Very friendly staff. However, there is zero consideration for wait times. I came in for a hand injury and was scheduled for an 11am appointment, and was not brought in until noon. Once I was brought to the back I spent 50 minutes in the patient room. One nurse came in and took my information. 20 minutes later another nurse came in and asked for my information again. It was clear I was forgotten about. After 50 minutes another nurse came in to tell me the doctors thoughts on my injury. The doctor didn't ever come to speak with me after two hours at the clinic. I was charged for a consultation, which I had assumed to be a doctor consultation, even though I didn't speak with a doctor. Will not be returning here.

The office is beautiful and clean, all the employees are kind and professional. I've had injections for botox and fillers and a thread lift from Braidee, the nurse injector. The woman is an artist! She understands about symmetry and balance. I'm an older person and she's improved my look immensely in a way that isn't obvious. No pain either. The office carries the Skinceuticals line and has an aesthetician ready to provide fabulous skin care and treatments. Great place! UPDATE 11/5/21: Since my last review I've continued to have botox and fillers. I've also had 2 scar revisions, my upper and lower eyelids done and a forehead lift (almost 6 weeks ago). Today I had the first of three Morpheous 8 treatments with Cynthia. Every time I go into the office for anything, the staff is friendly and glad to see me. Top notch professionalism, kindness and safety. Everything is explained in detail. No one expects me to already know what each procedure is like. The communication is excellent. The already beautiful office is being made larger and it was already amazing. Do you know what the very best thing is about this practice? Their results are written all over my smiling face. ????

I am excited about the possibilities post consult. I liked the options Dr. Roth provided. I provided 3 stars, as the staff and patients do not wear masks. The doctor and the PA did have a mask on during my consult. Yes, the mask mandate has been lifted; however, this is a doctor's office not a retailer. The CDC still recommends masks indoors until we understand the full effects of the Covid strains. The doctor even shook my hand - no one has done that since the pandemic started. Everyone is very nice but I am seeking a meticulous, extremely competent surgeon - one that provides results along with heighted safety and cleanliness standards. In choosing to not wear masks and opting for a popular response versus a science based response, it left me with the impression that Dr. Roth and his staff could be laxed in their approach to safety, medical protocols, science data and general well being of their patients. I continue to interview other doctors for this procedure as a result.

This is my second time seeing Victoria Keller and as always it’s an amazing experience! As a trans woman it’s refreshing to find someone who won’t just inject anything into my face whenever I want it. I came in thinking I needed more filler and she advice on doing sculpting instead since it builds natural collagen. As always I left feeling beautiful confident and excited for the results. The front desk staff is always amazing and welcoming and the place is just extremely clean and such a beauty. If I could rate it 10 stars I would!

Today was my second time receiving treatment at West Ave and I didn’t leave disappointed. The customer service is excellent and everyone is friendly. Braidee was my injector both times and she is absolutely AMAZING!
