My name is Kathleen Done. I have been a patient of Dr. Oberg's for a little over a year. I had eyelid surgery to remove and then repair my left lower lid where I had a Basal Cell Carcinoma. I lost somewhere between 50 to 75 percent of my lid. Today, you cannot see any evidence of that defect! I was indeed fortunate to have had him as my surgeon. I have found him to be a kind, compassionate, empathetic friend as well. Visiting his office is a pleasant experience, everyone there is kind and professional. Thank you Dr. Oberg!!

After reading all the previous reviews I would have to say they are all accurate. As for my personal experience I presented Dr. Oberg with a unique issue. After my eye lift surgery my eye brow would lift up and pull my stitches out. After restitching several times I could not imagine what could be done. Dr. Oberg was able to come up with a brilliant non-surgical solution! I love the results!

Dr. Oberg treated my 87-year old mom for a fractured eye socket. He was so great to work with and has an excellent bedside manner. He explained things in great detail and was able to avoid what could've been a very complicated surgery. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. OBerg.

I first went to see a new eye doctor, Dr. Wapner, in Feb '19 because I had recently moved back to UT & he was my mom's eye doctor. Best decision I've made for my eye health, EVER! My eyesight had deteriorated dramatically over the previous 5 years, but my WA eye doctor didn't find any cause for concern. Dr. Wapner immediately found a problem with my corneas and diagnosed me with Salzmann Corneal Nodules. The root cause was determined to be from upper eyelid entropion. Dr. Wapner first referred me to Dr. Oberg to fix the eyelids. I adore Dr. Oberg! He took the time to answer all of my questions and addressed all of my surgery concerns. He had to stitch up the eyelash muscles which had failed in order to keep my eyelashes from rubbing in my corneas. He also removed some extra eyelid skin. All work was covered by my insurance thanks to Dr. Oberg's expert diagnoses. The day of surgery went extremely well. I only had to take OTC Tylenol for the pain. Fast forward 2 years & my vision is back to what it was 8+ years ago. All doctor's involved in my eyesight recovery are top notch and I will be forever grateful for their services.

Dr Oberg was the answer to our prayers, my wife was having very painful and uncomfortable issues with one of her eyes for 2 years that our eye doctor could not figure out what to do for her. We found Dr Carter from the eye institute and he spent the time to find the problem right away and referred her to Dr Oberg who did the surgery and WALA! Problem solved.
