The front desk staff is amazing, they do great with answering questions and are very prompt answering the phone and handling issues. I have been to a few of their events and they are always well organized and the staff does a great job educating you on the various treatment options. Some of the injection staff is not so great but I get regular hydrafacials from Jill and she is the best esthetician I have ever had. I have gotten hydrafacials from several Grand Rapids providers and will only be going to Jill from now on. She is attentive, listens well and helps customize treatments to what you need. She will go above and beyond for you. I have nothing but good things to say about Jill!

Really enjoyed my experience with the plastic surgeons at Centre for Plastic Surgery. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone considering plastic surgery of any kind - breasts, body, face or surgery for men. The best part about this practice, other than the friendly staff and experienced doctors, is that they have their very own surgical center so you don't have to go to a foreign hospital setting, and the experience is much more private and secure. The Centre also offers a lot of non-surgical products, from injectables to makeup, and they can make a lot of great recommendations for your skin and desired look. Nothing but good things to say about my experience with the Centre for Plastic Surgery. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the facility is modern and well maintained, and I went into my procedure with full confidence in my surgeon. Dr. Brundage performed my rhinoplasty and I could not be happier with the results. I am currently only five weeks post-op (so the swelling of my tip will continue to go down over the next several months) and am already so pleased with the outcome. Dr. Brundage is a seasoned surgeon, and his confidence and surety were what confirmed my decision to choose him for my procedure. I was in excellent hands and had no doubt that his work would meet or exceed my expectations. I highly recommend scheduling a consultation with him if you are considering a rhinoplasty.

I got a rhinoplasty and a septoplasty from the Centre for Plastic Surgery after being recommended by Spectrum and my surgery was completely botched! My nose is still crooked and they made it much more difficult for me to breathe (my whole point of getting the surgery was to breathe better), making day to day life much harder especially now during the spring with allergies. Post surgery I went back for a checkup that took the doctor no more then 5 minutes to tell me that the septoplasty didn’t hold and I’d need to pay for another surgery and I was of course billed for that quick visit too… I give them a 0/10, do not get surgery done here.

So last Thursday I tried reaching out to Centre four Plastic Surgery for potentially getting in with them for a consultation for a breast augmentation procedure. Today I received the email response back from them. I realize a business has the right to not provide service to me based on whatever reason they want to (I am a trans woman and did disclose that to them in my request), but when I asked for assistance and then get back what I believe to be a pretty rude response, I was rather upset with their response. The person who responded for the Centre for Plastic Surgery had this to say... "I'm sorry we don't do transgender patients". How hard would it have been to say something like “Thank you for your interest in the Centre for Plastic Surgery. We appreciate you checking us out, but at this time we do not specialize in Transgender related services. Thank you.” It just felt crappy coming from a business who’s primary customer service goal is helping people feel confident in themselves and rather discriminatory. Thanks.

I came to Dr. Rechner after having gone through a disappointing bilateral breast reconstruction with another plastic surgeon following breast cancer. I was devastated, both physically and emotionally, and was looking for a skilled surgeon to repair the work that had been done by the other surgeon. Dr. Rechner was so incredibly kind and understanding. He was very thorough in his examination and he made me feel comfortable and confident that everything could be fixed. I loved that he took his time to listen to my concerns as if I were his only patient of the day. He talked me through everything that he planned to do and even called me at home following the surgery to see how I was doing. His amazing surgical skills have resulted in one happy and confident post-cancer patient. I will be forever grateful to Centre for Plastic Surgery and to Dr. Rechner for his knowledge, skill, kindness and compassion!

Last week I had a reduction mammaplasty (Breast reduction). I originally started this process back in December of 2020. I remember originally finding my surgeon at a different practice and then read horrible reviews later on. I then sought the help for a referral by my insurance, which was Dr Brundage at Centre for Plastic Surgery. When I went in for my consultation, I was greeted warmly by the medical staff. They had precautions in place, considering we were still amidst the pandemic. I met with some of the nurses, which were very friendly considering this was a vulnerable and insecure time for me. They had to take pictures of my breasts to send to my insurance (hence the vulnerability part). During which the whole consultation were very encouraging and informative. Once approved by insurance, which only took 30 days time, we had set a surgery date for April 13. They had me come in 3 weeks for my preop appointment to go over final details. I met with a woman named Marybeth, whom had a very nurturing and exuberant personality. She shared her own personal experiences from having the same surgery I was having, which was nice to hear. Answered all of mine and my husband's questions as well. The day of surgery, I still remember two nurses. One was named Bethany and the other I don't remember her name. But after the surgery I remember her (unnamed nurse) coming in and rubbing my feet and talking to me. I've never had a nurse so compassionate and concerned and gentle after a surgery. A lot of medical teams I've noticed in this day and age lack good bed side manner. Their team fell nothing short of my expectations. I cried shortly after being released from surgery. I was so happy with the results once I looked down and saw the reduction. We are now one week post op, and during my initial 48 hour recovery Dr Brundage called to check on me and so did his nursing staff. I didn't have many questions because I've done so much research leading up to this point. However, when I went in for my first post op appointment yesterday, I did have some questions. I was told in about 4 weeks time what my recovery would look like, that I was healing well currently, and that they are pleased with my recovery so far. Also, just a nice little surprise when I went, they gave me a $300 certificate to use at their practice for future. What a NICE gesture right?! I have my next appointment scheduled in 4-6 weeks from now. Could not be HAPPIER. Thank you Dr Brundage and your medical team for everything. Gynocemastia surgery. I would not recommend this place, it took me forever to save the money for this surgery, about 4,000 only to be let down. I wore the compression bandage like I was suppose to and did everything as ordered and my results where nothing. Little background I am fit, not overweight, and just have the genetic puffy nipple Gyno that I thought would be resolved. Now I am out thousands, still have the gyno and parts of my left chest don’t match parts of my right chest, as in they look sunk in. Do your research before you make this investment also my doctor that did the surgery was Benjamin P. Rechner MD.

Dr. Leppink recently removed a suspicious looking mole (dark, irregular border, etc.) from my face. It’s only been approximately 4 months and the scar is barely noticeable. The mole was rather large and right below my eye so any scarring would be very noticeable! Not only was Dr. Leppink’s work perfect, the attentiveness and care he shows is exceptional. The support staff at Centre for Plastic Surgery are all knowledge, friendly, professional and so much fun!! I highly recommend Dr. Leppink and Centre for Plastic Surgery!

I have not been here but am a previous breast implant patient recovering of breast implant illness. My goal is to spread awareness to vulnerable women. I was in your shoes at one point, wanted so badly to have beautiful breasts that I would’ve given anything for that. Well, I became deathly ill 3 months after. Had to get them removed. Finally recovering. The FDA met and discussed the harms of all breast implants yesterday and Monday, including BIA-ALCL (breast implant associated lymphoma) and ASIA (autoimmune syndrome inducing by adjuvants) caused by BOTH saline and silicone implants. LADIES, please do your research. Breast implant illness is a real thing and tens of thousands of women are suffering currently from it. Don’t believe me, look up “Breast Implant Illness and healing by Nicole” on Facebook and see how many members that group has. You’ll be amazed. Plastic surgeons say their patients all receive a 5 star rating and are highly satisfied. That’s because these sick women don’t go back to their original plastic surgeons. They go to neurologists, endocrinologists, dermatologists, with their laundry list of symptoms..and finally a specialist in explant surgery to get them removed. I’m sure this office is beautiful and the staff kind, but please do your research on the information I’ve stated above regarding breast implants.

It has now been over a year since my procedure, and at age 70, I am even happier with my results. I always hated my chin area due to weight gain and heredity. Dr. Brundage and staff were awesome! Through no fault of his, I had a couple complications. He was very patient, quick to address and fix them, telling me to call day or night. Comments I get are "I'm not sure what you did, but you look wonderful". "You have no wrinkles.". Friends that know me well say "If I didn't know you before, I wouldn't believe - it's so natural." "Every time I see you, you look younger." Comments like this, when you are over 70 are pretty great! Thank you Dr. Brundage and Staff!

If your having a hard time deciding or maybe you have already had a few consults with other doctors for a breast agumentation, you should consider Centre for PLASTIC SURGERY. Not only was Dr. Brundage awesome and his work is perfection. The office staff is incredibly your patient care coordinator the lady at the front desk and the nurse during surgery Lacy was the sweetest most knowledgable. I had a hard time deciding on size and I was so nervous about making the wrong choice I had gone to two other surgeons who I did not feel comfortable with. I knew walking out of my consult this was the right place and doctor. I showed Dr. Brundage pictures of what I wanted and left everything up to him. He decided in surgery what size implants and I could not be happier. I felt great after only 1 week and was back to work. Even my incisions look great. I also loved that from my first consult to my post surgery appointment they have been caring and even called to check up on me a few time. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I want to start by saying i did my research for a plastic surgeon. I was scared of looking like Frankenstein or having a botched surgery. Dr. Brundage was chosen after almost 10 consultations with other surgeons. Cost wasnt a factor i wanted to be happy with my results. He was the most personable and gave me the most information on my surgery and what to expect before and after. He also called to check up on me after i went home and in the following weeks. I am beyond thrilled with my tummy tuck and the scars are only visible because of tattoos i had at the incision line. I actually have spoken with Dr. Brundage and am working on my next surgery for next year. I highly recommend him and his staff! They are AMAZING!
