while always being very professional, took care of me like i was family. I was confident that i was in the best hands. Dr Sinno has a lot of experience and it shows..in seconds he knew exactly what i needed. While he explained everything that we could do, i never felt pressured i should have any of the procedures done. But im glad i did.. my results are incredible. Like i said… just go! A big thanks to all the staff :)
