I am talking to Doctor Veillette about my jaw pain and he has offered me an appointment to watch this and two other appointments for cavities. like i said, pretty normal ... the days go by and about a week later i receive a letter from malo clinic saying that doctor veillette doesn't want to be my dentist anymore because i apparently have "no motivation in the health of my mouth " obviously I'm shocked ... why didn't he tell me when I was at his desk? Why did he take the deadlock to give me 3 meetings only to send a letter a week later to tell me that he no longer wants to be my dentist? Obviously, I contact malo clinic because I want to know what the problem is. I want more information on why Doctor Veillette no longer wants me as a client, because my case is probably not the worst he has ever seen in his long career. I speak to the good secretary and I tell her of my disappointment and I ask that Doctor Veillette call me back so that I can ask her my questions. I’m waiting for a whole day and I’m not getting any reminders. Obviously, first, I think I was just forgotten ... after all, it can happen. Je n'ai jamais été porté a me brosser les dents car j’oublie fréquemment de le faire ma bouche n'était pas parfaite mais ce n'était pas horrible non plus. pire encore était le fait que pendant quelques mois j'avais de la douleur dans la partie droite de ma mâchoire ce qui m'a donné encore plus de difficulté à me brosser les dents. il y a environ deux semaines, je vais à un nettoyage normal, les choses se font normalement, j'ai quelque caries ... ect. je parle au docteur Veillette au sujet de ma douleur à la mâchoire et il m'a proposé un rendez-vous pour regarder cela et deux autres rendez-vous pour les caries. comme je l'ai dit, plutôt normal ... les jours passent et environ une semaine plus tard, je reçois une lettre de malo clinic disant que le docteur Veillette ne veut plus être mon dentiste parce que je n'ai apparemment "pas de motivation dans la santé de ma bouche" évidemment, je suis choqué ... pourquoi il ne me la pas dit quand j'étais à son bureau? Pourquoi a-t-il pris la pêne de me donner 3 rendez-vous seulement pour envoyer une lettre une semaine plus tard pour me dire qu'il ne veut plus être mon dentiste? Évidemment, je contacte malo clinic parce que je veux savoir quel est le problème. je veux plus d'informations sur pourquoi le médecin Veillette ne veut plus de moi comme client, car mon cas n'est probablement pas le pire qu'il ait jamais vu dans sa longue carrière. Je parle à la bonne secrétaire et je lui fait part de ma déception et je demande que le docteur Veillette me rappelle pour que je puise lui poser mes questions. J’attends une journée entière et je ne reçois aucun rappel. évidemment, d'abord, je pense que j'ai simplement été oublié ... après tout, cela peut arriver. Donc, le lendemain, tôt le matin, j'appelle encore une fois malo clinic et demande à nouveau que le docteur Veillette me contacte afin que je puisse parler (notez que je suis un homme extrêmement poli et même si je suis en colère, je suis respectueux) la bonne secrétaire me dit que mon message original a été donné, mais au cas où elle prenderait mon deuxième message. j'attends plus de 5 heures avant de contacter à nouveau et je redis a la secrétaire de demander au docteur Veillette de me rappeler. Je lui précise que si le docteur Veillette ne me contacte pas, j'écrirai un mauvais commentaire. puisque je n'ai pas l'intention d'attendre un autre jour, je lui demande également de demander au docteur Veillette s'il a l'intention de me rappeler ou non. moins 10 minutes après, je reçois un appel de la secrétaire qui me dit que le docteur Veillette ne veut tout simplement pas me parler. donc, fidèle à mes paroles j'écris cette mauvaise critique. ma raison principale est le manque de professionnalisme du docteur Veillette. car il a décidé d'arrêter d'être mon dentiste sans m'avoir parlé au préalable et a refusé de me contacter pour expliquer ses raisons. Si il avait pris 5 minutes pour me contacté et m’expliquer ses raisons, j'aurais compris et je n’aurait pas mal réagit mais son refus de m'expliquer ses raison est contraire à l'éthique et peu professionnel.
