This place is like a 'high end' CLINIC. The Dr. is just wayyy too busy to call you back, and if she does, her messages are just soooo hyped up bizzy, you need to make another call to the desk people who are not helpful. Avoid this place....I felt like I was in a Jersey Shore episode being there and trying to follow through with an important MRI.

I unfortunately was in need of stitches on my face and ear (don't ask). I called Long Island Plastic Surgical Group, not being a patient before the need of these stitches. I called and the office was so nice and kind. They arranged for me to be met at a hospital close to me and was met by Dr. Natoli she was not meeting me at my best. But, Dr. Natoli was nice, also kind and very gentle, especially on my ear, I don't recommend getting them there EVER. I do highly recommend Long Island Plastic Surgical Group.

Dr. Noel Natoli is a talented and excellent surgeon. I found her on the internet and could not be more pleased with the results, hence why I'm writing this review. A few months ago I had my right cheek bitten off by a dog. Initially I went to a plastic surgeon recommended by a doctor. I quickly realized she was not experienced enough to deal with the trauma to my face. Dr Natoli was one of three subsequent plastic surgeons I interviewed and I felt that her approach to reconstructing my face not only made the most sense she also listened patiently and seemed truly caring. Two surgeries and five months later I am extremely pleased with the results, Dr. Natoli went the extra mile to make my face symmetrical again, she has a very good aesthetic which is essential for a plastic surgeon. I would also like to note how caring and helpful her assistant Jenny is, the office was a pleasure to deal with. No doubt if i needed more work done I would use her again!

Dr. Natoli is the most personable, caring doctor i have ever had the pleasure of seeing. As a 5 year breast cancer survivor, i turned to dr. Natoli to revise the original reconstructive surgery which was performed at the time of my mastecomy. I had been living in constant pain for 5 years, and i was doubtful that my issues would ever be resolved. Dr. Natoli spent so much time going over my options, explaining possible outcomes and answering all of my questions. A year later, i am happy to say that i feel 100 times better, and my results exceed any hopes i ever imagined . I will be eternally grateful to dr. Natoli.

Dr. Natoli was such a comfort when I needed to bring my son to the ER after he was bitten by our dog. She explained everything to both my son and myself as she proceeded with stitching his lip. Dr. Natoli was very calming as she spoke about her son and dog and came across as a person and not just a surgeon. I would recommend Dr. Natoli to anyone.

As soon as I walked into the office I was greeted and well taken care of. The young lady working the front desk was super sweet and friendly. I only waited maybe 15 minutes which was great. The nurse that brought me in, again, super sweet and friendly. Then I met Dr.Natoli. Let me just say this...she truly cares about her patients needs. She was very thorough with my consultation and explained my options. I felt very comfortable with her which is exactly what I was looking for. Then I met with there secretary that quotes the prices and once again, super nice!!! I left there not feeling weird but very confident with the next steps I have to take. Thank you to everyone who was there that day! I look forward to future visits. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Noel Natoli was recommended by a friend of our daughter who recently had a breast reduction done by her. We met her for a consultation and we were immediately greeted by someone who felt like family. She took the time to explain everything to all of us and it really helped in our decision for our daughter. The process was made easier by her wonderful staff that takes time to make sure all your needs are met. The surgery was quick and easy and the recovery has been as well. All follow up appointments since the surgery were thorough and comforting. The overall experience could not have been better. I got a Breast reduction last year (6/2015) with Dr. Natoli and I honestly love my experience with her! Since the day I walked in her office, to the day of surgery and to all my post op visits she's been a sweet heart. She made me feel very comfortable and super at ease with the whole process. I went from a DDD to a D and I love them, especially the fact she made my areole perfect for my taste. I did keloid a tad bit and today (4/2016) she gave me injections which weren't as painful as I thought! Even then she still tried to make me feel very comfortable. I actually know someone else who has done implants with her and loved her and the outcome as well! So I would def recommend her to anyone. Thanks Doc!

I am so happy with the results of my breast reduction. I have been wanting one for many years. I finally went forward. The day of the surgery I was very anxious. My blood pressure was high, not normal and the staff gave me time to relax and when I did my pressure went back down. They were professional yet caring. Those are also the words I would use to describe Dr. Noel Natoli!! I can go shopping now and not get sad seeing all the cute tops. I now fit into clothes and my body looks more balanced. At work I heard, “wow you look good, have you lost weight?" That is my secret but just what I wanted to hear at age 63. Super satisfied with the results. Very natural looking and very little scaring.
