I have had a horrible experience. Dr. Mitchell removed some stitches from a minor scar revision he did. He neglected to advise me I had a staph infection. I ended up in ER on Wednesday, and Thursday, I went back to Dr. Mitchell's office on Friday, where he was aware of the 2 prior ER visits, the 2 days prior to this visit, and did nothing to honor my concerns or assure me I would be fine... I just kept hearing this was all superficial and everybody has staph, no big deal. Dr. Mitchell went to vacation in Hawaii. Only under force by fear, did he admit me into the local hospital. I was hospitalized over the weekend for the next 4 consecutive days on high mega super powered antibiotics, I had necrosis, cellulitis, and staph...all to my left breast. I was sent home without antibiotics to maintain therapy, I was forced to leave the hospital, and my first swab from the ER was never cultured. I still have no idea what I am actually infected with, as I was never 100% fully told, nor did my culture disclose this from my microbiology reports in the hospital.

My son needed stiches on his left eye lid ..dr mitchell did very well ..i was excited when i heard he was the one..his wife Tina does very well also so i know this was a done deal staff was very friendly ...the environment was peaceful????

I have been seeing Dr. Barr on and off for many years now. Each experience has been meet with satisfaction. He is honest and will not do a procedure for profit. If he doesn’t feel it’s necessary he will let you know. His staff is kind and efficient. I trust that he will first do no harm. Any decision on my part to undergo a procedure medical or cosmetic that can be done by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Barr will be that surgeon.

I got burned really bad and dr. Mitchell did amazing job! Was so lucky that I didn't have to have skin drafts. Everyone there is amazing and caring about their patients. I thank God every day for them because you can't really tell I was burned. Thank you so very much renue.

Another physician found staples hidden under the skin (that likely should have been removed) that have now caused infection in my mom, as the result of a Dr. Mitchell attempting to do foot surgery. This entire procedure has resulted in the same type of infection as described in the previous review. Called to obtain medical records for the physician that is treating the infection and got the complete run around. Mom is 72 years old and lives 80 miles away, and I was told that if she wants the records she can come to Brunswick and get a copy. The prior surgery is about to be examined for negligence/malpractice.

I had dr easterlin..I sliced my finger on the job towards end of 2014...it's still healing an I have my moments..but for most part..it turned out great..it still able to do things I did before accident..there's a little scar left from where skin was taken off...but it doesn't look bad at all...would definitely recommend him to anyone..

My 2 year daughter had an accident resulting in a very large wound on her lower face. Dr. Mitchell did an amazing job. We are blessed to have a surgeon of his caliber available to the Golden Isles..his kind bedside manner was refreshing as was his quality staff. I had a breast reduction on Thursday. I was amazed how kind and caring Dr Easterlen and his staff was to me. They totally walked me through every step they did. They gave me information weeks before surgery so I could prepare. Dr Easterlen did a Fabulous job on my breast. Taking into consideration he had a lot to do with me during surgery. I lost over 10lbs during surgery. Once again I can't say enough about how well I was treated. All his nurses help me in every way. I would do it again if I had too! I'm doing so much better and wow the release of weight on my shoulders and back.

My first encounter with Renue was 6 years ago when my daughter fell and hit her head on our front step and got a nasty cut on her forehead. I called Renue expecting them to tell me to take her to the ER. I was completely blown away when the receptionist, without any hesitation, told me to bring her on into the office. When we arrived the receptionist welcomed us warmly, and I was super impressed with how beautiful the office was. The nurses were so sweet to my daughter and made us both feel very comfortable. Dr. Mitchell could not have been nicer. Great personality and very professional. He stitched her up and we were out of there in no time. They even gave my daughter a super soft teddy bear in doctor scrubs, which she of course loved. Since then I have had 2 surgeries with Dr. Mitchell at their surgery center in Brunswick, one of which (eyelids) was covered by my insurance. Dr. Mitchell does amazing work, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him and his staff.

This place is first class all they way. Dr. Barr did surgery on my hand for cancer, and there on no surgery marks, no cuts, no stitch marks, and can't even see that I had surgery. They are wonderful!

I recently had to bring my 6 year old daughter to Renue to have a lesion removed from her lip. She was so excited to be going to the doctor at first, but became very fearful of the procedure once we were in the office. Dr. Mitchell and his staff were so incredibly understanding and patient. They gave her the cutest stuffed bear to squeeze, and were so good at distracting her from her fear and getting her to smile and laugh. When it became clear she was not going to be able to be calm and still long enough for Dr. Mitchell to numb the area and do the procedure with her awake, they offered to sedate her right then and there so we were still able to get the procedure done the same day! There was always at least one nurse immediately by her side the entire time she was sedated, and they were so loving and gentle with my sweet girl, which I really appreciated. The incision healed up quickly and they used dissolvable stitches so she didn’t have to be scared to go back and get them removed. I was very impressed with the professionalism, kindness, and patience of all of the Renue staff! They are AWESOME with kids!! Thank you SO much for turning a scary experience into a positive one for my girl!

I came to say I loved my Coolsculpting experience at Renue. The office is warm and inviting, and everyone I met was friendly. From my first consultation Jayme was honest with me about what to expect and which procedures would benefit me most. The procedure itself was quite an experience! I did feel cold, but just when I thought it might be too much, my body got used to it. Post-procedure there was some numbness, slight irritation, and mild swelling for a few days, just like Jayme said there would be. It's been six weeks now and I'm so happy with the results. I've lost a few pounds of fat, and my belly is flatter and firmer. I highly recommend not only Coolsculpting, but specifically Coolsculpting at Renue. I can't say enough about Dr. Mitchell, the nurses, and the rest of the staff; they really are the best.
