I highly recommend ! Crystal, my aesthetician, was amazing. She was very warm , personable and informative. The overall setting and service made me very comfortable. This was my first visit to Tailor Made Looks and also my first experience having laser hair removal, so I really liked that during the procedure she asked me how I was and also kept me in the loop of what was happening. The treatment was surprisingly fast and without discomfort. I’m very pleased with my experience and looking forward to working with Crystal for my upcoming sessions !

My first facial....Jenna was my esthetician. I really love her personality--- she's funny and honest. This review is based upon 1 visit, I will update it in the future. Y'all...... it was painful. Jenna popped pimples on my face I didn't even know I had. I didn't cry, scream or even whence in pain, although I wanted to.... she said I was strong and did extremely well. My face was left with blood stains (that turned into scabs) that lasted a few days. Back story: Due to new and required medications, I've recently developed acne that resulted in black heads all over my face.... so I'm hoping that getting regular facials will help get my skin back healthy soon. After the swelling went down and the scabs fell off, I was left with a glow, but additional scarring.....a few days have gone by and I still have a healthy looking glow, but I believe the dark spots are lightening up. Full disclosure: I'm also under the care of a dermatologist and using scripts for my face including an antibiotic. I do feel like the facial did its job, my face looks good (even with the discoloration) and my makeup applies better. I definitely recommend Jenna!

This is the place to go for all things beauty. Jenna’s facials always leave my skin glowing. She’s very knowledgeable in her scope of work, polite and a wiz with lasers! You can trust that she will give you honest treatment-suggestions that actually work. Ample parking and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

I had a scar on my face for years but too scared to go under the knife. I was so lucky to find Dr. Berhane, he did a fantastic job! He made me feel so comfortable and even let me play whatever I wanted through the procedure since I was awake so I got to catch up on my ebooks, lol. Also, I love the staff. Sierra answers all my questions and makes me feel at home every time I visit.

Had the worst experience here with their administrative staff/front desk person Nikki . As a new patient I had called and provided my insurance details to confirm that they are “in network” of my insurance provider. First she called to say that they need to reschedule as the doc has a surgery come up, then they called back next day that they can adjust as the surgery schedule has changed. I cancelled my appointment at another place since they could adjust. I show up there at 830am and after taking my insurance details she made me wait for an hour saying the doc is running late and “some woman don’t stop asking questions” apparently referring to the existing patients that are making the doc run late. Come on Nikki as a woman don’t help stereotype other woman, there’s enough of that going on already . After an hour she says they are not in network and would need to charge me the deductible. My plan has no deductible for in network. I was so frustrated and left without seeing the doc and as I needed to remove my stitches on my injury, her only other suggestion was I can go to any urgent care and they can remove the stitches. I know that lady but the reason I’m seeing a plastic surgeon is also to get an expert opinion on scarring etc from the stitches on my face. Very insensitive and unprofessional!!!

Today I got my first laser hair removal treatment done with Crystal! She is absolutely amazing! Not only is she so kind, she is also knowledgeable and good at what she does! I have always been hesitant about laser hair removal because of horror stories I have heard from others but Crystal answered every question that I had and also told me the laser she is using is catered to my skin color and hair type! Her knowledge and experience brought me great comfort! Definitely can’t wait to continue my sessions!

Dr. ChiChi is the best! He is always attentive, takes his time to explain the procedures and does an exceptional job with botox and fillers. His attention to detail and expertise are impeccable. I will definitely be coming back to this practice! First, I have to compliment the entire staff. This was my first time coming in and they did an amazing job making me feel welcomed. The office itself is stunning! I had my first treatment of VelaShape with Crystal and she is incredible! She's extremely knowledgeable with not only of course this procedure, but all of the various treatments available as well. She is definitely an expert and also just a pleasure to converse with while she's working her magic. Looking forward to coming back in a few weeks!

The entire team at Tailor Made makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Jenna does all my skincare and I couldn’t be happier my skin had never looked soo good. I also just went under a fat transfer to the breast(natural breast aug) Dr.Berhanes work is incredible and he made sure to inform me about everything and answer all my questions. A few days after surgery his office also sent over 3 dozen roses! They are by far the best and you won’t be disappointed

He helped me get my body back from being a mommy and I can never thank him enough. It’s not just about the 5 hour surgery he performs, he is there every step of the way. Would not recommend getting laser from here. I bought a full package right before the pandemic hit and the sessions were thrown off and the laser stopped working after finishing the package. They did not accommodate for the fact that for one it should’ve been disclosed that because the pandemic hit that it would throw off the laser treatment frequency. Now I’m out of $1600 for 8 sessions of laser that I now have to shave every other day. The new girl Crystal even said it was an issue and said they’re only offering 40% off packages. That’s simply just not good enough! Go somewhere else that will take care of you no matter what!
