Amazing people, amazing service! I call everyone who works here my angels! Reception staff is amazing, so welcoming, always know me by name (I do go there alot LOL) and are very easy to talk to. I've been getting botox and fillers done here for over 5 years, and have never had a problem or been disappointed with the service. The nurses are fantastic and so easy to get along with, i'm kind of a baby when it comes to needles but they always make me feel comfortable and calm! I would never even consider going anywhere else for this type of work, everyone is amazing here and the clinic is located right off hwy8/85 so its very convenient for someone like me coming from cambridge! - Sue Fleming

Dr. DeLorenzi is highly qualified and well respected by health care professionals, as well as his patients. Do your research and you 'll see how highly qualified he is. I've had two big procedures done by Dr. DeLorenzi and his staff. Always left very happy and well taken care of after my procedures. I would recommend this clinic to anyone, if you want your procedures done properly!

From the time you enter the front door all the way through your procedures and after care, nothing but warm friendly staff and surgeon. Straightforward honest opinion about expectations and realistic results. I have been to the clinic several times for various types of procedures including removal of skin cancer from my face a situation that was handled with compassion and understanding. I now live out of province and still return to the clinic.

Absolutly horrible experience. The worst. This guy is an arrogant, horrible surgion. I had a surgical proceedure done and had to have the surgery redone in Toronto because it was soo horrible. The government paid for most of my proceedure the second time because it was considered reconstructive after what he did. He also over lasered my face and now I have perminent skin damage. My advice.. RUN..

Don't waste your time or money! Go somewhere else- anywhere else. This is the worst place to go if you want something done- like a simple mole removal. I went there in March 2013 to have two small moles on my face removed. Dr. DeLorenzi did the shaving technique, rather than the surgery with stitches like I had requested over the phone prior to the procedure. The end result was that one was removed and the other looks the exact same, even though it took two months of healing. When I called them back to request another appointment I indicated that I needed one near the end of the day due to my work schedule. The administrative staff accommodated this and the appointment was scheduled. Then, they continuously called me looking to re-schedule and book different times and were extremely rude and snooty. They were obviously taking new patients and putting me to the end of the list. I spent over $500.00 having this done and wore bandages on my face for two months to be snubbed off when I requested a follow-up appointment because the procedure was not successfully. I wish I would have known this before and I hope this helps young women think twice about going to the Dr. DeLorenzi Clinic for any cosmetic procedures small or large. I couldn't imagine how they would treat you if you weren't happy with a larger procedure that would take even longer to correct.

I've been using the services at Silhouette for several years now. I began getting Blu-U Light treatments for my acne about three years ago, and I had amazing results. I buy all of my Physician's Choice products from here, they have great prices and you can also buy them online. I also had laser hair removal done here, and had fantastic results. Every appointment was fast, and they always accommodated my schedule. Would definitely recommend going here for laser hair removal or for any skin concerns really, they're like a dermatologists office that you don't have to wait a year to get into!

I have been getting acne laser treatment at Sillhouette for the last year and the results and experience have both been amazing. The technician always makes sure I am comfortable with the pain level and has been able to provide a lot of great product suggestions to keep blemishes at bay between treatments. I would highly recommend a visit if you're looking for next level skin care treatments!
