This man helped me when no one else would. I am a more challenging case, and 50, yes 50 doctors, turned me down before I found him. He was not intimidated by my medical issues and he transformed me. I had zero complications, he's the calmest, nicest man you could meet. Not dismissive and abrupt and cold like most doctors are. I cannot recommend this doctor enough, especially if you are a more challenging case, due to your weight, being diabetic, all kinds of things. I so wish I'd found him years ago.

Dr. Elahi as a surgeon will listen to the patient even though he already told the patient, it’s not a good idea to do it. When it comes to Louisia, she is amazing and very kind again the same thing if you don’t listen to the advice she is giving you. Of course you are going to be unhappy. He is always reassuring and is always willing to provide the best recommendations for my acne scars. I would recommend him to anybody who wants a rhinoplasty, or anyone that wants to learn about news ways of taking care of his/her skin. I also come in from time to time to have Botox or fillers done.

I had a tummy tuck and liposuction surgery with Dr. Elahi 2 month ago. In my view, he is a nice, humane, and honest man and excellent Plastic surgeons. Both Dr. Elahi and Luisa (Office Manager) are very severe and compassionate in their responsibility. I have the pleasure of my tummy tuck; doctor Elahi did my surgery perfectly, and it was better than my expectation. Also, I had the satisfaction liposuction experience with him. Just as I understand, there is some limitation to fat removal in a surgical procedure; therefore, they cannot remove some amount of fat of my feet, which was mentioned in my contract and also Luisa promised. I think they will arrange for me a new Liposuction surgery, to complete their commitment. I want to appreciate to Luisa here. She is so kind, hardworking, and sympathetic and patience. The first days of my operation, I was in a bad mood and worried about the result of my surgery. She explained the procedure of my recovery with tolerance to me many times, and she helped me to remove my worried about everything she could in her profession. I congratulate Dr. Elahi with his excellent team.

She's greedy and she's a compulsive liar. This person should retire. She used to work at Wellsprings, and they have not one nice word to describe Luisa also. I'm glad the public can voice their sadness and pain when dealing with someone who is supposedly there to boost self confidence not ruin their lives! Butcher!

Dr. Elahi is an excellent surgeon! My mom and sister as well as myself have undergone multiple surgeries with Dr. Elahi BECAUSE HE IS SIMPLY THE BEST and we trust him and his team the most. Everyone is so friendly, patient and so very helpful. My mom was the first one to get her nose job. She used to have HUGE nostrils it was the defining feature of her face as it stood out so much. After her recovery/healing time no one --and I mean NO ONE noticed she went under the knife because Dr. Elahi created a shape that well suited her and there are no visible scars whatsoever. And it looked so natural! Everyone just assumed she had lost significant weight. I am also quite satisfied with MY nose job that I did last year. I didn't want any drastic changes done: I just needed my nose to be more defined and pointy. I didn't even have a specific image in mind. But Dr. Elahi was able to figure out the best nose for ME. He added a lift and defined my nose. I liked my nose before, but now I LOVE it. btw let me tell y'all: during my surgery I was so high and ecstatic since it was my FIRST SURGERY EVER and I hope to one day become a surgeon just like Dr. Elahi that I was soooooo curious about everything. And during my damn surgery I kept talking and asking him questions ahahahahah. I obviously didn't realize how annoying I must've been since I was in the operation room and on normal drugs (clearly high) lololol but no one was annoyed at my excitedness. Everyone was so nice, patient and accommodated to my needs. I admire Dr. Elahi so much. He's such an easy doctor to talk to, you won't feel nervous or insecure. My sister also got her rhinoplasty surgery done by Dr. Elahi. She likes it. We've all seen Dr. Elahi so many times now that I'm planning to extend my visit for different surgeries now other than rhinoplasty.

Dr. Elahi is simply amazing! My review today is about Luisa. She has got to be the sweetest and most talented when it comes to keeping me looking 38 at 47. I met Luisa about 8 years ago and truly hope she never retires :) I have had Botox and filers with her ever since. Luisa never does more than what’s needed! My husband never even notices changes, he does say I look beautiful shortly after I see her. Many of my girlfriends have visited Luisa and love the results. My daughter had simple procedure, she was so scared and nervous. Luisa calmed her down and it all went so well. What an amazing team.

Very disappointed after almost 4 months waiting to see this dr refferd by family dr for my thumb injery. They never called to confirm my appointment. I had to call 1 month before that day and nont even bothered to return my call. I showed up at the office and no one there.i had to call my family dr and I was told I should have gone to the hospital .no one informed me .I missed my appointment and I had to wait 4 hrs in there. After waiting hours and hours I was told dr elahi is not there and some else covering for him .he spent only 5 min with me and did not explain nothing properly. Such a waste of time!

I would not recommend this place for lip fillers. Lusia is a great person however i do not believe she’s well experienced with dealing with lip augmentation. I had my lips done with her 2 years ago and i am still suffering with the aftermath. I had my lips dissolved plenty of times and the puffiness will still not go down. Her method was not ideal for my lips and the fillers migrated to my top lip and it will not go down. She ruined my lips and I suffered very tramatically and wasted a good amount of my money.

I had an appointment scheduled for the 16th of March. Somehow just one day before appointment, I received a phone call from the Dr's office stating that my procedure is deemed "unnecessary" at the time being to them and that I have 2 options: either to cancel or they will move it to Sept 2021, i.e. 6 months from now. Explanation was not given to why they have decided it is un-necessary. First time I come across a clinic where its professionals would decide on the individual's behalf what is best for you at the moment. Patient's autonomy does not exist nor respect.

It was three years ago that Dr. M. Elahi changed my life, from the outside to the inside. If you knew me before, you wouldn't recognize me now, not because of the surgeries I had to my nose but because it has changed the way I see myself and interact with the world. You see, I always hated my nose and as a result, I was shy and suffered greatly due to low self-esteem. I hated when people looked at me, especially my profile. For this reason, I used to hang my head and never wanted to look people in the eye. I guess you could say I had social anxiety. My nose had a bulb at the end which I wanted made smaller. While I was nervous and afraid to have surgery, Dr. M. Elahi immediately made me feel comfortable and hopeful saying, "Yes, we can do this". A surgery date was booked right then and there. The surgery went well and my nose began to look better. Immediately, my self-esteem began to improve. Dr. M. Elahi indicated that a small follow up procedure was needed as well as a 3rd surgery to the bridge of my nose as it was a bit crooked. On the day of my 3rd surgery, Dr. M. Elahi told me what he was going to do and asked "What do YOU want Usha"? It was such a surprise to be asked! He cared to know what was important to me! Since meeting Dr. M. Elahi, and having 3 procedures, I am ecstatic to say that my nose is beautiful! My confidence has improved so much and my self-esteem has increased tremendously. Because of my new outlook, I can hold my head high believing I can do anything I want to do. My nose is no longer holding me back. Dr. M. Elahi showed such care and concern for me physically, but also for my mental and emotional well being too. I can never forget the impact he has made in my life. Dr.M. Elahi is a superb plastic surgeon and an amazing human being. I would highly recommend him to anyone that feels they want or need to improve something that will help them live their best life! Our family was recently referred to Dr. Elahi by 2 different family Doctors. He did some work for both my in-laws and myself with mole removals and everything has healed beautifully. He also repaired my hand after a bad cut that severed the nerve in my left hand. He repaired the nerve and worked to fix the appearance of the original scar. It has healed nicely and looks so much better after the initial ER emergency repair. I also have a needle phobia and Dr. Elahi was very king and patient. He has a great bed side manner and our whole family trusts him. He is very good at what he does and we would highly recommend the work of Dr. Elahi.

insanely rude doctor, my aunt and I came in to check on her knee after surgery and the doctor pointed out a burn mark on her face she got from an accident as a child, we were NOT there for plastic surgery the doctor was supposed to insist her on her knee but instead the doctor points out her burn on her face and starts picking out all the “flaws” he thinks she should get operations on! We did not ask for that at all, he knew we were coming for her knee post op and had no right to start picking apart her appearance and saying she should get procedures done. Horrible doctor, very unprofessional and has no idea how to properly conduct himself with patients, should be ashamed of himself for speaking to an older woman that way.

There’s some swelling so I’m just waiting for that to go down. My last doctor improved my nose but he didn’t get rid of the hump I wanted gone and wasn’t willing to operate again. I visited 3 other yorkville doctors in the city and their prices were incredibly expensive. Most of them seemed douchey and not trustworthy. Dr Elahi has great results and he has fair prices. I couldn’t be more grateful for finally getting the results I’ve wanted. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get something done.

Dr. Elahi is an exceptional surgeon. I have now undergone two procedures with Dr. Elahi - rhinoplasty and a breast augmentation. From start to finish Dr. Elahi and his team make you feel completely at ease. Dr. Elahi listens to his clients needs, but will respectfully give his professional opinion. I altered my body due to my insecurity of feeling disproportionate, thus wanting to see more symmetry. My biggest concern was to still look natural and with his excellent workmanship, he did just that! Comments from friends were you look really good - not, did you have work done? Very good plastic surgeon but his fees are questionable. Dr Elahi’s consultation fees varies depending upon your background. What you are doing goes against your religious beliefs.

I would give Dr Elahi more than 10 star. Immaculate, perfectionist, artist and the most important thing very very humble and kind hearted surgeon. In my entire life, I have never come across such a fantastic plastic surgeon whose bedside manners are phenomenal and who takes good care until the end . Had a face and neck lift done on Sept 3 2019 and boy did he ever do an amazing job. He gave me such a natural look. My friends made a remark that whatever I have done looks fabulous. Thanks to him. Love this doctor. Went back to work this week and my co workers keep saying how skinny and curvy I look. Had arm lift and lipo 360 this past year and I'm very happy. He and his staff were always available and positive and kind . I was very nervous at first but now I'll definitely go back because he's that good. Thank you team Elahi.

I honestly can't express how happy I am with my results for breast augmention!!! I've had other work done as well and I would never trust any other surgeon for anything!!! Dr. Elahi's work is over the top and his just a great listener- he really pays attention to your wants and performs what's best for you with amazing results! If this was a 100 star rating, I would give 101 stars!!!!!!! Dr. Elahi is absolutely the best. I cannot express adequately enough how much appreciation I have for Dr. Elahi. Let me tell you a short story regarding my experience with this wonderful doctor. I first contacted his office inquiring about excess skin removal due to a 162 lb weight loss. Needless to say I was quite impressed when Dr. Elahi called me at home to discuss my inquiry. That phone call lead to a consultation appointment at the specialty clinic of the Scarborough General Hospital. My consultation was beyond par. Standing in front of a plastic surgeon after losing that amount of weight was very emotional for me. Dr. Elahi's pleasant manner put me at ease right away. He answered all of my questions and listened to all of my concerns. Fast forward to surgery day. I was so nervous. The OR nurse must have mentioned it to Dr. Elahi because within minutes of her returning to the operating room , Dr.Elahi came out to see me and walked me into the OR and introduced me to the medical team he would be working with during my procedure. In my opinion, this gesture of kindness was beyond anything I have ever experienced before. Dr. Elahi is a very compassionate and caring doctor and the well being of his patients is very important to him. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Elahi, My experience was a very positive one and I would recommend him without any hesitation. I would also like to give a shout out to his office staff. Each time I called the office, his staff always took the time to listen and answer any questions I might have and they were always very helpful and pleasant. From the beginning Luisa, was patient, extremely knowledgeable and continuously reassured me throughout the entire recovery process. She was super nice and answered all my questions. Dr.Elahi and his team are THE greatest people I have met. From Teresa at the front desk, to the absolute amazing Luisa and the extremely caring nurses Savannah and Erika. I felt so at ease with everything. I walked in curious and anxious since getting a rhinoplasty was something that was going to change my whole appearance, and I walked out feeling confident and beautiful for the first time in my life. I had little to no bruising and had amazing results within 2 weeks post op. The best part is that my results are extremely natural looking and my nose is in seamless harmony with the rest of my face. I recently got a rhinoplasty from Doctor Elahi in May, he is truly a kind and very professional doctor, I can and will recommend him to anybody looking towards the same operation. I was very nervous and anxious about the surgery however Doctor Elahi patiently explained the procedure of the operation and recovery and eased my nerves. Doctor Elahi is very considerate about the wellness of his patients, and he has a wonderful staff working with him.
