Went to this office to get my first fillers, was very nervous at some point. And have to say Dr. Kalsow is a really good listener and artist! Extreamly happy with the work that's been done (lips, undereye area and "smile folds"), everything looks as natural as I excpected it to be. Besides all the excellent surgery skills Dr. Kalsow is a truly comfortable person to work with during pre- and post-procedure period!

I just had an amazing experience with Dr. Kalsow and his sweet coordinator Sofia. The dr is really great ,and delivers excellent results . Sofia the patient coordinator was very sweet and accommodating and she really takes the time to listen to the patients, and is very caring and friendly. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Kalsow. I have been seeing him for several months now for Botox and fillers. My biggest insecurity are my lips and I have previously seen many different doctors who never understood what I really wanted until I came to see Dr Kalsow. He listened to everything I had concerns about and what overall look I was going for. His main goal for for me is to look as natural and fresh as possible. He met all my expectations more then I can truly express. He was able to get rid of the wrinkles around my eyes, my mouth and on my forehead, filled my lips just enough. On top of everything else he was so incredibly thorough and really took his time to map out what he was going to do. Dr. Kalsow is also very friendly and knowledgeable about taking the proper steps to give a well balanced overall look. I am so pleased with the results and will be going back again. I have all my friends and family already coming to see him. He even told me if I needed any adjustment to come back in and he will take care of it. I highly recommend anyone looking for a good cosmetic doctor to see Dr. Kalsow…. He's the best!

Dr kaslow, if u are reading this i want you know, I think you are a good Doctor.,but that lady Sofia is bad for your business, that’s why I gave 1 star....she does not follow up at all....I wanted surgery and it been a week that she hasn’t returned my call...my cousin had surgery and she didn’t even call to say there was medication waiting at the pharmacy for her, and she did not even call to give her pre surgery instructions...she seems to be very forgetful and unprofessional and disconnected ...she is making your business look bad...Due to her lack of unprofessionalism I decided I don’t want surgery because I’m totally turned off by her and don’t even to hear her voice...she does not return calls or follow...

Well what can I say Dr. Kalsow, he is truly amazing. I 1,000,000 % recommend him. I’ll love him forever. I had the lipo 360 and a BBL done. I was planning on going to Santo Domingo for my surgery but changed my mind because what I was looking for was NOT something exaggerated. I wanted a beautiful silhouette and something natural. I feel amazing and I look amazing. I’m only 20 days into my surgery and wow, I look fabulous????. He is very caring and really listens to what you want. He is a beautiful person inside and out. His team also very caring and attentive. Anyone looking for surgery should definitely book a consultation with him. ????????????????????????????. I grappled on if I should write a review, for a couple of days. And decided, that I have to get this off of my chest. I had lipo done by Dr Kalsow, in September, and even though I am pleased with my results, I am disappointed, that after my surgery, and a consultation for breast augmentation, he didn't even remember me. Mask or no mask, shouldn't you remember a patient, that you did lipo on, and had a consultation with, just weeks apart from each other? ????????‍♀️ He walked in, and actually introduced himself. He said,...'Nice to meet you". Not, how have you been, or are you healing well. But, "Nice to meet you, I'm Dr. Kalsow". I didn't like that. And I was already a little annoyed, because I was waiting like 30 minutes in the exam room. I had to call the front desk, to remind them, that I was in there. An assistant, who doesn't know that I heard her on the other side of the door, asks the Dr, "What does she think, that we're in here twiddling our thumbs"? What she didn't know, was that I overheard the Dr, and another office worker, talking EXTENSIVELY, about him ordering packages, and his PayPal account. So he may not have been twiddling his thumbs, but making me wait, whilst he had a LONG personal conversation, was very unprofessional. I agree with a person who left a review, about them not calling you much, or really AT ALL, after your surgery, but I also agree with the response, that Natasha does indeed, give her personal number, and will call you back immediately, if you have any problems. But if I can make any suggestions, PLEASE put it in the computer, that the doctor has seen the patient before, and when. I was QUITE turned off, that the doctor introduced himself, after already having met me twice, and after doing my very expensive surgery.

Spectacular performance on my breast : the anesthesia was very smooth - woke up like nothing happened and next day even went to college; the recovery period is also went great - I was in my routine ( just took off from gym but was able to do everything I had to ),and doctor Kalsaw was cheching on me all the time and gave advice about everything; and the most important that I am very happy with a result I have. I was originally supposed to go to DR, but since they couldn’t explain to me how to wire the deposit, I felt they wouldn’t be able to work on my body. So I went to google and Dr. Kalsow was at the top of the page. I read the reviews and watched all of the videos and said “that’s my man”. ????. Ms. Sophia is an amazing coordinator (love you girl). Now for the day of surgery. I was farrrr from scared. I was very excited. When Dr. kalsow came to get me I was ready. I heard music in the room and was like oh ok I’m at the club ????????. I remember just being on that table jamming to music (Drake and Busta Rhymes) ????????. I remember putting in request to hear different songs ????. I completely forgot that I was getting work done. Didn’t feel a thing. His assistant that was in the room was the best DJ ever (love you boo). I just knew I was at the club. I even named it Dr. Kalsow’s Lounge ????????????????. Amazing staff and practice from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor! Upon first meeting dr Kalsow in person he was very transparent and has such a wonderful vibe. I new I would choose him as my surgeon. Sophia is so funny and caring I love her. Julia is absolutely amazing! if I had to return back for anything more i would definitely come here hands down. My breast aug is only 5 days post op. But I’m already feeling good and look great! I went for my consultation appointment on Wednesday July 8, The Doctor has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and the wait was for sure 2 mins. I saw Dr. Kalsow for Lipo 360 ( no BBL ) and I am two and half weeks post-op and I must say I love my results and can’t wait to see the final outcome . I never write reviews but I have to say he is magic ! and if you want to feel safe and comfortable, this is your doctor. I have never done a procedure like this before and I wanted to find the right doctor, a Doctor that would make me feel like I was making the right decision for me and my body. This was honestly the place, I was so happy with the entire process. Sophia and Dr. Kalsow are there around the clock to answer any questions. I had my surgery on December 22nd and I was called multiples times by Sophia ( who is amazing ) just to check in on me during my recovery process. I called Sophia with questions before my surgery multiple times and she was there to support me throughout the whole process. The day I left my consult Dr. Kalsow told me I can come in and see him whenever I needed. The bedside manner is on point, this is something so many places are lacking. The nurse in the OR was also amazing & supportive throughout the whole surgery. Dr. Kalsow and his staff did not make me feel this was a business, they truly made me feel like they care about their patients.

This Doctor is an absolute Godsend!!! He performed blepharoplasty and also filled the under eye areas. I am amazed with the results. I heard that he is good, but he performed some miracle. Before my my under eye bags were so bad, I couldn’t hide them, now they are completely gone and my face looks 10 years younger. I was afraid that I will be recovering for a long time, after the surgery but the bruises were gone in a week. Hi, I had Lipo 360 with out the BBL on Saturday, two days ago. I feel great, and see so much of a difference in little time.. swelling and all I can still see the difference. Dr.kalsow is very professional and made me feel comfortable from start to finish! What a dr! I came to Dr. Sergei Kalsow for the first time in June of 2019. He performed my breast augmentation as well as lip enhancement. I had an incredible experience. From the moment I came in for my consultation to figure the size I was most comfortable with and the result I was looking for, to the procedure on the morning itself, everything went seamlessly and I couldn’t have been happier. I wanted a bigger bra size but for it to still look natural. I just wanted my strapless dresses to not fall on account of my bra size. Dr. Kalsow is professional, knowledgeable, and has an excellent bedside manner. This procedure can be nerve racking before deciding to go through with it, however, he has a way with his patients that makes you feel comfortable and takes the worry away. I would absolutely recommend him to any of my close relatives or friends. The lips also came out great.. I didn’t want to look like a duck, the way some end up looking, and the result was a fuller lip without coming across looking as if I had them done. Thank you to Dr. Kalsow and his staff! I thought I’d leave this review after coming back to get a follow up lip enhancement. I appreciate all the work you do.

He’s not just a plastic surgeon he’s an artist I’ll explain. After calling about 20 locations all around NYC, Dr. Kalsow’s office was the easiest in scheduling a consultation. (Too good to be true I thought) Natasha was the first person I spoke to. She was very knowledgeable in every aspect of my procedure. Like I said I did my research & it was extremely easy to trust her recommendations. The consultation was very short & precise. I’ll skip to the procedure. Very important, during the procedure there was no to very little pain, I also felt the sensation from the anesthesia and that was it. I couldn’t believe it was over. When I got home I immediately saw amazing results. I took multiple pictures of before ..... he fixed everything !!!!!!!!!!!! I could see a drastic change from day one. He’s a genius! He has an excellent staff Cheers to Natasha Sophia & Edward job well done. Now I can’t wait to hit the beach.

My experience with Dr. Kalsow was everything I anticipated. He came highly recommended and lived up to all my expectations. After a nightmare breast reduction I experienced a year ago and suffering silently in my own body from that trauma he saved me physically and mentally. My reconstructive breast augmentation with lift and implants Dr. Kalsow performed on 6/9/21, I am literally a week post op and I have not had the need to take any pain meds. A day after surgery while changing my dressing I was able to see how my stitches were beautifully done, I am in awe with his work. Pleased is an understatement.

Dr. K’s work is good but his patient coordinators aren’t the best and really bring business down. To be specific Natasha Lubrano my coordinator hasn’t followed up with me it’s been weeks since my surgery . After surgery I was promised a phone call with more post op instructions and a follow up appointment with Dr. K…… well I didn’t happen. Seems like they’re only interested in getting your money and after surgery they could care less. I was better off going to a doctor with a surgery house. TIP: Don’t go where you’ll pay thousands for surgery and not get aftercare.

Dr. Kalsow is really such a nice guy! Very down to earth. My 6yr old needed stitches, and he was so good with him. The laceration was down to his skull he did a great job, my son is healing nicely! First I would like to thank my amazing Dr. Kalsow he is the absolute BEST!!!! and his team!!! I also want to thank Natasha she was amazing from day one she made me feel secure and very comfortable about getting my procedure she had the answer to all the questions she’s just amazing. From day one everything was fast and easy, from getting my consultation appoint to the surgery date all within 2 weeks! When I met Doc he was nice and went straight to the point wasted no time and explained what I needed done I was very satisfied. During the procedure I was under local anesthesia and I thought I was gonna feel it but honestly I didn’t even feel the numbing part I only felt some discomfort but it is manageable. Procedure was fast simple and same day I went home. The next day I was able to take the wrap off and I was amazed all my fat was gone!! I did feel pain and discomfort but as the days go by it gets better I was up and walking the same day like nothing! As the days started going by I kept seeing more and more results and I was loving every single one!!!! Dr Kalsow is a true artist he’s amazing at what he does I went from a size Large to an XXs in waist and my stomach is gone and I’m still swollen it’s incredible I’m only 1 month post op my BBL is also amazing!!!! Thank you Doc and the team I will never regret putting myself in your hands I highly recommend him for any cosmetic surgery Doc and his team are just the best!!!!
