Une fois les dommages faits, il disait; "c’est normal, ça va s’en aller"… Un très bon conseil, ne mettez pas votre visage entre ses mains, si des problèmes surviennent, il fera tout pour se protéger. Faites vos recherches sur le web avant d’y aller. Je donne une note de 1 parce que le zéro n’est pas disponible. oui, un gros zéro.

Lors de la visite d'évaluation, on m'a chargé le prix d'un traitement 140$ alors que c'était supposé être gratuit. La technicienne a bien dit à la réceptionniste de s'occuper de la facturation mais cette dernière accuse la réceptionniste de mal faire son travail. La technicienne rn laser est tellement condescendente à l'égard de la réceptionniste que ça en est malaisant. Toujours lors de la visite d'évaluation, on me précise que pour l'épilation du visage on ne doit absolument pas raser les poils et que si jamais les poils sont trops longs, elle les coupera aux ciseaux. Pourtant, lors de ma visite pour l'épilation, elle a pris un petit rasoir jetable et m'a rasé ça, d'même, j'étais sur le choc. Vous devez vous demander pourquoi je me suis rendue à mon 1er rendez-vous d'épilation...et bien c'est que comme je me suis plainte qu'on m'avait chargé 140$ pour l'évaluation et qu'il ne pouvait pas me rembourser, me rendre à mon 1ier traitement était le seul moyen de retrouver mon argent. Je vous déconseille cet endroit.
