Dr. Benchetrit and Amanda! I have chosen this clinic for 9 years. I have had very pleasant and wonderful experiences with Dr. Bench and Amanda. Amanda performed 2 fraxel treatments to my face, neck and chest area, as well as 2 IPL treatments for scarring on my arms, and all results were phenomenal! Amanda is professional,gentle, kind and very knowledgeable. She really takes the time to listen and make the proper recommendations to ensure you get the results you are looking for. I have also had many surgical procedures by Dr. Benchetrit, absolutely very delighted with all results, his work is very meticulous, and he has an impeccable bedside manner! He takes the time to listen and answer all questions/concerns. The entire staff at Cosmedica are superb! Without a doubt, I highly recommend Dr.Bench, Amanda. The entire staff are top notch!

Worse experience of my life, stay away. Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. Arie injected my forehead with Botoxy eyes got droopy and I could hardly open them it felt like an elephant landed on my head and I had a migraine for month he disfigures me, he injected filler along my jawline made me look older and fatter I had to have it removed and his lip injection was botched up he hit a nerve my lip was all bloody and I had a huge bruise that went down my chin. Do not go to this place! He disfigured me! Would not give me my money back I’m taking him to court,

I have used Cosmedica Medispa Clinic's services now twice for myself (once was for the surgical removal of moles on my face and now recently for coolsculpting). Every experience has been outstanding. The staff are friendly, kind, knowledgeable and above all, professional. My recent experience of coolsculpting was with Steffi and let me tell you, she is an expert in this procedure. She took all the time I needed in consultation and then at my appointments, walked me through everything she was doing and why. A few years ago, I had a cyst and was really mad and nervous about it. Then I went to see Dr. Arie. I did not know that it was cyst. So he told me I have to pay 500$ for the solution and gave 30 sec to decide as he was busy. There no personal interaction. Then I decided to go with the procedure. He quickly used a kind of laser for 5 minutes and told me its gone. The same day I discovered that he did nothing and just ablated the surface of the region where there was deep cyst. Then I moved to Toronto and had finally thanks God the chance to see a real dermatologist without paying a cent. I paid 300$ and there was no laser or anything fancy: just a real surgeon who knows what to do. He removed all the debris and the cyst. and Guess what ? During the surgery I was discussing and having a great conversation with the doctor. You see, you just gotta be humble and human. I give Dr. Arie 0 stars.

I went in today for Ulthera treatment with Amanda. I was nervous as I had read online that although results are good, it is tremendously painful. Amanda advised me to take 2 Advil as I left home, which I did. She began right away doing her markings explaining to me the importance of mapping out the areas to be treated. The pain was very manageable rarely more than a 4 on 10. In the one area that was more sensitive Amanda was great at talking me through how many more pulses remained and giving me a moment to breath. I can't wait to go back for my followup pics in a few weeks. I feel tighter already. Great professional office with very friendly staff.

Dr. Arie Benchetrit performed a rhinoplasty on me and the results were not very good at all. The operation left me with an undesirable appearance and on top of everything he had not even properly corrected my deviated septum as discussed. I unfortunately was uninformed and desperate at the time and even had a revision with him which turned out even worse with complications as well. I had to seek the expertise of another surgeon to correct my nose. I would like to advise anyone considering surgery with dr Bencehtrit to seek out other skilled surgeons instead and avoid the despair and frustration I endured. As well his demeanor is quite cold and his professionalism is lacking. Again think twice before considering this doctor for any surgery. I would like to prevent others from living the same horrible experience I went through. There are several skilled surgeons in Montreal do not waste your time with him.

I lost a lot of time and money + pain + disappointment and a big scar !!! Fortunately, I did not have a big surgery !!! One star is even to much for this doctor. I had a TERRIBLE experience with this man. After receiving injectables and reacting awfully to them, Dr Benchetrit didn’t even offer a temporary solution , furthermore not even an appointment to follow up closely and monitor the situation. His demeanor was cold and unapologetic. Count your blessing if your procedure goes well because if it doesn’t the only thing this doctor showed me, was the door ! I had to seek help from another plastic surgeon to fix the mess that he left on my face.

I had surgery for duputrens contracture on my left palm 2014. The surgery was done in day surgery at the Lakeshore hospital. Dr Arie was very good and it went well with little discomfort. I went back a few months later to get cortisone injection to soften the scar. My incision healed so well that to this day it's very hard to see any scar. I will go back if I need more surgeries to see him Also the staff are very pleasant.

I recently had a nose job with Dr. Benchetrit. I am very pleased with the results and with the whole experience. The doctor was very thorough in his explanations and took the time to listen to me and to answer all of my questions. He then took my picture with a 3D camera (really amazing!) and was then able to show me a preview of my results in 3D on a computer screen. First of all, I ain't no scam, I am a mommy of three and a police officer. I was looking to attenuate my stretch marks that came after baby no.3. I was received at Dr. BENCHETRIT's office with professionalism and felt taken care of right away. After my consultation, since I didn't wanna a get a full tummy tuck (more invasive and longer recovery) because of my work we tried the Fraxel laser to reduce my stretch marks and my body responded very well. My skin went from paper texture to smooth and the stretch marks are almost invisible now. I can put a bikini on without being scared of the people looking at me. I also wanna say my marks were still red and large so I had a better chance to recover. Since I was still breastfeeding at the time, I didn't get the local anesthesia but I was able to go through the procedure on my belly. (3 visits of 15-20 minutes each) After, I decided to get CoolSculpting on my abdomen and I am able to say that I reduce to almost a flat belly. Be advise that it really takes the 4 months to get the best results!!! Stephanie PULCINI was the person that took care of my treatments and she is a sweet, respectful and very attentive to your needs and concerns. She tells you the truth and doesn't sugar coat it for you to spend money. I recommend to anybody and my friends to go there because the service is impeccable and the expertise is there so you can trust them with your body! We are moving soon but I will always match my appointments with my family visits because I will not find better care anywhere else!

Stay away from this doctor! I had a small mole remove from my forehead. The procedure was quick, a few incisions then stitches, bandages, around 20 minutes and $300 later all done. It's so quick that this doctor and staff fail to provide clear, concise instructions in writing as to what a patient should do for a week before I return a get the stitches removed. I told the staff to tell the doctor that I take daily morning showers before going to work. She told me just to put my hand on the bandages??? Believing her that this is sufficient, the bandages loosen with the heat of the water and because the skin on the forehead is tight, the bandages loosened up and the wound cracked open and blood was spewing out of my forehead all over the shower stall. It was a nightmare cleaning this up and trying to stop the bleeding. On top of that I had a meeting within an hour. The bandages was covered in blood so I had no choice but to replace it. I quickly called the clinic to explain, they can only see me the day after. The receptionist was courteous, but Doctor Benchctrit was unapologetic and his response was i should not have taken the water proof bandages?? Because I did that, the open wound will leave visible scar. He tried pulling the stitches with pain pulling my entire head along, no luck he gave up and said he will put new bandages and do not remove until i come back in week to remove the bandages. So each time I shower I go through a rigorous program to cover the bandages with saran wrap plastic and tape all around so water will not penetrate. These medical "professionals" never provided these preventions, I had to improvise on my own? Would you believe this doctor said I should have left the bandages on that blood is ok on it,lol ??? Can you imagine walking into a meeting with your forehead bandages soaked in blood? This doctor is so insensitive, people faint at the sight of blood. He does not care what you do outside his clinic? After a week I returned to have the stitches removed. Would you believe he tried using a school type unsterilized pair of scissors to pull off the stitches out? I was about to scold him but he quickly left the room and came back with tweezers and brought the assistant. After painfully pulling the stitches off with the tweezers he again put bandages on and says to leave it there for another two days? These two are a complete joke, oh I forgot to mention this doctor leaves the doors open during his procedures. At the end I have an inch RED visible scar on my forehead. It has not healed completely. I should have just waited for my Dermatologist to do the procedure, but I figure paying $300 for a private procedure will be much better personal care, I was wrong ! After talking to a few people I found out other private practice will do the same procedure for $95 and with far better service. Stay way from this doctor!

I’ve had BREAST augmentation and a tummy tuck and I am truly happy with the results. I visited with a few surgeons before making my decision on Dr Benchitrit. He was the only surgeon who could have performed the tummy tuck without using a drainage, he also suggested alittle lypo to add a better shape to my physic, non of the other surgeons suggested it. His pricing was very competitive as well. He was professional and I felt completely safe. The results blew me away, I get up every morning and look in the mirror, almost 8 weeks post and I’m thankful for his work.

Waste of my money. Misleading information, very unsatisfactory results, poor aftermath service, and a money-driven clinic. After some research on Radiesse on Internet for my aging nasolabial folds I found Dr. Arie Benchetrit’s clinic in Montreal. One of his nurses, who (I was told by the clerk lady) had 15 year experience, finally convinced me that Rastelane was a better choice for my treatment which she said lasts about a year. She recommended 2 syringes assuring me the lines would go away significantly in 2 weeks which was true actually in 10 days the lines had significantly disappeared. But in 3rd week, they reappeared. So I called her about that but she basically told me that the lines will never go away and that I have to accept we get old and skin get old etc..etc... First of all, she must have told me this clearly at the beginning because this is the main goal of the whole issue. Secondly, she injected most of the product into my cheeks which, to me, did not make any sense but, she said this is how it is done for a good result. Thirdly, she injected the filler into way upper level of my deepened lines which still did not make any sense. I guess she expected them to fall down for a certain amount of time but it has been 5 month and in fact now have disappeared completely. I just think she was just treating me same as a really old person to fill up loosen cheeks but, she just did not know that every skin is different and you cannot apply the same procedure to every person. She should have examined my skin more carefully. Anyway, then I called and wanted to have an appointment with Dr. Arie Benchetrit. Upon meeting him, he looked 2 photos in my file and said this is the best result you can get with injections and looking at his watch and disregarding my dissatisfaction with short answers like yes and no waiting me to leave soon which was clear when he kept repeating "ok sir? anything else sir?" I think their service was money-driven and all they cared about to convince me with nice and comforting words to take my money. They clearly did not care about how unhappy I was with the result after even I told them. The money was taken and the issue was over except that getting rid of me without making a big fuss about it. In a result, I hope they will take this review as a positive feedback to improve their service for their future patients, in giving direct and true information instead of focusing on taking their money.

Horrible and stressful experience with Dermal injections at this clinic. I would not recommend this place for fillers, Botox, anything nonsurgical. I paid for a consultation and did not get the treatment nor the results that I desired because of poor listening skills. They kept pushing for a product which I originally did not want. was very rude and unprofessional once I voiced my concern over lack of results. kept insisting on having good reviews which irrelevant to my issue. even refused to acknowledge that I was dissatisfied with the results. If attention was paid to what I wanted they would have been able to suggest a better course of treatment instead of recommending an ineffective treatment for a lesser/more cost I am not even sure since money was not the problem. Would not be going back to this clinic or recommending any of my friends here. Just an overall poor customer service they pride themselves on being reputable however have exceptionally poor communication and discourteous (important for the type of service) probably because they say the same thing to everyone, also. THE CONSULTATION FELT SUPER REHEARSED. Crazy that they kept saying that there were results for the treatment I received when clearly there was none. I ended up paying money to feel upset and distraught without resolution. Regret having spent one dollar at this place. Don’t waste money on going here if you have any self esteem, you will not get what you want, much better options available. Office is run down in my opinion and people in there seem washed up. SUPPERRR DISSAPOINTED
