To be honest, Dr Arbour did a great surgery and service. But my 1 star is based on the fact I recently messaged him to get something done. And after having three procedures, sending him two clients who did major surgeries. He just decided to not help me anymore with no explanation other than after reviewing your file i can't help you. I asked for the reason and I was completely ignored. Only thing I can see is the fact he had to do retouches twice which is not my fault what so ever. He is a great surgeon. But am definitely disappointed in the way I was recently treated.
