Staff are willing to help and they know their store. But one thing I have see that is becoming a trend for Walmart is the lack of price tags for their product they have! So now when I go to Walmart and I see something there that I like, I have to either Chase someone down or find the price check machine. Not sure why this is become a trend!!!!

I’m giving this place a 5 star only because there was one special young lady named Ana who helped me so much when I was at cash. Helpful with make sure all the prices were correct I asked her to say it loud the prices too and super polite she was. Very friendly! I’m so glad she was there to help me her service was outstanding! I get all my yarn at Walmart but find the shelves are very badly stocked. And also the skeins are now a lot smaller and they are charging the same price. Being Canada Day and earlier in the morning it was pleasantly quite. Everything was clean. They had 97% of goods I was shopping for. No good quality Eggplants! Cashiers we're plentiful and there were no queues. Prices were good as is usually the case.

This location is much smaller than some of the supercenters, but still packs a lot of the essentials. As all retail, avoid at all costs on the weekends. If you are one of those who contributes to the weekend rush, remember that you're a part of the problem and please don't get angry at other people especially minimum wage workers.

The setup during this pandemic is good. Shopping is usually pretty stressful for we don’t know who may be infected and who isn’t... so we wear a mask. Large well designed lines and arrows telling directions helps out and keeps most people moving the right direction. More security and enforcing social distancing and the one way aisles is des to keep those who don’t care from going the wrong way or getting way too close to others. They should make masks mandatory. Keep everyone safe.

I use this store weekly as it is right in my neighborhood but I find the staff are not always very helpful. The products are not always in stock and it's hard to find someone to help you. I was in the garden Centre this visit as well and was quite disappointed as the flowers that were just brought in were already half dead and selling at full price. If you are specifically going to this store to find a particular item that all Walmart' sell either call ahead to ask or go to a more reliable store.

When my friend was trying to return pcs. of swimwear, the customer Service manager Rosin told her that all undergarments are Final sale. My friend tried to explain to her that she just tried them quickly but the lady’s expression was not pleasant at all. My friend told her that the cashier didn’t informed her that they are on final sale. So I told to the manager that it was not even written on back of the receipt. She told me that it was posted somewhere in customer service area. What?? Do we need to go there every time we buy something to make sure that they are returnable? I told her that people wouldn’t do that. Who would pay for something and check in there after paying? Then she was upset about my respond. And decided not to do the return. She told us to do the return in other location? Really? She said I was giving her an attitude. Lol Is that how you solve the issue? From someone who handles customer service? It’s not even posted on their till that swimwear is final sale. The other lady just told her to do the return. Well, never gonna do my business with them. Terrible customer experience from someone who is supposed to be a problem solver.

A bit messy and found that their price matching policy is different than all the other Walmarts that I've been to. The excuse was that different stores and different budgets so they choose what to match? Not sure where that came from but the Walmart at MacLeod and Southland, Detroit meadows and McKensie Towne never hesitate to price match. I think I recommend to skip this location. The staff seem like they want to help bit the managers do not.

Shopping in this, our local Wal-Mart. Didn't require any assistance. Retail products(underwear/socks) were well stocked, clean and sizes/ prices visible. Definitely not the best Walmart I've visited, but a great relaxed Walmart perfect for a visit if you live near by. People visiting are almost always friendly, and employees are always there when you need help. If you're coming here for fresh produce and meat products, I will warn you this location is not a Walmart superstore which means it does not carry those products. Relatively clean and empty.

Staff is some what helpful but they do try and avoid customers. Wireless cell department is absolutely the worst but fortunately they do not work for walmart or else I would have complained to the walmart manager. The Wireless CSR manager is clueless and disregard for customer value. As for the Walmart store it has everything one would need, lots of choices and great pricing, they match competitors and within reason also adjust pricing with no verification, though a CSR is called to the cash register. Washrooms are generally clean but urinals for men has been out of service for weeks now. Pharmacy staff are also helpful. Lots of parking and ample of shopping carts. Designated parking for different needs. I did not give a 5 star because the wireless department in the walmart has left a very bitter taste...which has impacted the rating from me.

I love our Walmart. I wish it was a supercentre but being not one has it's advantages as well. Being smaller it's not very busy but a great place to easily drop into and pickup items needed that are far more expensive at convenient stores. It also has a pharmacy and it is actually quicker to buy from than the 7-11 nearby

I've never had somebody bag items so slow & unessiserly un-fill bags, im talking one bag for one item at time's, to the point i'd re-bag my own items to cut down on bags & have the lady look at me like I'm ignorant ! also alot of the price tags on the shelfs are either missing or the items aren't in said location. Also the Direct Energy kiosk on you're way out are VERY pushy & intrusive, shouldn't be aloud !

Dingy, small and uninviting...all they did was change the color scheme and take out the restaurant when they took over from Zellers. Most of the time the hair salon is closed and the nail salon is always empty. Better to drive 5 minutes north or south on Deerfoot and shop at one of the Supercentres.

Unfortunately, I have bad experience in this store recently. I'm a customer for this store long time ago, but I always use a self check. This time I had to deal with the sales people because the item that I was purchasing had no code on it. The cashier called one of the supervisors, and the price was as shown in the pic $19 because it was on the clearance, but she checked and said no it's $29.98 , and it's out of stock. As it shown in the pic the product was low in stocks in the store and that's why we found one left, but she grabbed it from my son's hand and said it wasn't 19$ anymore. While in other stores when they make such a mistake they take responsibility and fix it but this store doesn't. I wish they teach their staff how to be polite with customers and children.

This Superstore Walmart in Windermere is much better in all the locations I've visited in Edmonton! It looks bigger & more spread out, that I could've spent the whole day there! But under the Pandemic, it's a quick in & out; especially since the coronavirus being around! They do check to make sure you're wearing a surgical mask, or mask of some kind; plus using the sanitizer provided! But you can certainly fine what you're looking for! The only problem is finding a store clerk to help with what you're looking for or to ask questions! They have school supplies for those going back to school or just for around the house! From groceries to clothing for the little ones to Adults, especially Mom & Dad!

This is one of the worst Walmarts in the area. Shelves are always empty, someone needs to do a better job of inventory control, produce is "ok" at best, fruits have bruises on them and seems the workers don't care as they just throw them on top of each other. During busy times, immediately after work, there is only 1 or 2 cash registers open and self checkout is hit or miss. Something needs to be seriously done about this store, considering it is the newest one built in the Vaughan Area.

It's a Wal-Mart with a small selection for a small town. Staff is generally very nice, love the greeters. Downside is that products are usually not very organized, and there are often palettes of goods in the middle of high-traffic walkways. Worst selection of merchandise I have *ever* seen in a Walmart for a city that size! Staff are sort of available but only at the till. I have never seen anyone at the customer desk. Change rooms take twenty minutes to get someone to open them. HO and HR really need to look at this location and make some changes. This is a decent location. It is fairly large with lots of available parking. There is a pharmacy and photo centre. Despite it being a Super Centre, I have noticed that the product selection is very thin in both grocery and retail. There are quite a few items I am accustomed to buying at many other Walmart locations that are simply not available at this location. Then some products are available but the stock level is low, so often times products are out of stock. It can be a little frustrating since this Walmart is a 5 minute drive away but I think I would have better luck at another location.

I've done a lot of shopping at this Walmart and for the most part it's been fine. I was in the market for a Fitbit fitness tracker. I looked up prices, found what I wanted online at Walmart and it said they had stock. So I went to purchase today. Got there and the Fitbit display was empty. Found someone at the photo till close by and asked where all the Fitbit's were. She said they had been locked up in the back because they were having theft issues. Ok, not great as I wanted to kind of look at what they had, but fine, I decided I would get the one I saw they had stock of online. She had to call a manager to open up the locked unit in the warehouse where they were now being kept and bring the Fitbit out for me to buy. After waiting quite some time, she received a call at the desk and was told they didn't have the unit I was looking to purchase. So after all that time and hassle, I walked out without anything. Guess this is why people buy online now. I left Walmart and purchased what I wanted from a competitor. Disappointing experience overall.

Terrible customer service at the check-out at the till. A cashier started to scream at me after I noted that the total of my purchase was not displayed anywhere when the time was to pay. After rolling her eyes and screaming she finally came out of her till register to point out to the screen where the purchase total supposed to be. When she saw the amount wasn't displayed on any of the screens, she just said "oh, it must be not working" and went back to her till without even acknowledging she was wrong and rude. Super disappointed with the manager at customer service tonight May 28-2019 8pm. After being completely unsure of Walmart's return policy, she refused to return a bathing suit I bought for my daughter. When she tried it on at home the suit did not fit. Tags & hygiene liner intact, obviously unworn, she cited that the policy had changed and they were no longer returning swim wear. Convenient location, open late, has a McDonald's and even has a walk-in clinic now to go with their pharmacy. However, cars are usually parked in front of the store which makes navigating around a little dangerous whether you're walking or trying to turn into or out of the parking lot. Speaking of parking lot, I don't know if some people are just inconsiderate but shopping carts are left all over the parking lot or tucked right beside somebody else's car instead of taking the time to return their shopping cart to the corral. I also hope Walmart and Visa work out their differences. On the positive side, the cashiers are easy to deal with and the store itself is generally neat and tidy.

I like this Walmart more than other because it is NOT a supercentre. It has everything but not a huge selection of food. It has the basics like milk, bread and pantry items. The only downside is that it was never really updated from the old Zellers that was there. You can tell they did bare minimum to convert it to a Walmart.

I ordered prints from the photo centre, they were not ready next day as advertised and nobody could give me an idea of when they will be ready. Most dirty store I've ever seen. Only the food is well organised. Looks like it's been ransact. No staff at cash,. Hardly no staff on the floor. I was looking for a printer and the young lady working there said she didn't know if they sold printers there. She had been thrown into electronics and she had no idea. Her trainer was sitting at the desk with his feet up and would not help her.i then turned to leave a saw printers stacked behind me. I purchased one, she told me I had to walk to customer service to have the ink tag taken off and come back. I told her that made no sense. Eventually the person training her got up and gave her keys... It was a gong show. Previous to tjY I was.twd to buy the google home, with the TV adapter. She had no idea how to sell it to me, so I ended up empty handed. As I left.i asked if they knew where I could find a phone case. The trainer who was back to his cell phone, didn't even look up and yelled at me to check Amazon. It was the worst walmart experience ever. I don't usually go to Walmart and now it'll be many years before I go again I guess that's what happens with all the billion dollar corps. Having said that, both the mall and Walmart signage look so ghetto and run-down from the path along the water (where people are taking walks all day long in an effort to take in the view and get some fresh air). Today I bought a book that had a sticker stating that it is 40% off the Canadian cover price. After I paid for it, went outside and realized that they have charged me for the full cover price. I returned to the customer service and found two unprofessional employees working there who don't even understand what the cover price means! We needed some groceries during our 5 day stay in Prince Rupert in July 2019, so we decided to visit Walmart, which was located in the Rupert Square Mall. It's a conveniently located place in the center of town next to the Yellowhead Highway, and there is plenty of parking space in the mall parking lot. It's so bad when you have only 2 people doing check-out and the rest is machines the think that I work in Walmart and have to check out myself. one day I will just take a full cart of groceries go up to the self-checkout and we like well there's nobody here to check me out and just leave it there.

Worse than 6 months ago, 5 staff pushing past us at the checkout all huddled together then made no effort to move away from us. Ask them to move but just ignored! half of the checkouts have been removed so all the ones left are too close together!! Staff need to respect social distancing! Noticed 3 staff in fruit and veg all huddled up beside people trying to get products, one way aisles need to be enforced by staff. Employee wanted to open checkout right behind where I was standing trying to pay for groceries. Insisted that she push past me until I asked her to let me out. Seemed quite oblivious to social distancing!!! Enter at your own risk!

They're usually out of stock for a lot of the thing's I go there for, and there is almost ALWAYS a line up at the cash. NEVER enough cashiers, and the self cash (which I refuse to use) is almost always full as well!!

Walmart is the worst customer service. Took forever to hunt someone down. Looking for a product the internet says you have it. You type it on your screen and I see you have 11. And you look for it on the shelf. Not there, so you tell me its sold out. You just showed me it said 11! Anyways, I went to Canadian tire where they had only 2 and they found theirs. Quickly I might add.

Always a gong show not once have I asked for help and got it. Nobody knows where anything is. Employees constantly complain about garbage work enviromments to the Cusomers. And can Walmart create a policy where if you wish to apply for a mastercard they should be redirected to a deticated staff member not take 25 minutes in the express lane leaving 1 person to take care of 20 customers! I've been stuck behind it 3 times. And if that wasn't annoying the stupid cowbell they ring off loud as heck when they just dooped someone into further debt will make your bones rattle.

VERY small, no produce, smells bad, barely any sections, and you have to walk up a lot of stairs just to use the washroom, which is confusing. Most of the staff are decently nice.

I was shopping for earbuds and a phone fast charger, and I was fortunate to be helped by a very friendly and enthusiastic gentleman - Thaddeus (goes by Teddy). He greeted me and was very eager to help. He showed me where everything was, and he gave his expertise on the various products. I felt like I bothered him a couple times, but he didn't mind answering all of my questions at all, which I greatly appreciated. I usually shop at the Walmart on Stony Plain Rd, which has decent service, but I was impressed with the service at this location! Thank you! :)

Not impressed. It was okay to shop there for a while but lately the wait in lines because of minimal staff working the cash and lack of products on the shelves has been making me go to other retailers to shop. I went back today to see if much has changed but unfortunately it hasn't.

This Walmart can be a lot more useful than they are now. I'm shopping here often but no more, there are so many EMPTY shelves in the food section that I know for sure that I'll have to go to FreshCo across the street, so I try to go just to FreshCo in order to save the hassle of going to two stores. Customer service is good, compared to other Walmart's, but stocking the shelves is really bad, and I'm not talking about the shelves of the light bulbs, but about the basic items that bring customers to the store, like milk, eggs, basic items.

Worst customer service of all Wal-Mart's I've ever been to. Staff actively avoid customers, are annoyed when approached with simple questions (ie: asking an employee working in clothing if they have a maternity clothing section), some barely speak or understand English, no eye contact from anyone on staff, inventory shown online us not accurate. Mobile dept gave me a used phone with scratches on the screen and charger not tied up. Rep claimed it was new and had screen on and never showed me the phone. I trusted them, but never going back there for phones. Wasted my time driving back there and they didn't even apologize, and instead tried to upsell on other phones. Be warned! Usually Walmart mobile is good, but this one stood out poorly.
