Have gone for Botox 3 times in the last 7 months for forehead lines and a brow lift, results are the best I’ve ever achieved (compared to the last clinic I was going to). They use Dysport instead of the “Botox brand” which I was getting before and it works way better, longer lasting results (2 1/2 months between appointments compared to 1 1/2 before with worse results) and have not needed to go back for touch ups any time, little to no pain. The nurses are very nice, professional and inviting and the clinic itself is spotless. I have complete confidence in the quality of services being provided as it’s been proven, I’m very impressed with skin secrets!

Went to skin secrets for my first time yesterday after being recommended by a friend. The place was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I was a bit hesitant as they charge by the area for Botox as opposed by the unit. However, the price was still very fair and so far I am very happy with my experience! I saw Chelsea who was beyond great. She made me very comfortable and the whole procedure was less than 10 minutes. Will definitely be back ! They also are very great with all the covid protocols.

I went and met with Dr. Neitzel last week for the 1st time after deciding I needed a change from my previous injectable doctor. My first impression of him was that he is incredibly kind and really listened to what I had to say. He was honest in regards to my previous procedures and I got such a sense that he is extremely genuine and good hearted. He even suggested I go back to my other doctor if I was unhappy with the end result. Not to my surprise, the previous clinic will not see me again without charging me $$$$$ so I am happily switching to Skin Secrets from here on out. I would highly recommend Dr. Neitzel already and he hasn't even done any procedures on me...yet....I am booked for Dec 3 and cannot wait.

My favourite thing about this business is that they charge per area for botox, not per unit. Dr Neitzel, who is an anesthetist and an internist, did my first treatment. And Nurse Mila, who is a NICU nurse, did my second. Using fine needles, and performing fine dexterity skills are what they're best at. It is a friendly and welcoming clinic. I love this place!

Made a Botox appointment here after seeing some influencers I follow on IG. First issue was parking. I finally got a spot about 8-10 walk down the street (mid day on a thurs) and when I walked in, there was no greeting just a "what's your first name?" To which I replied and then stated the parking was a bit tough, which was quickly shut down by the receptionist stating it wasn't bad. I was led down to an office and asked what I wanted. I asked for an opinion and the options on the look u was trying to achieve. She did not seem experienced or interested in going into much depth. I finally opted for a simple forehead option, and without marking or getting me to make much of a wrinkle for placement, I was stabbed 3 times in the general area. I asked a few questions but there was not much information offered about after care. I sat up and she looked at me and said "did you have any thing else" as if to say you can leave now. I asked if there was a follow up? Most med spas offer a 2 week post treatment follow up - however the reply was "no only if we did something wrong" god I hope not but I guess we will see in the coming weeks. All in all, would not recommend and I doubt I will go back here for any treatment.

I'm no stranger to injections but truthfully, I've been avoiding getting my lips filled for over a year because it has been SO painful and not worth the bruising/pain/swelling and time I experienced previously. Not only was this the first time they've never bruised, saving me a week of hiding under concealer and lipstick, but it was only mildly uncomfortable during the procedure. My only struggle was finding the entrance and parking, but after calling staff who kindly provided me instructions I had no issues. I walked right in, met with my practitioner who was friendly and professional. The studio is very cute and welcoming, as were the staff. I am beyond pleased with my overall experience at Skin Secrets. I had tear trough filler done. This has been a procedure I’ve been thinking about for years and have had many consultations at different establishments for it. I was so hesitant because I’ve not done any medical cosmetic procedures previously, am not at all fond of needles, and ITS MY FACE!!! I was so nervous about something going wrong. However, I settled on Skin Secrets for a few reasons: 1. A physician does the tear trough filler. Given how delicate this area is, this made me feel much more comfortable and confident. Especially as I was given a telephone consultation prior to the procedure. (Many other places I consulted with had a nurse injector do tear trough filler). 2. The procedure is done over two sessions, which lends the ability to start conservative and then go from there. This also limits the possibility of migrating or overfilling of the area (many other places I consulted with did it in one session). 3. The price is remarkably fair. And while I wouldn’t recommend just looking for the cheapest place, as this is your face, this was definitely a pleasant surprise. 4. They offer some evening appointments, which made it easier to book around my work schedule. Further pleasant surprises: 1. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. 2. Dr. Neitzel is exceedingly patient and skilled. I didn’t feel rushed during either of my appointments. I actually almost fainted during my first appointment (nothing that he did! I’m just not fond of needles and didn’t eat before the procedure! My bad!) and he was very kind, reassuring, got me an ice pack, and gave me all the time I needed to settle down before proceeding to the next eye. I am a (new) customer for life. I’ll go no where else for my medical spa needs. *I’m not usually someone who writes big long reviews, but I know how much I appreciated reading other people’s experiences to aid in my decision. And this doesn’t even begin to touch on how fantastic this clinic is! If you are thinking of getting something done, I would recommend Skin Secrets 100%. 10/10 on every front.

My experience at Langley Skin Secrets was so wonderful! They were extremely kind and professional regarding a skin issue I was having, and the staff were so easygoing and friendly that it made it feel like I was going to a girlfriend's house for a chat. At no point did I feel rushed or pushed, and despite the pandemic, they offered me water, a snack, empathy, and humor when I got a little anxious and woozy from the treatment. I've been to clinics in the past where they had a cold or very abrupt, transaction-based atmosphere, but at LSS I really got the sense that they genuinely care about their patients. As a result, I almost didn't post this because I want to keep this little gem of a place a secret! But others should know, it's a 10/10. Would definitely revisit.
