Wonderful experience and results--We had a 7 year old(my nephew) who had to have a facial birthmark removed-it had started growing. Dr. Shell took his time to listen and deal with a very scared child. Very patient-- took 2 surgeries to remove the now gone and never to be seen again nevus.!! Scaring is unnoticeable!!! I had to have an invasive squamous cell carcinoma removed from the tip of my nose. The surgeon had to go in twice to remove all of the cancer. Dr. Shell office coordinated a same day appointment with the surgeon. Dr. Shell put me at ease asked what music i liked and played it. He was very gentle. I experienced no pain at all from what he stitched up and none in my recovery. I am pleased with the outcome.

The staff at the office was wonderful. Dr. Shell was rude because I smoke. I had skin cancer removed from my nose and he did the rebuild. Five surgeries and year and a half later I have a crooked nose. Two different sized nostrils. You can see where new skin was attached and my forehead is not recovered. My eyebrow has a gap where it was reattached. He refused to do final surgery unless I quit smoking for six weeks. I get to shave my nose inside and outside weekly as part of my bangs are in my new nose. I would not recommend him to anyone. If the job was too big, as he mentioned he didn’t expect that much removed, he should have sent me somewhere else.

My massage therapist Nayusa (Nay) Omori has recently moved from Epicure to Shell. I have followed her there and I continue to be enormously pleased. Nay is superb. Leaving Shell after a massage I ALWAYS feel happier and more relaxed than before. Nay has an expansive knowledge of the body. She helps me with problems I point out to her and sometimes she alerts me to a problem I didn't know a had, and which she then helps me with. I recommend her to anyone. The supporting staff around her are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere at Shell is comfortable and soothing.

My experience with Dr Shell and his staff was far beyond expectations. From Mrs. Sherry at the office always answering my questions about my insurance, down to the nurses at the surgery center. Everyone handle me with care and made me feel like everything would be fine. Dr Shell came in before surgery and did his markings and before he left out he said “you’ve been prayed for” that meant so much to me. After that everything else happened so smoothly. I had no complications as of yet, and i am happy with my results.
