Really took the time to evaluate my ears and explain the otoplasty procedure with me so that I completely understood what to expect. He did a fantastic job and I love my new ears that don’t stick out anymore. The follow up care was phenomenal and Dr. Wigod had me come in several times to make sure they were healing correctly and to make sure there were no signs of infection. Totally AWFUL experience at my consultation. Dr. Wigod was so unfriendly, and seemed annoyed that I inquired about a couple of concerns of mine. He went so far to suggest I have “body dysmorphia” and after he did a simple sample reconstruction of my nose after surgery, he thrust the papers into my hands and walked off. I have never been treated so badly or been so humiliated in my life!!! He shot down all of my concerns, snapping at me. Highly unprofessional and CRUEL, not to mention a very poor listener. RUN FAR!!!
