My daughter (age 20) had breast reduction surgery performed by Dr. Roger L. Simpson at Long Island Plastic Surgical Group (LIPSG). The results were nothing short of fantastic. He reduced her to the size that she wanted and her breasts now look spectacular, only 2 weeks out from the surgery. Dr. Simpson and the staff at LIPLSG were absolutely professional and my daughter felt comfortable and well informed during the entire process. The offices and exam rooms were all top of the line and we never felt concerned about the quality of any part of the process and services. LIPSG also helped us to file all necessary documents with our insurance so that the entire procedure was covered. Thank you LIPSG!! I would highly recommend Dr. Simpson for breast reduction surgery.

We called Dr. Stitch in Long Island after our daughter fell and had a really big cut right above her eye. After speaking to them, they asked us to meet them at NYU Langone, where one of their plastic surgeons would meet us. If you don’t know the gimmick behind Dr. Stitch, is so that you avoid ER lines, hospitals, etc, and you get seen right away from a plastic surgeon - this is basically their motto, it’s even in their hold music when you call them “skip the wait…”. We get to the NYU Langone in the ER, where they told us that the plastic surgeon would meet us - throughout all this I’m in contact with them directly via phone, letting them know my step by step. I am told to check in at the ER that the doctor would be right there. I listen, check in, and they do triage…I am assuming at this point that this is all normal while I wait the supposed 10 minutes. After almost 3 hours, and me constantly checking in with them - “the doctor is coming, sorry” then “the doctor had an emergency sorry”…my daughter is now screaming in pain in the ER waiting room, no food, no sleep…just picture a bleeding toddler who hasn’t eaten or napped! At this point I am loosing it in the ER, two people come by and tell me “we are really sorry but the doctor had an emergency and had to leave, but we will look at it”, they quickly look at it, put bacitracin and send me home letting me know that she won’t need stitches and she won’t need the plastic surgeon. Fast forward 4 months later, my daughter has a scar, and NYU Langone is sending me bills for thousands of dollars for the ER Triage, and Medical Supplies (aka Bacitracin)! Tried contacting both Dr. Stitch who isn’t willing to help and NYU Langone. In the process of going legal with this, but wanted to worn anyone thinking of using Dr. Stitch for any plastic surgery. It’s a SCAM!

How do you put into words how amazing Dr. Cuzzone is? I originally saw him due to a bad dog bite. I went to 3 surgeons prior to Dr. Cuzzone and everyone of them told me my stitches were healing well that it’s normal for them to be bleeding. Dr. Cuzzone took the time to fully examine my stitches and found I had a hematoma, that had to be drained and a drain had to go into my arm. He was so kind and compassionate and took the time to explain to me everything he had to do. I also did my scar revision with him and am having upcoming cosmetic surgery. Regarding my cosmetic surgery, Dr. Cuzzone has gone above and beyond to make sure I go a route that is best for me, he has took the time to have many consultations in person and over the phone to make sure I am comfortable with the procedure and doing what is in my best interest. If this world could duplicate Dr Cuzzone it would be a lot better place.

My son fell in the kitchen and split his forehead open on the evening that we were leaving for Disney World. Dr. Irena Karanetz met us at Winthrop hospital ER at 9:00 pm and we were out by 10:45. She was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. He split his forehead to the bone and needed 20+ stitches. Dr. Karanetz did remarkable work and his scar looks amazing. A lot of people commented on how tight the stitches looked and how clean and straight they were. When we went for the follow up visit, the entire office staff was kind and courteous. I would highly recommend this doctor and practice to anyone that needed plastic surgery. I was extremely happy with all of my interactions and they helped to ease a very traumatic experience for me and my family.

I had a wonderful experience with Rachel Rubin, I came in to get a consultation to fix my horrible overfilled lips, I was so deformed from the many years of lip injections. Wait time was less than 5 mins, She was so thorough with my consultation, She was so kind, comforting and non judge mental! And we worked a plan together on how to achieve what I wanted! We did multiple session of dissolving, and finally had my lips done! It was so painless, she was so funny I didn’t even realize I was getting injected! MY LIPS LOOK THE BEST TGEY HAVE EVER HAD! I can’t go to no other injector! My Cupid’s bow is defined, my lips are natural, and so juicy! I get compliments on them all the time! 3 months post, still look amazing! High recommend

Unfortunately, I have not been able to resolve a very bad situation with this office. One of the charities that I support had a fund raiser and I participated and bid on a $500 Gift Card for LI Plastic Surgical Group. Before I made my appt with the office I told them over the phone that I had the gift certificate and then when I arrived I told them about the GC and both times they said "that's fine, no problem". I had a botox treatment and I added $300 on top of my GC. I gave them cash and my GC they told me we were settled up. The next day I received a call from a nasty woman in accounting that said they were not accepting this GC for the procedure!!! Something that should have been told to me prior to the appointment. I explained the situation, she said she would speak with Dr. BRUCE BREWER (that I had been to before). The next day she told me that the DR. had said the GC was fine to accept. NOW they are harrassing me for this payment and when I call there I cannot seem to get it resolved. What they have spent in the amount of bills they have sent me outweighs the value of the GC. I cannot recommend this company to anyone and I have not been back since this most unpleasant experience!!

I had my reconstructive surgery on my abdomen on April 11th of this year under Dr. Xipoleas and his staff. Its been a great experience I was so scare to have my abdomen open up again after I had my first reconstructive surgery of my abdomen due to cancer of my breast two and a half years ago, but Dr. Xipoleas did a great job and he also answered all of my questions and put me at eased. Dr. Dobransky at LIPSG helped me to greatly improve my 11 lines (botox) and tear trough issues (restylane) all while answering my questions and concerns and worked with my particular needs as I get pretty bad anxiety before getting injected and also dont have a cookie cutter type of face he tailored the service to my concerns and the outcome was definitely an improvement. I am due for my botox again and will be going back I also hope to further work with him on the issue of my tear trough deformity for the remainder of years that I will be getting fillers until I eventually go to an occularplastic surgeon who specializes in the issues I'm having but for the time being I am very greatful and I definitly look 10x better and appreciate him listening and taking my issues seriously. In addition the staff and assistants/nurses are very calming and sweet really great girls I had such bad anxiety the last time I forgot that I had put my cell phone in my knee high boot (yup!) and the girl at the desk helped me try and look for it even as they were closing. She took the time to help me look, call ect. and was very understanding and kind as well as was able to laugh with me later when i texted to tell her I found it lol I was embarrassed but greatful for her taking the time and taking the personal interest even when her shift was over so if u get nervous of needles like me they are very understanding and patient. Also it is worth mentioning that before my procedures I had alot of questions regarding pricing and the difference between a few treatments and so they had someone come down after my initial consultation to take me back upstairs to her office to address these additional questions with me I was very appreciative of that. Lastly i had a medically related surgery years ago in my early 20s with a dr who eventually left to start his own practice and he definitly helped improve my quality of life with a very painful and troubling situation so overall very happy with my experience at LIPSG and particularly Dr. Dobransky. Will try to figure out how to share a photo for anyone wanting the same treatments I received because the difference is noticable but natural looking which was my goal!

Let me tell you about my horrific plastic surgery with Dr Glickman. I originally had a breast lift which sagged in about six months at the same time I had Lipo to my inner thighs which left me with flappy inner thighs. Something the doctor forgot to tell me can happen from lipo. So I went in for round 2 to have these results fixed what a nightmare. I had an infection after surgery on my breast and when I told him my breast was throbbing and had a red spot he told me it will go away. And that one of my Areolla was higher than the other his reply was I knew I shouldn’t have touched those breast. The pain didn’t go away it was so bad that I went to the er they told me I had an abscess and I needed it drained right away so the surgeon took a knife to my breast with no pain medicine and slashed it open to drain but that wasn’t the end I had to go for surgery right away the infection was so bad I lost a quarter of my breast I hope this gives you insight into what kind of surgeon this dr glickman is . As for my thighs lift after the lipo he sewed me together like you would a turkey on thanksgiving the stitches are supposed to be in you groin mine go down the back of my leg in a clump I wasn’t able to wear a bathing suit again. And no other dr would fix his mistake in fear I would loose my breast. Look around people and be careful who you choose.

Unprofessional and inconsiderate I had an appointment with Dr.Glickman for a breast reduction consultation. At the end of the appointment, photos were taken to send to insurance. Immediately after they were taken, while I am still bare-chested, Dr.Glickman opens the door wide and leaves the room without shutting it behind him. I quickly pulled up the robe to cover myself, but someone could have easily seen me from the busy hallway. I was completely taken aback by the blatant disregard for my privacy. He left the door so wide that a woman who was also in the room went over to push it shut. I felt completely ashamed when I left. I don’t care how successful his results are, Dr.Glickman’s actions are not something I can look over.

Dr. Natoli and her administrative assistant didn’t return my calls for 3 weeks after leaving voicemails just they unnoticed my voicemails I’m disabled person and dr. Natoli canceled my appp3 days before my scheduled procedure and no one explain the reason. I was so stressed out that I had two major seizures. Dr. Natoli was aware about my disability but she did not care. What kind of doctor can behave inhuman way. Please don’t go to a doctor who care about your money only and no customer service. I tried to call for 3 weeks and no one call me back everyone in this place rejected me. I consider this as discrimination against disable patient. Please research the doctor you planning to trust.

Came in for a appointment to the east hills office. I was so late but the two sweet young girls in front made feel assured letting me know the doctor would still see me. They were professional and even got me to laugh during a bad day. Answered all of my questions, and boy did I have a lot! Both of them were great. What I didn’t like was what I observed from a woman who I came to find out later was the office manager. Repremading those same sweet girls that so very kindly helped me in front of a FULL waiting room!!!! Talk about embarrassing. I was truly embarrassed for them. She must of been having a bad day. Then That same women sat in her office talking very loudly on the phone with what seemed like a patient based on the context of the conversation (discussing her care, dates, surgery, again with a full waiting room) Major HIPPA violation!!! We could all hear it! I think a conversion about plastic surgery would be meant to stay private! That is what upsets me most! I would not feel safe knowing private details regarding my care could be so easily shared! Front desk staff was lovely, Nurses were great , doctor was awesome , if I had to rate the office manager 1-10.......0

Dr. Glickman is nothing short of amazing. During the initial consultation he explained the procedure perfectly and answered all of my questions. I initially had my first consultation in March (Pre-COVID) and we were planning on doing my breast reduction about a month out. Throughout the surgical pause (due to COVID), He & his secretary Colleen kept me up to date on everything from basic updates, to resending details to insurance for approvals. I Had my surgery back in July once everything resumed according to the state. Dr. Glickman made sure I was completely informed on post op care and addressed any and all of my concerns via email after surgery. There was never a time I contacted him and received delayed response. Even though I had a minor hiccup in healing, he made sure I knew exactly what to do to get my breasts healing again. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Glickman and all of the staff at LIPSG to anyone! Don't even think twice, just go!

My mother did a surgery on Sept 1, 2017 on her right index finger. The surgeon is Dr Michael Christy who said there was a mass underneath the flesh of the hand. After doing the surgery and she woke up, she had a large incision, twice the size of the markings that were made initially. That was the first issue. After waking up after surgery no pain medication was given even though she complained of severe pain! She was told to just keep it bandaged and return for a follow up two weeks later. Pain medication was called in to a pharmacy a week Later after numerous calls. She returned on the 21st to remove stitches from her hand that was now stiff and swollen. Despite begging for mediaction to relieve the pain and antibiotics for an obvious infection, nothing was given until two visits later! (which didn't work) With each visit, Dr. Christy insists on saying nothing is wrong, the finger will heal! He will not listen nor look at what my mom describes!! Today was the last day for her going there as she finds him to be unsympathetic and dismissive!! After bawling and begging today he finally referred her to a physiotherapist. Again with no medication for pain!! My mom is 60 yrs old and her hands that she uses in her job is infected, swollen, red, stiff with no relief!! My mom feels that she's been treated badly because she's a middle income black woman ! I will now have to have her come all the way to Jamaica In order to have proper care!! He would Not be recommended to anyone else by us.. Have a heart Dr Christy!! Doctors are supposed to be kind and have empathy towards their patients!!

I’m in the best of hands with this team. I cannot say enough about Dr. Kilgo, Bobby, Ashley and Debbie, way to go!. Bobby is great! Bobby answers all my questions and takes the time to explain everything in detail, very comforting. Ashley is awesome! I was concerned about all the paperwork that needed to be submitted timely to my employer and she completed them immediately and forwarded them. Ashley made it a very easy process. Debbie has become like a friend and I look forward to seeing her when I come in for my appointment. I am very satisfied with the results so far and I highly recommend this group for your needs. The Holidays are upon us! I can gratefully be amongst my family Thanks to the wonderful work of Dr. Veeramachaneni and her team. Earlier this year I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and had to have a Mastectomy with Reconstruction. From day one, Dr. Veeramachaneni graciously, patiently and professionally answered all of my numerous questions,concerns and fears.That type of care NEVER stopped. At each and every meeting, she spoke with me as the most valuable person on earth. The Love and Pride in her work was clearly evident as she guided me through the entire process, performed my surgery , and met with me postoperatively. Not once did I experience anxiety because I knew instinctly I could trust her AND she wanted the BEST for me!. I stand her now, joyfully without any post op complications and totally happy with my body. Yes! Dr. Veeramachaneni is a talented , amazing , caring, and beautiful person and physician! My brother is down syndrome , but they spoke directly to him and me , very caring doctor , explained every step and why and more importantly came out multiple times during the 12 hour surgery to give me updates . My experience with this office was awful. I was completely mislead in regard to the out of pocket expense that was involved in my sons operation. We inquired 3 times with their office and they stated that the operation was FULLY covered by our insurance, and that we didn’t have to come out of pocket. A few weeks later we received 3 bills. $3500 from the hospital, $1,800 from Long Island Plastic Surgery, and $500 from the anesthetists! So in short I was charged almost $6,000 when I have told 3 time that I wouldn’t have to pay anything. I contacted the office and they stated that they would never tell us that we didn’t have out of pocket, but then acknowledged that their employee made a mistake and wasn’t at liberty to discuss billing. That’s great but at that point I was out $6,000. I spoke with Randy Goldberg who did reduce their bill to $900 but to be honest it should have been reduced more. I would never expect to have this issue with a doctors office! I tried to help my son and now I am struggling to pay off $6,000. Shame on them.

My experience was and still is terrible. Its been over 2 years since my surgery. I was told the numbness and nerve damage,and the tightness in my neck would get better in time Well its now over 2 years and I still have terrible tightness in my throat, permanent nerve damage, numbness on both sides of my face. Just horrible I have reached out to LIPS many times...and to Dr Adorno the head Doctor of LIPS with my concerns Never heard back....The Dr I used retired almost right after my surgery I am in pain 24/7 PLEASE DONT HAVE A F.L. looks for other less aggressive options. I thought I was going to the best on LI NOT!!!! Dont let them tell you this will heal in time....IT DOESN'T. and they don't care
