Really enjoyed my visit with Dr. McAllister, even though I was was in pain. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful. As soon as I completed my check-in I was taken by a nurse back to a exam room where Dr. McAllister promptly came in and visited with me. He was very helpful and reassuring about the care he recommended. I was in his office for severe wound care and was very pleased with the care of his staff and the doctor. I am still under his care.

Let me tell u, this is the first review I have ever left because I have never felt the urge to review a business/surgeon. This office and its staff and specifically Dr. McAllister are TOP NOTCH! The ONLY complaint I could possibly have was that I had to leave too soon, I wanted to hang out longer, lol! And I was there for surgury. The Doctor and the staff were super friendly, super knowledgeable, they made you feel like a friend instead of a patient. I cannot recommend this office and Doctor ENOUGH. My husband was comfortable and happy in the waiting area, I was made to feel extremely welcome and at ease. A perfect experience.

I am absolutely ecstatic about how well my procedure turned out! Dr. McAllister did laser skin resurfacing under my eyes and I swear it took 10 years off my face. I am so pleased I plan on doing my whole face! He such a nice person and he makes you feel so comfortable. I was so scared but he had me laughing through the whole procedure. All of the nurses are wonderful too. The environment is relaxing and comfortable. I will definitely be going back again for any “beauty renovations” in the future. I am 41 and had very crepey skin under my eyes and now my skin is flawless. I wish I had done my whole face at the same time as the recovery was a little more intense than expected but every second of pain was soooooo worth it! Thank you Coastal Plastic Surgery!

I can’t even begin to find the words to express how “Amazing” Dr. McAllister is!!!! My son was attacked by a very large dog, his face was seriously injured. As a mother, I need to feel that my child is in the best hands possible. Up until my visit with Dr. McAllister, i had completely lost faith in patient care. I couldn’t help but to feel hopeless. From the moment I walked in, I was treated so kindly. The staff kept the office open after hours, to see my son. I was actually treated like a human being. Kindness and compassion are definitely, the first order of business here! We still have a long road ahead of us, but I absolutely give Dr. McAllister all my mom power blessings!! Absolutely amazing and grateful to have him as my sons doctor!!!

I had a lengthy 2 year history with this office, he originally had a very difficult surgery to do on me that turned out okay, but started having some issues with, he went above and beyond to correct as much as possible in his office, extremely professional and patient with me. We fianlly agreed it would be best to go back into surgery. Well, ladys and gentlemen I can not explain how absolutely pleased I am. He literally gave his all to make sure he did what was best for me and my results. I could not be more pleased (and surely did not expect to be this happy) I have exacted what I dreamed of and more. He did a wonderful job and with a smile on his face! STAY AWAY!! This doctor is dangerous! I have used him for cosmetic procedures like Botox and lip filler. The filler did not look good and Botox was very uneven. My eyebrow was lifted higher on one side. I also have a friend who had a tummy tuck by him and it looks horrible. I couldn’t believe a plastic surgeon did this to her. Dr. McAllister was very kind during my original visit, but when I went back to show him my filler was uneven and Botox didn’t work on my forehead, he said that it was my body and there’s nothing he could do. Luckily, I knew better and had a dermatologist fix his work. I don’t do reviews, but after my experience and my friend’s experience, I think it’s necessary to give others a warning. I had to spend $700 to fix his work. My friend has spent thousands $$$ to fix her stomach. I haven’t found any records to indicate he is a BOARD certified plastic surgeon! Do your research before allowing Andrew McAllister to do any work on you!

Dr. McAllister Performed my explant with capsulectomy Monday. He and his staff went above and beyond. I have been suffering for two years with debilitating symptoms from a ruptured implant.He made sure to remove all capsule and was so reassuring throughout the process. The office is gorgeous, the staff is super knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Dr. McAllister is great at explaining options, procedures, what to expect, etc. ...and he isn't all about pushing unnecessary procedures or feeding insecurities, like some MDs I've had the misfortune of encountering in the past. I will be returning! I would definitely recommend, without hesitation!! If you are still on the fence about seeking their services just schedule a consult and see for yourself! I don't have one single negative thing to say; Coastal Plastic Surgery Institute is just Awesome????????
