Had an appt for 12:40pm, asked at 2:00pm where my son was on the list, 3 ahead of him at that point. Had to reschedule, staff didn't apologize for the wait, nothing. Never even met the Dr. but if we had a choice, we would not go back. 10 - 20 minutes ok, I get that, but 80 min? Totally unacceptable. We took the 12:40 timeslot so he wouldn't miss school or I wouldn't miss work. Dr.s have to realize that some people book appt that fit around our schedule. To be sitting in a waiting room for 80 minutes and still not close to being seen is ridiculous.

Elle a été de toutes douceurs professionnelles , et c’est même déplacé sur son heure de dîner pour s’occuper de mon œil à l’hôpital et un autre soir pour venir me rencontrer et s’assurer que tout va bien et me rassurer.
