Called this place for consult and was given a timeline of 4 weeks to hear back from insurance. Called back after 4 weeks told hadn’t heard from insurance yet. Called insurance and they advised nothing submitted. Insurance called doctors office who claimed they submitted and heard back. Insurance agent asked them to submit again person at doctors office says she cannot. My observation is that doctors office only wants to treat people they can make a lot of money from and screw the rest. These people have been unprofessional every time I called even going so far as to not answer phone when they see my number come up. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE unless you have a lot of money. That’s the only way you’re important to them.

It was virtually conducted due to COVID but that didn’t stop the professionalism nor taint the experience. I have performed lymphatic drainage on three of Dr Jones' patients, so I've interacted with his office on numerous occasions. I was also asked by one of his patients to sit in on her post follow-up consultation with Dr Jones after replacement of a ruptured implant. She was an older patient so she was concerned about "sagging", but was extremely pleased with the final results. Dr Jones' entire staff is kind and caring. Dr. Nick and his staff are amazing. I’m not going to say you will be seen every time on time because Dr. Nick is extremely busy and highly requested in the ATL area. However, you will always receive great customer service from his staff as well as him. They care about their patients which is rare in the plastic surgery community. There are too many people who felt like they were treated like cattle at a lot of surgery places. The prices aren’t cheap here but you will get what you paid for. Plastic surgery can be life threatening if not done by the right surgeon with the right team. You don’t have to worry about that here. He’s the best of the best and so is his team. Just ask anyone who has had surgery there. I’ve also been told my tummy tuck scar is the best my doctor has seen on anyone during his 30 years of medical history. I will start by saying that I had a great surgical experience (i.e no major complications / infection / attentive hospital & recovery staff / little downtime) & I absolutely love my results. I did a lot of research & chose Dr. Jones because he had great photos / videos / lives with women of a similar body type & he was working miracles, honey! No amount of exercise & diet could've ever achieved these results & I’ve never been this happy & confident in my life. With that said, I am absolutely astounded with lack of communication & complete disregard of scheduling that I’ve experienced since the day of surgery. The day of surgery, Northside hospital administration informed me that I was not scheduled for an overnight stay & I may have to be transferred to ER to wait for an open room despite the fact this was included in my total & paid in full 21 days prior to surgery. Fortunately, Northside was able to accommodate my overnight stay & after befriending the nurses, I was told that I was not scheduled for an overnight stay & I’m not the 1st patient to experience this — another patient of his wasn’t properly scheduled & had to be transferred to ER to wait for a room. 4 days post-op, which was the morning of my initial post-op visit, I arrived to faces of confusion — allegedly, I was not on the schedule for a post-op visit, just a lymphatic massage with Diamond. The following morning, the day of my 2nd massage, Diamond calls THIRTEEN minutes prior to my 9am appointment to reschedule — allegedly, she didn’t know why I was scheduled for a massage because it was a “clinical day”. Eventually, I was seen 2 weeks later for my initial post-op & scheduled my 2 month post-op… A virtual post-op appointment. Around the appointment time, I received a call from the office stating Dr. Jones was running behind & he would give me a call before signing onto the app. I have never received that call nor the virtual appointment. I assumed he was swamped & I’d get an early call with an apology & excuse. I have not heard from the office or Dr. Jones & he never signed in for the virtual appointment. Oh chileeeee, the ghetto. I’m so grateful to have been through surgery with no complications or infections, and again, body is banging… but, the inconvenience & complete disregard is on par with friends who went to Miami & paid half the price.

I had my surgery one month ago and I'm truly impressed with the results so far, especially for it being only a month. I asked questions before the surgery and even more when I went back for my one month post op check up. At no time at all Dr. Jones made me feel as if I was asking too many questions. He explained everything that I needed to know before the surgery and also what I needed to know after the surgery. Dr. Jones truly cares about you as his patient. His main concern is your safety.
